1 starThe sales tactics are high-pressure - that should have been my first red flag. The installation is poor quality: they left a mess, chipped the flooring they installed, left planks with lifted edges and cracks, damaged half my baseboards. They smashed through the base of one of my cabinets and tried to tell me it was like that before they came! So far **************** has left 6 of my emails and one of my texts without a response, so I'm guessing they are going to refuse to fix any of it while still forcing me to make my monthly payments. They promised me that I would receive an email immediately after signing up for the payment plan, but when I didn't and reached out to ****************, they gave me the phone number for the credit card company. I didn't even know I was signing up for a credit card, that's how poorly the explanation was! Cannot recommend this company to anyone - just spend a little extra to hire a team that actually cares about their work.Review fromTodd Z

1 starIf I could leave negative stars I would!! This place and their high pressure scam agents come out quote you for an install take your money then dont show up to install! NO calls, or call backs from company after leaving several messages and texts on the salespersons phone. I shouldve done research. I NEED MY DEPOSIT FULLY REFUNDED ASAP!! The contract signed stated by ****** I have 3 days to change my mind and request refund. Im hoping the BBB can assist with me getting my refund. I cant see how you have them rated an A+ company with ALL the complaints filed against them.Review fromTerry L

1 starComplete and total scam from beginning to end. They promise fast installation, even next day, and then no one calls. You can't get ahold of the sales ***resentative (his business card does NOT have his number) and the customer service line takes 20 minutes to answer the phone. When they do, they can't help, they can't connect you with a supervisor, and they can't put you in contact with the sales *** who was at your house. We've torn apart our house, have no place to sleep, and now we have no idea what day they will show up.Review fromElva R

*Because this has been an ongoing issue for over one year.....Writing to address serious concerns regarding Expressed Flooring's unfulfilled promised projects with many of your teams and different crews which began a year ago. Unfortunately, the service provided fell far below the standards we were led to expect. Some of the detailed key issues are below for your review:1. Lack of Communication There was no prior notice before arrival. The first crew arrived unannounced late in the evening, stayed until 11 p.m., and never returned.The second crew arrived the following weekend but stayed only for 10 minutes before leaving, never to return.A third crew arrived at 8 a.m. on a later date and stayed until after 10 p.m. Communication and timeliness have been severely lacking throughout the process.2. Unprofessional The team did not handle our personal items with care. Instead, they tossed them into our bathtubs, garage, and front lawn.This mishandling caused a leak in our bathtub (still ongoing) and corrosion to our fixtures.3. Unfulfilled ************ design consultant verbally assured us that damaged baseboards and walls would be replaced or repaired. However, this promise has not been honored.4. Lack of Proper Equipment The team arrived without professional tools for the job. They borrowed our tools and relied solely on a hammer claw to remove baseboards.5. Pressure Tactics We were pressured to decide by 5 p.m. under the threat that the cost would double otherwise.Supporting Evidence We have documents and pictures that clearly illustrate the issues outlined above. There is also a call history of numerous unreturned calls, texts, and emails....Please advise Request for Resolution We trust Express Flooring will address these concerns promptly and provide a resolution to rectify this situation. Please respond as soon as possible with how you plan to proceed.

2 starsSo far my experience was negative. The contractor came and dropped off the new flooring this morning and never returned. I had today off and the salesman told me it would be done in one day. So after 8 hours of not hearing anything I called customer service. I was told they would be out first thing in the morning to start. Problem is I am a nurse and cannot just take off ***** Nilly. So my hisband had to take off. I hope they will actually come out in the morning to start because I wasted a whole day of nothing when I was told they would be out today to start. ***** and his son did a great job. If I had more floors to do I would request them to do the install. We have a lot of furniture ***** and his son moved everything with care and even move things to new locations. The floors look and feel great. They are a five star rated team.Express Flooring

From beginning to end, every single person was professional. We were told they would remove furniture and I am sure they would have but my husband wanted to do it himself. The men that were doing the floors were amazing. They even cleaned up afterwards. We were very impressed by the whole process.Express Flooring

Great work at a reasonable cost! Hustle free installation without any dust/disturbance to our day-to-day work! Installers handled it really well, with utmost professionalism. *****************. The work was done efficiently. The crew was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. After the floor was installed, we notice an area that needed attention.
