      Simon med canceled 3 appoints right before I left home. The last time I was 15 minutes from the building. I had to take meds each time.DO NOT USE THEM! Really a minus star rating.

      Horrible service. Employees not helpful. Waited 3 hours and they keep saying will get you right back. Waiting room filthy and they don’t require people in waiting room to wear masks.

      Do not use this company!! They lied to my face in the office telling me my MRI was cancelled by my doctor which their own scheduling verified was a lie and was never cancelled by my doctor. Scheduling would not let me speak to someone in charge because I've been calling for 3 days now between Simon med and my doctor. Please save yourself a headache and get imaging elsewhere. They do not care about their patients in office or scheduling department. It's absolutely sickening.

      Today the 6th of June my 84 year old mother had and appointment with MSI location Waterford Lakes, ******* They told ** to be here at 1 PM to do the paperwork with we did... and register for 1:30 appointment of ultra sound followed by CT scan of abdomen and at 3pm to have MRI of lower spine.Well the office was not organized and even though we have made appointment for all these procedures they managed to get this 84 year women all upset by confusion of paperwork and not taking her in until 1:38 pm and caused a chain reaction causing her to have a down spiro events specially the patient is suffering from dementia and related issues.Her las appointment did not take place until 3:40 think about this she was told not to eat. The manager is ****** who was unapologetic and down right confused about her job and managing the staff and office. I DON'T RECOMMEND ****** Med Waterford location and recommend that *************** to retire and let someone capable do this job...

      I was insured and apparently despite having my address/phone etc decided to send my $46 bill to a collection agency. After almost 3 years. Pathetic.

      I was referred for a 3D mammogram and breast ultrasound. They could not schedule the ultrasound at any of their 4 locations. How does an imaging center not have an ultrasound tech?I made the mammogram appt but the mammogram tech was unbelievably rude and hostile, literally from the moment I said, "Hello." I was honestly afraid to have her touch me. I asked Reception for another tech - no one available. And this was AFTER my appointment was rescheduled - twice. I will NEVER use SimonMed again. HORRIBLE service, rude employees, shoddily run. Again, no MRI or ultrasound? Seriously?I'd give zero stars, but that isn't an option.

      I have had wonderful service in person but nothing but problems with their patient portal. First, the wrong email was entered, which messed up access to results, then called 3 times and they claimed it was fixed - it wasn't. Doctors and labs want me to fill out info online but I can't. It's ridiculous. Now I am sitting on the phone for quite some time waiting for IT support to pick up. No one is coming to the phone as I sit on hold. Disaster. I can't get results, fill out forms or verify appointments. The number given for Opendr, which they use, doesn't exist.

      I would give negative stars if I could,. I had a horrific experience at Simonmed in ********* **. I walked in there to get an Mri of my spine and hip as I am dealing with a torn iliolumbar ligament. I could barely walk out on my own with my spouses help. The inexperienced tech put me on my back with a hip cage over me then tied my feet together after I begged him not to do that, well that resulted in bilateral tears of my glutus minus, I could feel them tearing while in the tube, I was crying asking him to untie my feet, it took 3 months to heal from that injury caused by the tech, you could see the bursitis going down my right leg from that injury on the **** being caused while in that tube. I did not have any of that going before going there. But the experience sure as h*** traumatized me. My dr wanted to get another MRi of my L4-5 ( 4 months later) as they are getting compressed and wanted to send me to Simon med, another location, well I couldn't do it, I walked out of there crying because I just couldn't take the chance on another inexperienced tech hurting me again. I have had many MRis in my life and have never had an experience like that one. left me traumatized. Just for reference, I have given birth 4 times and passed big kidney stones, drove a clutch with a broken leg so I have a high tolerance for pain. This was a horrific experience. Add insult to injury, then I had to go round with their billing **** while in pain from being injured there as they were trying to double **** us. The last thing anyone needs is to be caused more injury while trying to fix a current one.

      My physician sent an order to SimonMed for a CT scan. A rep called me two days later and scheduled an appt. The day before the appt. I received a message that my appt was postponed becuase my insurance *** had not yet authorized the procedure. I was then prompted to call and make alternate arrangements. The customer service rep, named ******* (refused to provide last name), immediately began berating me and saying they need more than two days to get authorization. When I reminded her that THEY called ME to schedule the appt she said that was wrong. I responded by asking if there was anything I could do on my end to expedite the matter and she barked "We don't EXPEDITE anything!". Her demeanor only deteriorated from there and when she called me "Darlin", I had enough insult and terminated the call. Inexcusable, extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. Also, in a prior appt for an *** I had to wait over an hour beyond my scheduled time to just get ushered to an exam room. Then another 10 minutes before actually getting the procedure done. And the *** tech was a jerk with a bad attitude who appeared to be in a big hurry.For what its worth, customer service in all areas of this company appears to be terrible. I will never use SimonMed again. Can I give a "0" star rating?

      SimonMed is by far the worst company I have done business with. The office staff is rude and unknowledgeable about scheduling and insurance. I have been over charged for mammograms to the point that my insurance company had to call them to remove the charge. Also. scheduling with them is a nightmare. They will always call to reschedule your appointment once it has been set. And the average wait time, even with an appointment, is 45mins-1 hour. Yesterday I had an appointment set with the *********************** location in **** for a mammogram. They called me in the morning to reschedule it because I was going to be the last mammogram of the day and the Tech had to leave before that appointment. So they moved my appointment to 15 mins earlier. I went, checked in and sat down where I proceeded to wait for 40 mins until one of the office workers asked if I was waiting for some one! I told her no, I have an appt and have already checked in. They told me the Tech forgot about me and already left so they need to reschedule me AGAIN. I honestly do not understand how they are still in business......SMH
