    Four stars because every time I called I was on hold for 20+ minutes to be told Id get a call back from someone. Holding shouldnt be an option if at the end you arent going to get someone on the line (live chat dont help either). The shipment I received was incorrect but once I got Sela on the phone and pictures uploaded to her she corrected it and had it shipped ASAP. A frustrating process but Im pleased with the product and am glad it was shipped out quickly!

    ****** provided excellent customer service by discovering that my original order which was a hog or delivery on the 16th of September was actually back ordered which after a month of calling to find out the status was finally resolved. He found a solution for an alternative product so cancelled the original order and placed the new order at the same price. The product was finally delivered yesterday on October 10th. I had purchased a similar product from Rubber Flooring Inc a few years ago with seamless customer service so I knew the product would be great. With the pandemic challenges, I am happy to report a very positive outcome! Thank you ******!

    I placed an order early in the year for a trade show in the fall. I didn't get the correct product and had trouble getting my issue resolved. Thankfully I contacted ***************** one of the customer service representatives. I was previously working with 2 other representatives and the service was less than acceptable. I was very frustrated with the response time, the nonresponses to my emails, and the uneducated answers I was receiving. **** took her time to work with me and ALWAYS responded to my emails. She researched my order and settled my issues. I don't have the product yet, but because of the attention she gave me to my problems, I have full confidence that I will have it in time to ship with my equipment. In a time when good customer service is hard to get, she more than met my expectations. I am in management, and I would like her company to know she is an asset to your company and should be acknowledged for her hard work.

    Do not order from this company. I had a large purchase and after a delay in contractor work causing a delay in install of the floor, I realized I was missing a big portion of my order. It took two days to get in touch with customer service, and the only way I got in touch with them was going through the answering prompts to act like I was placing a new order. I can't even count the number of calls I made and was placed on hold by the answering service only to be told 20 minutes later there was no one to take my call and it hung up. I called the number listed their website that says it is direct to a supervisor if you are not 100% satisfied... it takes you right to the same automated the answering service. I sent a text, messaged through instagram, emailed, requested a call back and nothing. Once I finally got through to Sela it was a fight to get anything done. I had proof that the shipping weight was less than expected and had actually been charged from a "weight deficit" which was not understood by customer service until I explained this to them. They questioned me as to why I waited past the 30 days to call them and tried blaming it on the shipping company. Thanks goodness I kept all the packing sheets as proof and had photo proof of the delivery. Once they agreed I was not at fault, they said they needed to contact their manufacturer by email and were unable to place a call directly to them. I asked for a supervisor who agreed this was bogus and **** could call the manufacturer that day. I received one phone call back saying they delivered two pallets (1 with 200 tiles and 1 with 90 tiles). Luckily I had a photo of the 2 pallets at delivery to prove they were the exact same size. I emailed this in and fast forward a few days, I heard no response. I ended up calling the manufacturer directly and worked with them to expedite and ship my items because I couldn't get in touch with rubber flooring inc. Horrible customer service and horrible experience.

    Do not buy!!!My order as supposed to be right away. Then it got pushed to acouple days , following by a month. Now no one responds after weeks ! Its crazy all I want is mo money back at this point and go somewhere else! I am so frustrated to the point that maybe we should file a complaint!!!!! This is a scam!

    We placed an order of 4 rolls (#*******) for our home gym and one arrived damaged . Sela has been very helpful in resolving the issue so we can complete our flooring and could not be happier with the result. Will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

    Order *******. Ordered rubber flooring for a gym floor. Initially received the wrong order. Worked with their customer service folks who were great. Fixed the problem and received exactly what I ordered. Everyone makes mistakes. But when they make the effort to fix the problem I know I have found a good company. Will definitely use them again in the future.
