      Worst company I have ever worked with. They broke the back of my commode and never said a word. Left the vent covers off of the floor vent and it caused me to fall and get hurt , the floor molding doesn't match up. I called and tried to talk with them but they tried to turn it around on me. I wish I had someone to talk to about them before I paid them.

      I had a representative over to my house Halloween night . He showed me a lot of carpet samples . I never saw a breakdown of anything but was quoted two prices one was a very basic quality and the other ones were medium and top quality . I chose medium as I might move in the next few years . I tried calling the representative back within my 72 hours to put it on hold as I wanted to get more quotes. I never heard from him for a week at which point I was stuck . When they brought the carpet it was very thin . They installed it in one day . Tacks were sticking up in entry ways and a slight ***** in the entry between en-suite and bedroom. A big seam was visible in my bedroom. My door frames were all marked up and will cost me to repair them. My sons bed had a tear in it . It has a leather foot board. I paid $4300 for carpet I couldve gotten for $2600 at ********** with furniture moved. I put a hold on my credit card until they fixed my issues which as far as the carpet repair might be done tomorrow. If I hadnt put the hold on would it have gotten done? Strongly recommend you do all your homework before working with this company.

      I had a fantastic experience with Express Flooring! The team lead, ***** was great at communicating when his crew would be arriving and the whole process. Everyone was very professional and friendly to work with. They removed carpet from 4 rooms in my house and installed wood flooring, The work was done quickly and with excellence. I love my new floors and would highly recommend Express Flooring.

      My experience was great! My floor is high quality and it was installed perfectly. The Express flooring employees were exceptional, from start to finish.

      I had no problem with the floor installed however was left with glue spots here and there which get tracked around . I called customer service and got no response. called main number got sales who tried to get me to customer service when answered it said call back or leave a number as I had called during non business hours, what you will sell me a floor but won't respond to customer service. Also I was told I would get a written copy of the contract no such thing has happened. I was told that flooring v was manufactured in us wrong try *******. Just be honest. I love the floor the installers did a great job, though nobody spoke English, I had asked that they send someone on crew that spoke English did not happen. I think their Design Consultants are trained to rell customer what they want to hear but don't follow through.
