      Y'all just do non I have been call even talk to multiple manger and supervisors that's my house AC not cooling it's been 5 days since I called more than 30 to between ********************************************************************************* it's been 5 days still waiting my house temperature it was at day time 93 inside and night time when I am Writing this review 89 degrees indise I at 1:30 am !!hope u guys do some better ????????

      My family and I have been without air conditioning for 11 days tomorrow. I just had a c section and have a newborn and they have left us in our home in 85 degree and 92% humidity for this long. They booked a hotel 1 hour away from my home claiming this was the only progress was allowed to book bjt told me I had to be here if the vendors came to work on the home. The vendors came 3 times and rules it needed replaced Thursday. They called 30 times to tell them if they would approve the replacement they could get here Saturday so my family had ac! They never responded. Knowing we havent had ac for 11 days tomorrow ?? this is such a long story so many bizzare questions.

      Since September of 2022. We've had 10 (TEN) plumbing issue calls for the same issue. The maintenance center submits a work ticket, they enter is as high priority, and they apologize each time we have to call back several times for each of the 10 instances. The issue? the sewage backs up into the shower, bathtub, toilets can't be flushed, and water all over the master bath, hall, and seeps through a wall into a closet, ruining shoes, purses and whatever is on the floor. First they had the tech come by, and we had to wait for him. He determines he can't handle this issue and a plumber is called. ***************. is usually told that we have a leaky toilet. They snake various drains and deem things fixed, it's not. We have NO toilet usage, or actually we cannot flush. It's that, or go in the back yard or a bag. I'm not kidding. IF we use any water, it runs on the bathroom floor in the master bath. We had 3 work orders filed this time Wed 7/19. I called at 9:01 Aml. When I heard nothing, called at 2:30. Still nothing back. called again at 3::45, was told the original service order is still waiting on approval. Sent an email with photos of raw sewage in the tub. 4:15 called to try and find out if someone would be showing up, or at least calling us. My spouse called at 4:50. Called the original number back and talked to them for an hour until the tech could call us. By this time is was 6:00. They said someone would be at the house Thurs. AM .He didn't say who, or what time, no one showed. FINALLY Fri. At 5:35 pm. Teck comes by stays 5 min, takes photos and leaves. Saying toilets flush. Still wonering if we can shower, clean dishes, laundry. .I have to take time off work each time to be home "just in case" someone can come by the house that same day, or any day. I have to clean up the mess and disinfect., and throw away shoes/purses. So since Wed 19th we still have no solution. Now I get a case is closed email.

      We are new in our rental home in ******* (1.5 months since we moved in). Our ** went out Tuesday 7/18 and Progress failed to expedite our need for cooling. Temps have reached 90* in our home. Today, Friday 7/21 an ** company came and found that our unit had not been serviced in a VERY long time. Filters were clogged. The unit was filthy, and in need of repairs/parts which have to be ordered. We wont have air conditioning until next week and we have a small child and several senior dogs that are very hot!! We were forced to go spend $600 at ********** on portable **s that do not cool the entire house. We are still at 83* inside. Progress has stated its not an ER until temps reach 85. This is beyond unacceptable and the ** unit shouldve been serviced BEFORE we moved in. Its July in GA and it is VERY hot and humid. Both adults work from home remotely, and this has affected our work schedules as well. Its unreal how Progress has shown zero concern for this outage. Very very disappointed in this company and considering the amount we pay for rent, this is completely UN**CEPTABLE in a rental company whose responsibility is the upkeep of this property.

      We rented from Progress after we had a house fire literally lost almost everything. We were in a lease for a year at ***********************************************************. The air conditioner was not working right and the air ducts were not attached right. We put in work order had to wait I believe two months for someone to come out. She had to attach ducts and make a larger vent so airflow would go up. She left a mess with some sort of drywall material and there was a hole in the floor of bedroom three with nail popped up. Dishwasher was leaking water on floor. Found out after two months that it was put in wrong. Our lease was up June 13, 2023. In ***** electric went out in Bedroom 2 and # put in work order maintenance came out couldn't fix this. Luckily our house was going to be done early. We took most of our belongings since we could not live there. The solution was they would fix it after we moved out. ***************** paid rent until June 13th and gave 60 day notice in *****. Then the fun starts there were charges on RentCafe for rent, month to month fee, pet fee. smart home fee and water sewer trash through the end of June. When I called ******************************* I asked about this. She told me I had to pay it due to other tenants not moving out when they said they would. I would get it back and there was no way to get out of it. I paid it as told to and when ******** looked into it rep said no and sent me a copy of the lease again. I moved out received security deposit 4 days after I should with no pictures and no refund of 8 days of rent, etc only 9 days. I sent ****** an e-mai; she said my lease was up on 6-21-23. I said no, sent her the lease and her email she sent my husband She said contact ************** I did ********* told me that I needed to provide documentation like pictures. I did I sent 7 emails and I get an email back that said I have to provide proof I notified someone we turned our stuff in, I did.. . Prove to me we lived there until 6-21-23. I have numerous documents,

      This company needs to be shut down and the honorable customers they have had compensated for the hours and hours of lost time trying to keep them from taking money they are not owed. They are fraudulent, conniving, deceptive, and egregious in their business practices. I added over $5000 in outdoor improvements and left the home immaculate, yet they claimed otherwise and tried to charge me $460 in damages/cleaning. You are not allowed to talk to ANYONE; all correspondence must be through email so you will spend countless days waiting for responses and defending yourself to employees who lie, manipulate move-out statements, and falsify information. Take pictures and keep good records. Check their math carefully because they double bill and manipulate numbers in their favor. I did all of that, and it took me over a month, day in and day out, to get my refund okayed. I have not received it, but I do have a signed document stating I will. Rent from someone else and stay clear of this monster!

      I only been living in this house for 30 days and the minute I officially settled in.. I noticed there in mold in my bathroom and the air quality in my home is so think and unable to breath. My daughter and I have been having breathing issues since living in this home. I complain and COMPLAIN and nothing has been done. I keep getting the runaround. No one is answering phones. Doctor ***** has accumulated. My daughter and myself is asthmatic and living in this home is unsafe for both of our well being.

      Im sending this as a courtesy after, I will be providing all documents and videos to news stations across the ** and giving an interview. As well as many state and local leaders to make sure this scam of a company be held accountable. I give this company no stars because I see firsthand how this company treat their tenants. Its a shame!!!! There are houses owned by this company and they put everything on their tenants like they home owners. I lived next door to one of the properties and I have complained for years to have them cut this dead tree that is growing on my property when it rains it mud because no grass will grow because of this dead tree. I see this company walked my neighbor property and talked a good game but done absolutely nothing. Is it the tenant job to lay sod? I think not, because if the deed isnt in the tenants name I think Progress you need to get a plan and execute!!!!!!!!!! I seen many tenants come and go here because of this issue and being fine because the property management company are slum lords. However your houses don't look like that in that neighborhood not to far from here because they don't play with you!

      Whats the point of putting your complaint if they will not allowed to enter everything people need to know about this companies. Worst experience ever JUST STAY AWAY. Irresponsible, liars, a complete scam regret using them. Customer service is a 0 or big will never recommend them. They will try to **** every ***** out of you looking into legal advice. Can write a book with my experience this time. Businesses like this should be shut down.

      We have been approved for a home since june 29 and was told we could move in July 1st. It is now July 18th and still being told we cant move in with no explanation. We have explained 50 times thats this is an urgent time sensitive case and we will be without a home if they cannot get us in our approved home and they do not seem to care. They just transfer me and repeat the same script everytime I call for answers. They refuse to transfer me to a supervisor. This company does not care about your individual needs. They do not care that I will be homeless!
