Unfriendly and rude customer service. Got double charged for shipping because they failed to call and schedule delivery and I was out of town. Do not recommend. Use another company.FlooringInc.com

Ordered twice the first time went as one would expect the second time being first week of April 2023 was a complete s*** show. You think needing the same exact thing you ordered a few weeks prior would be as simple as it gets. Well not a chance at that. First thing was they had the wrong color it was supposed to be stainless I got black then upon installing it was 3"short and had a hole in the rubber. I'm thinking the warehouse in ******* just gave me a remnant. Won't be ordering here again and getting ready to dispute payment of the company doesn't rectify this within next 24 hoursFlooringInc.com

Your order is in transit to the local delivery terminal. To do a reconsignment that would involve a fee anywhere between $200-$1500.
