      Your guys in **********, ***** make me smile. I have spoken many times with them and given them water on the Texas hot days.....I love their attitude and hope to make a bigger difference for them if I can get with the big boys in the Corporate offices. LOL.Keep up the good work guys, you make my day every Wednesday!!

      We are stuck with Republic Services because they have the monopoly for service in our town. They miss us almost monthly but still expect full bill payment. When you call, without fail the people on the other end of the line are utterly useless, rude, unhelpful, and totally apathetic and couldn't care less about helping figure out why repeated missed pickups keep happening. Then they proceed to bounce you around from department to department where they don't communicate with each other and you have to start over from the beginning every time they transfer you to explain the issue and be treated rudely by a whole new set of people. If we weren't stuck with them, we'd have cancelled service a long time ago. They are awful.

      This company charges for a service and does not provide it. They have not picked up my trash in three weeks. Pretty straightforward service. Come to my house dump my barrels and drive off. They are a large publicaly traded company that literally does not provide the service their customers are paying for - this is essentially stealing. I can see from the long list of similar complaints against this company that this a chronic issue and nothing is being done to correct it.

      This company was our trash company for the last 4 years and we have never had consistent service. The most recent has occurred across my town with no trash services for more than the last month. I have been in contact with their customer service department, and on hold for more time than I would ever care to waste. No one ever rectified the issue and I had to solve it myself. They did not need to wait for my payment however. I now have a new trash company...

      Missed pickups, then when I complained started charging me overages which I had to fight to get reversed. Now driver has taken the lid to my can in an attempt to continue to charge me for overages. I reached out to Republic Services and they have refused to address the issue because I do not rent one of their garbage cans.

      ****************! Their price started to really skyrocket to over $160 a month for a little garbage. So we decided to cancel. We were with them for over 9 years. It took forever to cancel our service with them. Once we were finally able to get it cancelled, they still sent a bill. After calling them multiple times, I was told to not pay that bill and my account would be credited back and then we would be sent a final bill for removal (Which is ridiculous as well) When we got our final bill, we were credited back but then charged a late fee because we didn't pay the bill that THEY told us not to pay. So I had to call them again to get that removed. It took us almost 4 months to get our account cancelled and a lot of time. I should be sending them a bill for all the time I spent on this. I would never use them again and will make sure everyone I know knows not to use them as well.

      I needed a company to check my oil tank for water. I contacted the local borough for companies that do this service. Republic Services was recommended. I called to have this done. They sent me a contract and a quote, they were inline with the other quotes I received. The cost ******* and they could do it the next day. Great communication with their office and driver. Showed up on time, grabbed his dipstick, put some white paste on the end, climb the ladder, dipped the tank pulled dipstick out and no water was found. Great!! Took maybe 20 minutes. So before he left I asked about a credit. Was told to contact the office. Contacted office and was told that it takes a couple days for credit, Ok, Called 3 days later and no credit yet. Was told a couple more days. Remember that I had to pay ******* up front. So now after 2 weeks of phone calls I get a ****** credit. Paid ****** for 20 minutes of service. I spent more time on the phone with the office than the service. Thats why Im contacting you. I was expecting ****** call out charge but not ******.

      Untrained customer service for one, but my biggest complaint is that they are trying to assess a $38 pickup fee of their container after I canceled their service. We have been their customers since they started in our area, and I Will never pay them. The container is their property. If they want it back they cover the costs themselves!

      I canceled my service because they kept going up on the price. Even though they stopped picking up my trash, they kept sending me notices to either pay the bill they keep sending me or they are going to report me to a collection agency. I was paid up when I canceled and I didnt even have one of their trash containers. They are a terrible business to deal with and I would not recommend them to anyone!
