      I called Express Flooring on a Thursday afternoon, met with a *** Friday morning and had beautiful carpet installed by Monday. The process could not have been more smooth. ****** was a pleasure to work with, so helpful and patient, working with my super tight deadline and strict budget. And the installers did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend!

      Love my new carpet. I was very indecisive as to which carpet to get. But I followed the advice of the sales person and he was right. It looks great. Customer support is very important to me and this company has excellent customer support. If I had to criticize anything, I wish that the installation crew would have cleaned up a little better than they did. Meaning, doing a better job of vacuuming the fibers from my carpet. Also, they could have vacuumed my outdoor patio which was filled with carpet fiber. The installation crew was very friendly, on time and he did a great job installing the carpet. Definitely would use them again.

She arrived early, fully prepared, and provided us with valuable insights that made all the difference. As we were uncertain about which style to choose for our flooring, ******** expertise helped us narrow down the options, and she guided us toward the perfect decision. She was patient and understanding, especially with my wifes indecision, and ultimately helped us find a solution that not only fit our vision but also came in at a competitive price that beat out other estimates wed received. When it came time for installation, the team, led by *******, arrived early and were incredibly professional. They handled our furniture with care, covered the workspace to protect our home, and were respectful and considerate throughout the entire process. In just two days, they completed the job to perfectionour new floors look absolutely stunning! From ******* outstanding customer service to Gerardos expert installation, we couldnt have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Express Flooring, and especially ****** and Gerardos team, for anyone looking to upgrade their floors. You wont be disappointed!

      Very Happy with my Express Flooring experience . Yes they were a little pricey but the service and installation made up for any price difference. They gave me a high quality floor that will outlast me and I am sure it will last for many years to come. Being a former carpet and vinyl installer I do recognize the quality of the flooring and the efficiency and professionalism of the installers.
