Worst customer service I have ever encountered. First person gave me fake email address to send my photos to. Tried the chat bot, took two days for them to get back to me, then that person assured me they were working on it, but did nothing more. Got customer service to call back after several days, an again got the run around. Have emailed, called and botted, no help. Stay away from this company Rubber Flooring and their associates Inkstores.com. ******************-****** ********.FlooringInc.com

The response was so egregious, my name is right in the comment and I and rubber flooring inc have used it several times to locate my orders. You are lying to the public. We call it lip service, all talk and no action. Additionally, it makes no sense to have me contact you via normal channels, when that is what I am complaining about. 2 starsThis company's IT is a total mess.
Page listings are inconsistent about color availability.
I received no confirmation email after placing my order.
I received a shipping estimate *after* placing an order that indicated one item would ship a month after everything else, although that item actually arrived first.
I also did not receive a tracking number or shipping notification, the package just showed up at my door; the order tracking page still indicates this item has not shipped.
I was told by customer service people that I received emails which I did not (yes, I checked my spam folders). Their phone line seems to perpetually indicate high call volume but an estimated wait time of 2 minutes; this is a lie, just request a call back.
I don't know what's going on over there, the people I've spoken to seem generally competent; but their technology is really messed up, leading to a very frustrating customer experience.Review fromKevin A

I'm very satisfied. I ordered the flooring and within just a couple of days it was delivered. That's amazing any time, but with all of the lingering supply chain delays, I thought it was going to take months to get the flooring. The only less than perfect part of the transaction is that I didn't get an automated receipt from the online order. But when I contacted the customer service rep, they were able to provide a receipt easily. I would order from them again.FlooringInc.com
