    Terrible customer service and company policy. Purchased 2 mats for under washer/dryer. Realized we don't need the two mats, dryer is fine without it. Because it was a "2 pack" they want us to return both and then re-order/repurchase one. ***Note*** the mats came separately, in two separate boxes. It makes absolutely no sense why we can't return just one mat. It would be simple to divide the purchase price by two and refund! What a joke. What a waste of shipping, $ and time for everyone involved.

    Flooring was beautiful, had issues with one color of tile. **************** was horrendous trying to get through. After 2 weeks of persistence and much time on hold ( like a lot ) ****** was very helpful and resolved the issue. I havent seen the replacement tiles yet, hopefully it is really resolved. Surprised such a large company with a good product could be that difficult to get ahold of?!
