I continue to get calls from this company several times a week despite asking to be taken off their call list. At one point I mentioned that I have a medical condition that prevents me from donating, and the representative then asked about my medications in an effort to get me to donate despite my refusal and the mentioned condition. This behavior is inappropriate and illegal as that is confidential information, and should not be requested by a complete stranger in a cold call.Business Response

This company harasses me with incessant calls. They called me 7 times just yesterday and have called me nearly 30 times this month asking for a blood donation. This has been going on for years!Business Response

I donated blood to Vitalant ONCE in 2019. I have been receiving calls almost every day since then. Sometimes I received multiple calls on the same day. I block the number, and they use a new one next time. I have to listen and delete the voicemails, which are all just recorded messages so even if I answer I can't tell a live person to STOP THE CALLS. I will never give them my business again because of this harassment. I don't want an apology from the company; I want these calls to STOP.Business Response

Vitalant calls me multiple times a week even though i have been asked to be removed from their call log many times. I always block the number and then they call again using a different number. I donate regularly to Vitalant and started getting calls anytime there was a shortage even if I just donated. I ignored it at first but it has become excessive. I started requesting to them to remove me from the call list and they obliged only for the calls to continue. I have made this same request to them multiple times. At the minimum 10 times only to be guaranteed it would stop. I still get them. I cannot seem to get this request escaped to permanently remove me from the call list.Business Response

Vitalant continues to call me constantly. I will never again donate with them. The ONE time my daughter attempted to donate a few years ago, the technician screwed up. The phone calls are downright harrassment, and blocking the number does no good, because they call from a different number each time. This does not make me want to donate blood at all. I had high iron in my blood nine years ago from multi-vitamins with iron. My doctor advised to switch multi-vitamins and start donating blood at work until he told me to stop. I discontinued after about 4 months. Vitalant somehow acquired this information without my knowledge or consent and have harassed me for many years about donating in spite of me changing residences including leaving ******** 8 years ago. I cannot block them from calling as they keep changing phone numbers. Telling them I'm not interested in dealing with their company has not affected their continuing harassment.Business Response
