Horrible customer service. Placed an order over a month ago, and asked to be refunded tax as we are a tax-exempt company. Although I have submitted it 3 times to 3 different service reps, I have yet to see the reimbursement. Every time I call, I am placed on hold only to eventually get a recording saying "We are unable to answer your call at this time" I tried the website "Contact Us" link which says someone will email me within 2-3 days and got a response 7 business days later saying "The tax documents have been sent to accounting on 3/14 (a month ago). Once they respond the previous agent who submitted them will follow up with you"Useless

We are sorry for the lack of communication regarding your tax exemption. The order is not under the schools name. The address and billing section needs to match on what is on the tax exemption form or we are unable to refund the taxes.Marisa C.

I think I have ordered a quality product. My inquiry with the sales person was pleasantly informative on the quality and durability of the flooring. Her information led me to choose a better quality material. Though it stretched my budget, I believe it was the better way for longevity. Thank you for all the help.FlooringInc.com

1 starI would have to say NOT GOOD until ... I have been trying to order these mats since February 20th ... have been stopped by unansered emails, phone calls not returned and just incompetence with the customer service poo and non-huan botsl. ... UNTIL i was fortunate to meetup with ********************* on April 4th who was able to make no sense out of the incidents I was dealing trying to place an order!! It was because of er that I finally was able to get my order!!! I do not believe I could ever recommend Rubber flooring only because of the customer service, which, basically is not-existant!!Review fromNic D
