    This company was helpful up until I paid them. Then they just gave me the run around. Instead of paying $900 for shipping. I requested to drive two hours and pick up the materials with my truck. They said ok-terrific! So, I ordered the product paying them $3,100. Then it was like pulling teeth to get the address of the location I was to pick up the materials. I got the address from them but no phone number or location name. After some research I found the name of the supplier and contacted them myself. At first the supplier did not even recognize the name of FlooringInc.com. Eventually, the supplier found my order number and said, "We don't carry that product anymore." They were waiting for communication from FlooringInc on cancelling the order. In the meantime, the supplier said that they have a new, different product and would wait to hear from FlooringInc.com if it could be substituted. FlooringInc.com did not contact me the next morning like promised. After slogging through the automated calls and chats I finally got someone on FlooringInc.com chat who was helpful, but her hands were tied because she could only send emails and wait for the response. Moral of the story. They took my money. They don't have the product. They only answered 2 out of 6 phone calls. The chat works real hard not to send you to a live person. They still have my money. The project is delayed and I'm waiting for an answer back tomorrow again about a solution. BTW it is only 1:47pm right now.

    I placed my order on 4/23/23, they immediately billed my credit card, which is unusual behavior for an item they have a estimated ship date out over 2 weeks. What we have learned is this is just a middle man, that has several websites and no real employees! They do not answer the phones, nor do they return voice mail after you sit on hold for 20 plus minutes and get the due to high call volume we are unable to answer your calls. After 3 days a "supervisor" calls me after I demanded management to call me back from the person in Zen Desk chat refused to stop my order. I sent an email on 4/30 to cancel the order as we had flooding occur. No one ever responded to this email, items had not shipped as well. The supervisor that works from home was as useless as the person in chat. They had no intentions of helping us. This was a small order 4 boxes of flooring, which as we work through our remodeling would have been more. This company decided to loose over 15k in future purchases over the $800.00. They are not customer focused! Look for some place else to do your business! I'm glad I had this problem! I can imagine what it would be like to deal with damaged or defective flooring. Oh and just because a company generated a shipping label does not mean it has shipped! Label was generated on May 1st after zen desk chat with someone! She claimed she couldn't stop the order. Absoulte lie! Your recourse to deal with companies like this is make sure you document screen shots of everything. This company doubt you will have conversations with. Contact your credit card company and dispute charges! This company told me if I refuse the shipment I have to pay shipping both ways. And the only way to cancel an order is with a live person. If they don't answer your calls pretty hard. Screenshots of your call logs are worth gold! Bad bad business!

    The 4 boxes of flooring arrived via ***** 5/6/2023. All 4 boxes were destroyed. Pet ***** driver they were like this when loaded on the truck at the local center, as soon as he tried to get one off the truck pieces were falling out all over the place. Tend to wonder did this become a malicious shipment. The delivery was refused as damaged products were obvious hanging from the shredded boxes. This company proceeded to harass via email, was told to stop or a police report would be filed. Again this is a bad company, take your business to a place that answers phones and you can see in person

    Should have read the reviews before purchasing.Product was very good, customer service the worst. I ordered 5 boxes, only used a little over three. It took two days to finally reach customer service. Told her I would like to return one box, she said hang on a minute while I call the manufacturer.I waited a very long time, she never came back. Next time, Amazon.

    It was an absolute pleasure to talk to this young lady named ******* she helped me in every way gave me four five six different quotes because I wasn't sure and not once did she complain she always stay nice pleasant and professional and at the same time gave me correct measurements for my garage and what type of tile I should use and the price it will cost absolute pleasure thank you.
