      Horrible. The billing/insurance authorization people don't do their job, then lie and blame the insurance company, doctor and even patient for why they are unable to provide services that are approved. If you value your health and need timely services GO ELSEWHERE!

      SimonMed (SM) is THE WORST. Something very shady is going on w/this company. Wish I could rate 0 ******** issue took over 10 phone calls over the course 4 months to resolve. Every call we asked for name of person and tried to get back to same person next time. They asked for last name and ext., but would never give that info out when we asked. Its a vicious cycle of who would you like to talk to but can't get to that person. They'll never escalate to allow you to talk to a manager or supervisor. After every call they say it will be 2-3 weeks...but then call back and nothing ever done.Before services, I verified 2x insurance (ins.) covered the service. SM said we werent covered. Told them to verify again. SM said they would, but if not covered then had to pay at time of service. Confrimed with ins. again and told DM we were covered. Got to the visit and ** said had to pay $195 or couldnt get service. Called after to ask ** to submit the claim to insurance. SM said they would if covered and never did. Called again with my ins. *** to ask them to submit the claim. Same answer. *** argued and told SM we are covered, and to submit claim. Waited 2-3 weeks. Called backnothing submitted, same runaround. ** said need to submit to back office to review then submit to ins. Finally showed up at ins. after many calls. Called SM to ask where/when refund issued. SM said test only cost $130. We paid $195. Why is SM charging more than the actual test? Ins. *** asked who is pocketing the other $60? SM said wait 2-3 weeks. Called back. Nothing processed. ** said theyd submit to back office for refund review. Wait 2-3 weeks & called back w/ins. ***, nothing done. ** said will send to back office to process Wait 2-3 weeks.I think this place just hopes that you believe them when they say ins. doesnt cover it and that you'll be so frustrated dealing with them you will give up and let them take your money or that you'll forget. ****! Urge everyone to NOT use SM EVER!

      If I could give them a 0 I would, don't trust their billing department. I have tried to speak to a Supervisor but Pearl refuses to let me speak, she says they are engaged every time I call. They refuse to speak with me about continually charging my credit card. I received a refund check back in March, but they keep charging and no one can tell me why Pearl. I have disputing this charge. Watch your wallet. Pearl was rude, nasty and she is a LIAR

      My doctor called a well woman managram diagnostic when it should not have. He called Simon Med and nothing ever got resolved. I paid $150.00 when a well woman visit us $0!!!!! Can't get my money back. This feels criminal!!

      Service is so so, but the worst is their accounting. I had to pay ****** before my MRI, then I received a bill for ****** after my insurance covered their portion. Then my insurance paid ****** from my health reimbursement account leaving a balance of ******. They continued to bill me ****** even after several phone calls and an email with copies of the disbursement's from my HRA. They kept telling me to ignore future letters and that they would update my account. 2 months later another bill in the mail showing a balance due of ******. I paid the ****** real balance owed and I will not even talk to them anymore. ******** company and business avoid at all cost or be prepared to get ripped off

      I am constantly being harrassed by phone calls and texts about scheduling an appointment. I hate Simon Med and would never go back there. This has been going on for weeks. I have asked multiple people to stop to no avail. Do I need to do a cease and desist letter. This is HARRASSMENT! I an reporting this to the *** and many other places. THIS HAS TO STOP, WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE????

      I had to call scheduling 3 times for my my bilateral ***s because they screwed it up twice.We arrived at the *** location which is ***************** 15 minutes ahead of time. Almost 90 minutes later they called us back. I am in a leg immobilizer and unable to bend my leg and my other leg is injured as well. The location did not have a wheelchair that was outfitted for leg stability. Keep in mind that I informed the scheduler with each call that I am immobile and would need assistance. After meeting the *** tech, we found out that one of the *** orders was incorrect and my wife was instructed to call the doctor and get that *** request changed while I was getting my first ***. My wife had to hold my leg in the air walking backward to the *** room because there was no one else to help. The *** tech could not lift me onto the table on her own so my wife independently sought the help of another ******** and sent the ******** into the room to help the *** tech. The *** would not have been possible without the assistance of the second ******** and also would have been dangerous. Keep in mind that we told the scheduler multiple times that I would need assistance because I was immobile. The doctor's office sent the revised *** order almost immediately. What then ensued was literally a shouting match between the front office supervisor and my wife because the supervisor was saying that she didn't care that the order was changed. It wasn't going to happen because they were running behind. Literally this was a screaming match with the front office supervisor being irate with my wife. She then later apologized after my wife threatened a lawsuit over this whole affair. The *** tech was great but was caught in the middle. I have personally used this *** location many times over the past 10 years but I will never use it again or ever use Simonmed. They should lose their license and I will be pursuing formal complaints.

      Simonmed Imaging provides terrible customer service for scheduling. I recieve calls from recordings, claiming to be "*****" but if I don't answer the unidentified phone number, there is such a delay between when their message plays and the voicemail times out. All I get is a 30 second blank message. When I finally figure out it is the Kab, and answer, it is simply a message to call them. When I call back, I am placed on en extended hold. I tried the website, but there is no way to tell them I already had the test performed and request tgey stop calling me to schedule the completed tests. Very frustrating company.

      My daughter was sent home from her doctor with an order for a CT scan with the letters STAT written larger than life across the page. Called to schedule and I was told "STAT" just means to schedule with SimonMed as soon as possible. First available appointment is over a week away. Transferred to a supervisor and the call disconnected. 30 minutes gone. Joined the online chat queue. Another 20 minutes waiting before I received the message "The chat has ended because agents are no longer available." DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH ***.
