      SimonMed's negligence and gross incompetency may result in a three month delay of my surgery. Over the course of 5 days, more than 5 hours of phone calls, six representatives including a supervisor, they lied to me repeatedly and failed to perform even the smallest attention to detail. This is all documented and can be proven by the recorded phone calls for "quality assurance" purposes.

      Imaging was fine, however their process and patient tracking for payment is horrendous. I paid co-pay at time of service $75 and had the scan done for my mom. 30 days later I started getting recurring voicemails, and SMS that the authorization was done and ready to do the scans (no way to shut off the notifications). Then I started getting calls and bills for $75 that I already paid. Nightmare of a process to authenticate to speak to them on their ERROR, but when I did, the agent saw that I had paid "it just wasn't linked to the account"? She said it will be ***** days to get it corrected :( How many people would have just paid AGAIN.

      I wish I could give ***** stars. I work for a medical facility and it is a nightmare trying to get results for patients. I have had patients call me a week after having imaging done and we have no results. I have been told by the third party that answers Simonmed phones that the radiologists have not read images to provide reports. When asking why the reports are taking over a week, I am told they have a high volume and can only guarantee reports within 5-7 business days. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!! I will inform every patient that I can NOT to use Simonmed! The whole company needs to be shut down!

      Phoenix is a city with some of the best healthcare in the country. Simon Med is a disgrace to the profession. They are impossible to communicate with and often loose records and require repeat procedures. When calling we are greeted by someone who is difficult to understand and who has difficulty understanding my issue. You are unable to speak with anyone at the location or in the *************. Today to get a simple answer I had to call seven times and disconnected repeatedly. In order to resolve the issue I had to drive 27 miles to the location and work it out face to face. They claimed to have misfiled my records and miraculously found them. NEVER again will I use Simon Med. My imaging company of choice is Banner Imaging in Phoenix, AZ. If I could rate lower than 1, would have gone into the negative numbers. Stay away from Simon Med.....it is all about making money and the patient be damned.

      I have had the very worst experience ever. Not being dramatic just honest I have never had a worse experience with any company or organization in my life. I would never recommend Simon Med to anyone and will never be back after my needed exam today! Their patient communication is terrible, they cancel appointments without contacting patients first. It is impossible to speak with a specific location. The call center agents are not trained well or prepared to truly assist patients. I went in circles literally for a week. And still today when I have had my appointment canceled 3 times in the past 24 hours do not know if I will get my exam when I show up at 1:30 for my scheduled appointment. Dealing with this company has made me physically ill on top of already being physically ill. Just not okay!

      been trying to get an mri since april/ since then i hav had 4 cancelations 5 reschedules. latest appointment for 6-23-2025 was canceled mri down, reschuled for 7-1-2025. This date canceled again , reschuled ***** 2025.This company is totally imcompentent.

      Missing Exam Records Extremely Frustrating Experience I had a mammogram at ******* on May 9. A few days later, I was contacted and informed that the results were inconclusive and that I needed to return for additional imaging. I was called on May 21 and told to come in the next day (May 22), without a scheduled appointment. They treated me as a "priority" and took me in quickly with no wait.Since then, it has been a nightmare. No one can find any record that I returned on May 22 for the follow-up imaging. I spent nearly an hour on the phone today, and multiple staff members were unable to locate any documentation. I have a follow-up appointment with my physician next week, and I still have no results to ********** make matters worse, I was told Id need to go back in person to try to resolve the issue. When I questioned this, the person on the phone went silent until I eventually gave up and ended the call.This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable, especially for something as important as a diagnostic exam. I would not recommend this location to others.

      Communication was very confusing and conflicting. Have to call them 4 different times to get my appointment details. Never received any Email or message to them. Different answers for the same subject. I had to be at their location twice due to this lake of communication. To be honest, the people at ******** location was polited and profissional. at the end of the day, seem like they don't care about their pacient or they need trainnig

      Very difficult to deal with this business practices. My husband has cancer and went for a PetScan. The appointment was rescheduled 3 times. Each time they rescheduled they reminded us that we would have to pay our part, which was quoted as ******** all verbal over the phone. When he got there he was told to pay ***** or he would not be seen. Simon Med is a ********** Blue Shield Provider. **** advised me that part of the Provider agreement is they are not allowed to collect any more than a copay. I can't speak to a Supervisor or receive a call back. I have called three times.

      Horrible. The billing/insurance authorization people don't do their job, then lie and blame the insurance company, doctor and even patient for why they are unable to provide services that are approved. If you value your health and need timely services GO ELSEWHERE!
