If I had read the reviews before applying for a house with this company, I wouldn't have done it. As said in a previous review, they seem totally against Self employees, the income verification process is archaic and does not match reality. They do not offer any other form of verification (Income tax return or Statements) and simply do not care about customer satisfaction, as it says on the website. We made our application, paid all the fees, including $35 for processing, had our application denied due to "insufficient income" (since they only check the personal account, not the company's, since I am the sole owner of the company), 2 days later we received an email saying that we were approved. When I contacted the person who was assisting us to continue the process, we were informed that that email was about pre-approval and that our process was still DENIED. Since they have already collected the application, holding and processing fees, when your case is denied they simply don't give a **** and tell you that your money (holding fee only) will be back in your account within 30 days, which should be immediate.Progress Residential Property Manager LLC

This company is allowing one of their home rentals (in Metro Atlanta) go into disrepair and, what seems to be, allowing squatters to reside there. The property is an eyesore and in serious need of management as it is a danger. They are taking no actions to maintain a clean property and the house should be condemned.Progress Residential Property Manager LLC

This company promised me and my family a House in ************ address ********************************************* paid the holding fee the house was never taken off their website, I called them and they insisted it was just the weekend and it would indeed be taken down it never happened. They took $400. holding fee for a house that they knew they were not going to rent to me. If I could give 0 stars I would. They insisted they need access to your bank account. They make you criminal style pictures saying they need to verify you to rent the house. You will never get to talk to a supervisor. They work with ****** and Payscore their all scammers. Beware look at their reviews. I really sad when people really need a place to stay. They have all these signs in their homes saying beware of scammers when they really are the scammers I have asked for my money back several times and continue to lie and say their processing the application. Also beware the deposit amount will change once they have access to your account. They pretend to lower the house price and once you pay and send in all your documents you see no house nor your money. They are very unprofessional and may be stealing people identity because. God will prevail and croockness dont pay. These company has millions of bad reviews look on those social media apps and you will see I am very disappointed with this place also there is no local office and they will lie until you give them your money.Progress Residential Property Manager LLC

Dont Rent from this company! They are a scam and there is no response. I have not had ac since Saturday. They sent acknowledgment on Saturday it was dispatched and I would be contacted. Lies! No one calls from vendors only text Tuesday was here to tell me compress out and they would put in bid? This is Thrusday day 6. I had to go to hospital due to medical complications due to heat. We are at hotel and this is expensive! I am concerned they are still in business. How many families have suffer while this company is allowed to rip off Hard working Georgian families!! ZERO STARS!! I DIDNT READ THE REVIEWS AND THEY HAVE THIS "POLICY" THAT IS NOT POSTED ANYWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE AND ACCORDING TO THEIR REP IT JUST CHANGED 2 WEEKS AGO AND ACCORDING TO THE SAME REP IT IS POSTED ON THE WEBSITE HE JUST COULDNT FIND IT. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! They tell you that you have to pay a $250 holding fee to remove a listing for a house you cant even see yet and that if you decide you dont want it, youll get a refund. NOPE!!!! I applied and paid the holding fee for a house I wouldnt be able to see for almost a month. I ended up cancelling my application 2 weeks later, still 2 weeks from being able to see the home and Im now told that because Im not taking one of their houses, I dont get my $250 back. Im thankful I dodged a bullet because this company wouldve been a nightmare to deal with. Good luck to anyone who rents from them. CROOKS!!!!Progress Residential Property Manager LLC

READ THE REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY BEFORE RENTING and notice they all have one star!!! As others stated, I'd give zero or negative stars if possible. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. We moved into our home in ******* in April and the A/C was not working upon move-in. It is now September, five months later, we've had EIGHT maintenance visits, and we STILL HAVE NO A/C because they are such a cheap company and keep putting a band aid on a bullet hole. Our A/C unit, as they are aware, is 13 years old and the vendor has recommended for it to be entirely replaced as it is a discontinued model out of warranty which no longer works. Instead, Progress Residential refilled the Freon in the unit 7 times (bordering on illegal) then finally addressed the Freon leak by replacing the coil in our dinosaur of an air handler. Two days later, (today), our air stopped cooling again BECAUSE THE WHOLE UNIT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. But they know this and don't want to pay for it. We never would have rented this house had we known from the beginning that the A/C doesn't work. We are in ******* for ******** sake.We have spent over 40 days and nights in a house reaching upwards of 100 degrees Fahrenheit, which is unsafe and unlivable, and we have not received any sort of compensation or discounts off our rent. Instead, we just get stuck with climbing electric bills from a bad HVAC unit. We have spent countless hours on hold and speaking with customer service, but they just transfer us to someone else who can't help us so we have to tell them the whole story over again from the beginning each time, as if they don't even keep notes of previous conversations. I have sent dozens of emails to customer service, but they literally just never respond at all. Never in my life have I rented a home from such a horrid company. Can't wait to move out of this nightmare. Please find a different company to rent from!Progress Residential Property Manager LLC

I feel their application process is completely biased against self employed businesses. I experienced many technical issues using their income verification screening and got no help in the process. They cancelled my application because the payscore link expired and all I got was a sorry, looks like you gotta re-apply! Meaning spending $400+ since they make the $250 holding fee a requirement every time you apply. Application got rejected a second time because they dont accept business income (aka your personal income if you are self employed). Just an extremely disappointing and insanely frustrating application process. Total waste of money in my opinion, wish we never bothered applyingProgress Residential Property Manager LLC

It has been 4 months and I have been without a dishwasher. It states in my lease that the landlord is required to repair the dishwasher. I have the new one. The maintenance guy was supposed to be here today but never showed up. It's getting ridiculous at this point and I am wanting to start paying rent into an escrow until this problem is fixed. 0/5 stars if I could.Progress Residential Property Manager LLC
