      Damage to my wheels occured on Oct 9, 2024. I came in for 2 rear tires advised the service writer to have his best man do the work and had them take pictures of the wheels before any work was performed. They apparemtly no longer have the pictures. After the work was performed I told them my wheels were damaged *** I wanted to file a complaint. They chose not to take any pictures but I did. which i am including. I was contacted by ****** ******* of Fleet Response a few days later. Her first resonse was it't my word against theirs. A few ays later it became the damage is not consistant with the service provided. After that it became "normal wear and tear" . The claim number is *******. I have uploaded an estimate for the wheel repair which is $1000.00 and the estimated rental car cost is $237.00 as the repair process will take 3 days. The pictures I have provided show the damage to my rea wheels and since they cannot provide the pictures they took before the service I am providing pictures of my front wheels as a point of reference. They are the last 2 pictures . This has been going on for over 6 weeks and they refuse to take any responsibility for th damage and are not giving my after pictures any credence. They chose not to take any pictures at the time the complaint was filed which was immediately after the service. This complaint supercedes the one filed on 11/22/24 which I felt was not detailed enough..

      Discount Tire in *********, ** damaged my car on 11-01-2024 doing an all wheel alignment. They stripped the bolt on the left rear wheel a -arm and crushed the alignment tab on the frame. When they reconnected all the safety sensors on the car that they had to disconnect in order to do the alignment they took the car off the rack so I could take it to the ***** dealer to fix the damage and brought the car over to me to leave and I noticed 15 safety sensors going off flashing and beeping and they said they were sorry and don't worry they would take care of it.I left Discount Tire asap and drove 4 blocks down the road to the ***** Dealership to get the car fixed. They had the car for 3 days and fixed it. The repair bill was for $735 which I paid and had Discount Tire file a claim for the damage which they just emailed me after 4 weeks dening my claim. Since when can a business damage your car and not have to pay?I want my $735 they owe for all the repairs done to my car. I found out just at the ***** dealership of a customer who went to the ********************** in *******, ** for an alignment where they sripped the bolt on her car and another person who also had a bad experience having an alignment. Discount Tire only started to do alignments 8 months ago. I have pictures to show but I can't upload them. Please Help!

      On 11/27/2024 I had Discount tire replace the tires on the rims I use for winter. These rims are only used during winter. Discount Tire unmounted my summer rims/tires so I could store them. During the replacement of the old winter tires with the new ones the staff misplaced the **** sensors that keep track of the air in the tires. I found out once I drove away I started receiving messages on the dashboard that the **** systems was not responding. I went back immediately to inform the staff, manager **** was very confrontational. Only solution offered was for me to pay for the sensors. Would not listen to me in the slightest. All modern *** rims come with **** sensors by default. The shop clearly misplaced them and would not agree to repair. I want the $172.00 I was made to pay refunded.

      On 5/4/2022 I purchased 4 new tires for my truck and 4 refund/replacement certificates at a cost of $275. They were sold to me under the pretense of "if the tire is damaged beyond repair, it is replaced for free". In September of this year I ran over part of a ladder on the freeway that damaged one of the tires. On 9/27/24 I took the vehicle to Discount Tire and was told that because the tire held air, it was not damaged beyond repair. There's hunks of rubber missing from the $491 near new tire and I haul heavy loads on the truck. That tire is damaged beyond repair and not safe yet the small print on the certificate, the verbiage that was not conveyed to me, was enacted and they denied the claim. I now have a useless tire and obvious 4 useless certificates I paid $275 to get under false pretenses.

      Discount tire has proved this response to me after I filed a complaint through their own system. I then get a call from a "local" store *** and he explains the tire is not damaged beyond ***air as it holds air. I don't seem to be able to convey to these guys that a tire with a piece if center tread ripped to the belt, IS damaged beyond ***air. I have motor raced and Baja travelled my entire life and know more about tires than the kids that are telling me what the comapy tells them to say...they are incorrect.

      My issue is with their certificates that are sold under the pretense that any tire damaged beyond ***air is ***laced....the small print that the sales *** does not mention is the tire actually has to NOT hold air. Their certificates are 100% a scam. If someone wants to call and say they well ***lace the tire (they have photos) and refund the scam certificate cost of $275, then I will accept their response...not another call from a kid at the local store.

      I went to Discount Tire store at ********************************************* and perchased 4 new tires. After driving the vehicle from ******* to ********, it started to make a clunking sound. When I brought the vehicle to my dealership, they determined the lug nuts were loose on the front left wheel and caused one of the wheel stud to break. This resulted in $2855 in vehicle repairs to replace the wheel bearing assembly. Filed claim with Discount Tire(claim: 24-187566 GL). They changed their response from "Discount Tires will pay for the replacement of the loose lug nuts and the broken stud." to "you have exceeded our maximum mileage limit of ***** miles or less. This is a company limit that is established to allow a certain amount of mileage allowed that would be attributable to service vs stud integrity failure" They are trying to use an arbitrary mileage of 1000 miles to disqualify my claim, when in fact the lug nuts became loose after their service, and there is no other way for the lug nuts to become loose had they been properly torqued down. Hopefully BBB can get them to do the right thing. Or I will have to file a lawsuit.

      I had a nail in my back passenger side tire I told ******* the worker who helped me we went out to look at the the tire when he told me it was cost $241 to replace all 3 tires I said NO just replace the one with the nail and he said no because my front tire was bald so I said if you really have to, then replace BOTH PASSENGER SIDE TIRES. At no point did I authorize them to change my front driver side tire they scammed me so now Ill come back to pay for a third tire, the one with the nail it that was the whole problem to begin with. They did everything except what I wanted. I want them to correct their mistake ASAP

      Date of Transaction: 11/19/2024 Money paid: ******* for a set of four tires. One of the tire flattened after two hours. Then I noticed that this tire was not new, a lot of wearing already. It was manufactured Week-Year foramt, in 1124. The other three were manufactured even earlier, two 0924, and one 0224. They are not together, and the 1124 has significant problems ( I have pictures to support my claim,) Thus, I think they sold me used tires instead of new ones. I contacted them. They refused to install my old tires back (yesterday afternoon, ), They refused to reimburse any.I hope they refund me half the price and have the broken tire replaced.

      On November ******* I went to discount tires with a nail with one of my tires and ended up buying 4 brand new tires from them which they then installed. Once the installation was completed, a representative came to me and told me they were having problems getting my car started as it was completely dead. I immediately went to look at it as I came to the store with a perfectly good working car and told them my car is a smart car **** X3) and gives warning messages in advance of anything was going on with it as it did with my flat tire. The representative told me that the car was not completely turned off when they were working on it as they were not familiar with operating BMWs. I immediately knew that they drained my battery resulting in me having to get a tow truck in order to get my car home. The battery was so drained that it also ruined my thermostat housing as enough power wasnt getting to it to cool the thermostat hose. This Im telling you is the confirmation I got from the *** specialist/mechanic. There was nothing wrong with my battery before it was drained. I was devastated and extremely upset with all the costs I had to absorb due to the inexperience staff. This is unacceptable and disappointing and I deserve to be reimbursed. I spent $550 at discount tires for my new tires and should not have have to spend hundreds more because they didnt turn my car off and drained my battery. They could have seriously ruined my engine. I am asking for help in getting reimbursed so I do not have to sue them or escalate this matter. Tow truck$150Thermostat-$80
