Terrible. I emailed the company about where my product is and they do not respond. Then I find out the product was shipped and had been lost for over 2 months. Now they have to investigate for another 7 days before they can decide whether or not to ship me the product I ordered in 2022. Communication is key and communication with Flooring *** has only been done by me. I am still hopeful **************** will reach out to me and deliver the product I paid for.FlooringInc.com
