    Worst customer service ever~ You can not get anyone in person! You get caught up in ************** on hold, then only to be told, twenty minutes later, they are too busy to help you! Leave a message, then they never call you back. Chat is a joke, if and when you get someone, no follow thru! I have been trying to get a refund for my order, never received! I have spent countless hours on chat, phone and email. No one follows thru with what they say! Still no product, still no refund. Tracking shows my package stalled out with Fed X! Beyond frustrated that no one at this company will help me!

    I have chatted, been on hold, emailed non less than six times I have asked for a REFUND! No one will complete the refund for the merchandise that was not received. I get put on hold, no call back, no text. I was told four days ago they were contacting fed X and would text me back in 24 hours, no response!!!!!!! This is insane! YES, I want a refund for the merchandise you did not deliver!

    I placed an order ******* and canceled it and placed a new one, but both orders shipped out on accident but I was still helped and refunded. What could have been a nightmare of an experience was a walk in the clouds with this company and *****'s help. What an amazing person to work with.

    Amazing customer service each and every time. We get asked regularly about our floors (we use them in a vendor booth for trade shows) by other vendors and customers. We have nothing but good things to say about the product and customer service. Tried to go a little cheap one time, and got an extremely inferior product. Best value for your money with foamtiles.com.

    Initially my order was supposed to be shipped in 3-5 days, then 6 weeks, then 3 months and the 5 months. After my order had gotten pushed back several months, I tried to cancel. Getting a hold of anyone to cancel the order was extremely difficult. He had the option of getting a callback by pressing two. Most of the time those calls were never returned back. If I waited on hold, eventually those calls were just dropped or a recording came on that said we can no longer take your call. By the time I got to speak to somebody after trying for about two weeks, They said they had just s*** my ordered an egg couldnt be canceled. Previously I had also tried chatting in on the website, sending an email and my wife and I both called for several times. The good news is, they will pay to have the product shipped back after it is received and I did get a full refund. It would be nice to have email updates letting you know that your shipping is on back order, but I had to go and check the website regularly to get a status update. The representatives that helped us were a good and polite, but it was difficult to get a hold of them.

    Today my order ******* arrived damaged. This was highly unusual since I have ordered 3 other garage mats and everyone was perfect! When I contacted Garage Flooring ***** I was fortunate to have Sela as my customer service representative. Earlier in the day I sent pics of the damaged mat and not being i phone savvy, the pics were not very high quality. With her patience ( sooo patient!) she walked me through the process of sending additional photos. Not sure if I did it correct...... However, SHE absolutely nailed it and was able to resolve my problem to my satisfaction. Kudos to her and Garage Flooring!
