Billing department! Not sure whats going on with Republic Services billing department, but each neighbor inside our HOA seems to be billed a different amount for the same service, and every couple months the amount will change, despite our HOA having a contract with them. Its very suspicious and of course extremely frustrating.Republic Services Inc

Republic truck # **** was servicing the ***************** at ************************************************************ on 6/7/2024 05:30am. The driver was operating at an unsafe speed with complete disregard for the safety of everyone at the store. The driver pulled in so fast I thought the truck was going to crash through the building.Republic Services Inc

Gaslighting people they provide services too. They are suppose to pickup out trash, its in our HOA fee. We have tried to set up an account with them 7 plus times but every time we do they just act like they are missing absolutely all the information and have to start from scratch. They still havent delivered our trash been and Im not about to sign up for services for the 8th time just for them to make me do it all over again. What can I do? Where is the justice? How the h*** do you any one accountable in this society? How do we get trash cans?!?!?!? How do we get services to the home we purchased. All they gonna do when they respond to this is say oh we need your address and account information then they will get that pretend they solve the issue and wait for you to call again. What the do they want? What can we do?Republic Services Inc

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Terrible residential service, can't dump trash bins without scattering trash everywhere or knocking the barrels over. Call and complain, given all kinds of promises, *** a phone call within 24 hrs. No call, no changes in service. Still as inept as possible. Pushing homeowners assoc. To dump this nightmare and get a company that actually cares about customers.Republic Services Inc

I have been a customer for many years. Today is our pick up date and the garbage truck came and picked up the bag we had next to the can but did not pick up our can. I called to relay this because they have missed us before and they sent a truck with no issues. Today when I called I was told they could put in a request but it would probably be picked up next Monday. I have a family and can not have trash sitting in front of my home for a week. Seeing that I was getting no where with the account rep they transferred me to accounting. I was then told to cancel my account and they would backdate it to 5/31. Insane how bad the customer service is so I after being a customer for years have had to cancel my account. Then the account rep tells me they will be by Monday to pick up the bin but not the trash. Excuse me? What are they going to do with the trash dump it on the ground? She said she is not sure I guess we will find out. Just terrible!Republic Services Inc

I've signed multiple contracts for our commercial recycle and trash dumpsters and they are not honoring the prices we have both signed, within the contracted timeframe. Their account representative's are likely not taken care of as they have not lasted more than 6 months. Shame on you republic. I look forward to working with anyone but republicRepublic Services Inc

I could basically copy Cal G's review. I am in the same predicament. First I get an email that service will not be delayed because of the holiday. Then I get an email that it will on Saturday. So my recycle got picked up on Friday, the normal day for pick up but the trash is still there and it is Monday...The republic service line is so busy that you can wait on hold forever without anyone picking up...They say they "are experiencing heavy call volume"....With your crappy service every single week I'm sure they are. I NEED MY TRASH PICKED UP TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Republic Services Inc

I called Republic Services Inc. to ask changing the pick up schedule. Their trucks come as early as 4.30 am and 6.30 am on weekends. The pod is next to residential area and the loading/unloading is very noisy. The customer service promised to speak with the driver, yet nothing changed.. I am considering contacting the local authorities to seek resolution.Republic Services Inc

After two annual eleven percent price increases, I signed with a new company and notified Republic that I was switching and requested an address where I could drop off their containers. The customer service representative said they have no public office where they could be returned. I would have to have them pick them up for a cost of $76. No other options were available. Each time I call them for any reason, they claim they have a contract with our neighborhood of which all our board members have no knowledge. A nearby neighborhood, where we are familiar with the association president, says Republic also misrepresented to them a contract that didnt exist. This deceptive practice is poor business and charging customers to leave them is also ani-American. I would be happy to return their containers to their warehouse if I was told the location.Republic Services Inc

I'm disabled and have to repeatedly call them to pickup my trash, recycling and green waste cans, on a regular basis because the workers either don't want to take them or don't want to get out of their trucks. I also have an ADA ************* provided that was offered to me by a Supervisor who used to come by my home multiple times to pick the cans up on his pickup truck. I've texted him several times about this. I've had to account for this mess with the *** to prevent fines but I don't know how long until they disregard my issues. I've had to leave my cans outside where they could cause fines... too often to count. I've called them far too many times to request pickups, up to a WEEK delayed - with or without a holiday. I've occasionally received a credit for these problems. I just think that as a person who is repeatedly having the ADA *************s overlooked, this is my last resort at trying to ensure my cans are picked up timely each week. Also, they routinely leave my cans on the sidewalk or actually in the street and it makes it so difficult to retrieve. They're supposed to pickup and drop off the cans in the same spot outside my back gate. This is absolutely ridiculous and I hope this complaint stops these years long issues.
