Vitalant continually calls. I want these calls to stop. They do not provide a way to do so. Complaint after complaint shows this is an issue with this company. Shame on this company for using the genuine need of others as an excuse to endlessly harass others.Business Response

I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.However , I will add that 7 to 12 days to stop calls from coming seems excessive since other businesses can do that immediately.
I will also add that these reports do nothing to minimize the calls from this company so many people complain about all over the web. So many calls disrupt people's work and lives.

Constant robo calls from endless numbers. I have contacted them to remove my number and I block every number they call from. I am no longer able to make donations to due a health issue and I am sooooo frustrated that they keep calling multiple times a week. If I ever can donate again it will absolutely not be through them. For a year, ******** has launched a relentless campaign of solicitation calls to my cell phone number. In the last 6 weeks I have blocked 8 separate phone ************** just keep coming from new numbers. I donated blood once through Vitalant when I was in high school. I attempted to donate blood again but I became anemic and donating blood would go against my doctor's orders. Ever since then I have been bombarded with a call from Vitalant DAILY. I graduated high school in 2022 and I am still receiving calls to this day. I am irritated because I have explained to them that I cannot donate blood at the moment and they do not seem to care. I am tired of receiving phone calls everyday at 7 am. This needs to end. I keep blocking their numbers since they do not respect my wishes and they keep calling from different phone numbers and leaving TONS of voice messages.Business Response

I donated blood to Vitalant once in 2021. I declined to donate another time after I asked about their antiseptic use since I broke out in hives the first time and was assured up and down they only used alcohol until I brought it up with a higher up and was told they use Chloroprep, which I am allergic to. Since then I have been continuously harassed by constant calls from tens of numbers about donating with Vitalant. On my current phone alone I have 8 numbers blocked and I repeatedly get calls from new customers. I will NEVER donate through ****************** again for the sole reason that their calls are so distruptive to my day-to-day life.Business Response

repeated unwanted calls from them- when I block a number they just call from another. It is automated so no one is on the line when I answer who can assist with stopping the calls. I have at least one voicemail a week from blocked numbers over the past year. I cannot find a way to get them to stop calling me or changing the number for calls.Business Response

These people call me ENDLESSLY!!!!! I get calls from them multiple times a day almost daily. And they call from different phone numbers so I'm never able to block just ONE call. The amount of times they disrupt meetings or other phone calls because of how often they call is incredulous. I don't even know how they got my information. You can see from the images how often these people call me.
