      - Date: August 23, 2024 - Amount: $1,379.58 - Discount Tire, ******************************* - The rims of the vehicles were damaged with the tire replacement and the company did not replace the rims after they promised a new rim would be delivered - The company made an appearance to try and fix it but did not try to reach back at all or give me any update to anything and this is now 2 months of waiting.

      I had tire on my wifes car that was damaged while she was driving. I have hazard coverage certificates on the tires I purchased from discount tires. I came into get that tire replaced and was told I should replace two or all four of the tires for safety purposes. My wife drives this car so obviously I would replace all 4 rather than doing only two. I went back and forth with the gentleman helping me and tried to get him to match a competitor, *** ******, he essentially refused to match what they offered and said his price was cheaper (which it wasnt). His price was literally within $100 of the cost at ******************* to replace all 4 when my certificate should have covered one. I showed them their leave which was $294 per tire. I was willing to pay the $294 per tire for the three additional tires I needed on top of the one that would be replaced with certificate. He refused and essentially said their warranty and hazard coverage was garbage and wasnt the same even though in this exact case it would have covered me for the new tire. Ive used discount for 25 years and Ive literally bought thousands and thousands of dollars in tires frol these guys so to be treated like this was just not cool at all. I will now be taking my business to the competitor that he talked so poorly about since they confirmed they would gave taken care of me had I bought the tires from them instead.

      My husband had his tires replaced and also his spare. Months later he noticed that he didnt have his spare. He called the location to notify and was told that the person who replaced his tires no longer works there. Regardless of the employee not working there anymore, the location should replace the spare.

      I went to this Discount tire at ************************ to get My tire repaired due to a s**** in it. Upon arriving I was told by a worker to park my car in front of the neighboring company which I did. I went into the store and had another employee go out to the car where I showed him where the s**** in the tire was. That said employee just kept on trying to sell me stuff which I kindly declined. He said I needed new tires which I already know and told him I had some ordered and would be in working the next couple of weeks. He keeps on trying to sell me 1 new tire for over$100, I told him no again. I was getting a little frustrated at that point, so finally he says ok they will patch my tire with attitude. I bought my tires from discount tire maybe a year ago give or take. I have never taken my car anywhere else to get my tires fixed. After an hour and a half of waiting they call my name and I thought my car was done. No, they proceed to tell me they won't touch my tire because of a gummy in it. I'm clueless to what he is talking about but I told him whatever is done on those tires was done by discount tire. So then he again tried to sell me another tire.I tell him no to just give me my keys. He said my tire is taken apart to let them put it back together. So I go outside to find my car not even in a bay to be worked on, but in the drive. Them I noticed my car has been hit on the passenger side. I went in to talk to the manager and he tells at me and said it's not his problem for hit and runs. To leave the property or he would have my car towed. So I attempted to call police but they said unless it's$5000 or more worth of damage they would not come out. I'm at a loss now, I have to pay for a civil attorney and take this company to court. I told the manager that maybe one of his employees did it and he screamed at me that I am childish and to go ask the neighbor company to see their video footage. Not very professional.

      On 10/06/24, I dropped off my tire to be replaced or pro rated from warranty I purchased. Tire had a s**** in it and needed to be repaired. According to your service guy, they had to replace it due to uneven wear on the tire. I had no problem with that. However, the issue I gave is the warranty doesn't cover it! It's a warranty! Tire should have been pro rated! Instead I paid $323.00 for a tire under warranty that was no good! I believe I got ripped off by this warranty scam, and want to be compensated!

      I took my car to Discount tire this afternoon at 3:21 pm according to the text they sent me. They were to check tire pressure and rotate the tires, and ***, who checked me in, told me it would be ready by 6:00pm. Just as I got home, 4:04 pm, I got a call from *** saying that according to ******, the manager, the lug nut bolts on all 4 tires were "rough" and "any attempt to take the lugnuts off would result in breaking the bolts", and that they were "unwilling to risk doing that damage because then the car would be undrivable, even if only 1 bolt is snapped'" He was on speakerphone with my wife standing 6 feet away during the call. When I arrived I spoke with *** who directed me to ****** who clearly studied his lines welI, repeating all the points made during the call verbatim. I asked ****** which wheels were the problem, and he reiterated "all of them, but the front ones are the worst!" He further declared to me that "he sees this problem all the time with Hondas". Upon arriving home, I checked my dashcam and do have video showing them drive into the bay exactly 15 minutes after I parked the car until they pulled out of the bay 16 minutes later. I next removed all my hubcaps and confirmed that I have no trouble removing any of the lugnuts on any of the 4 wheels by hand, except for the 1 that is missing from the front left wheel. Yes, the nut is missing, and the lugnut bolt is badly cross threaded, no nut can be put on it. Interesting that they claimed they didn't want to cause any damage so stopped work, and that any broken lug nut bolts would mean the car was unsafe to drive. I've called multiple times before they closed 6pm and could not get anyone to answer the phone to get them to to return my missing lug nut and explain with no success.They didn't even check the tire pressure, clearly they were in a hurry to get me out of there before I discovered the damages they caused.

      This has to be their idea of a joke, but it's not at all funny.  Fraud, theft, and reckless endangerment of a minor as well as anyone on the roadway and they respond with an automated form letter.  No name or contact information, and no they have not attempted to contact me by any means despite my further emailing their top management directly - my emails went through, but were also completely ignored.  I've emailed:

      Regarding America's Tires located at ************************************I originally bought all four of my tires from this location. Yesterday, my tire pressure light came on and I went in and they inflated my 2017 ****** Prius Prime to 39 PSI (32 is what it is actually supposed to be) and sent me on my way. Today, the light is on again and I went have it checked for damage. The employee told me he cannot check because they are "too worn" and I would have to buy new tires instead. All I asked for him is to check and not do anything to the tires and he still refused. Either, employees here are completely unqualified for their job or this business is trying to treat customers terribly and get as much money as they can at the expense of customer safety. I cannot buy new tires now, I just want them checked. It is a simple task that this location refused to do even though I bought the tires from here. Here is my demand to remedy this situation: A full refund of the original purchase price of the tires so that I may take those funds to a more reputable business to buy new tires and have them serviced elsewhere. *************** has a free tire maintenance agreement when I purchased the tires that says they come with free lifetime maintenance and America's Tires clearly breached that agreement.

      I'm a retired vet and senior and have been a customer for 34 yrs with this **********************. I'm not sure if you can call this a complaint or a way to get the proper person in that company to address an issue that was promised by the previous area manager ***** *****. When we spoke awhile back it was determined that my current tires 4 ******** that I had from them had a flaw and since they discontinued those white walls the only other would be the ****** brand. I told him I struggled with a particular condition and it may take me 20 yrs to get this done. Well about 4 yrs ago I spoke with the new charge and he sent 2 of the guys to replace one of the tires at my residence we do thank you for that and I told him let's do the other 3 another time. Then the world wide disease came and you know the rest. I was to go to that store near me and replace them and when I got there that store was relocating and I been stuck in my place now for 4.5 yrs and chronic depression will do it when you need help. So I'm writing to you so that perhaps you can replace the other 3 tires with your employees as they did the first one so I can also get to renew my expired ID and try to get to some kind of normal situation as being isolated causes alot of negative and I'm just now ready to complete that initial project which is difficult when your isolated by yourself. Now that store that is no longer open and was located on ********** near ******* in ******* and the manager their was ***** and the 2 guys he sent to my place were from his store. I had also spoke to the area manager prior which refered me to that store. Now theres one issue when i was a customer prior and was actually going to your stores I have had several different phones numbers and I dont know which one we used when talking to them. Here is one possible number not in use ************ That's why we can't really call this a complaint just trying to get your help again and complete the job that was agreed to regarding this matter.

      Your not looking at the complaint properly. I stated your company owes me 3 tires,at no charge as it was agreed and that only one was replaced at the residence. There's is no so called deal your incompetently speaking about regarding a manager at the store. If I don't get someone in your company that understands there will be many online complaints. Some with the attorney general and eventually small court to make sure you send a manager to represent your company and I can explain to him better locally whats going on. And you can pay for the court fees and everything that goes with a deceptive practice that was already agreed to by the individual in your company if that's the way you want to do this. If this is a misunderstanding on your part I can apologize for the aggressive reply and you can respond and start over with us.

      Wheels and tires shipped from Tire Rack (Order Number: MK98403) to Discount Tire for installment on vehicle (2021 VW Arteon); delivered on 16Aug2024. Took vehicle to appt on 17Aug2024 (original appointment). Checked in, gave employee vehicle key. Vehicle was then taken into bay. Employee came into waiting area and asked where wheel lock was located. Replied "it should be in trunk or glove box." Not locating lock key in vehicle and trying to remove with theirs, I was told that they were unsuccessful, vehicle would be pulled back to front, old air valves was already placed on the new tires and suggested ** dealership should have a master key or at least order me a new key. Given keys back, walked out and immediately noticed the scratch / dent on driver side above tire area. Pointed out to spouse, begin to drive away but noticed the employee that helped me and pointed it out to him. We walked back in, manager called to front, he walked and annotated damages. he stated that I should be receiving email. Returned 19Aug after getting wheels unlocked. Told manager I never received email, he stated that he was busy but will send today. 20Aug ****** *****: Third Party Claims Specialist (Direct: ************) ********************* email requesting Estimate cost of repairs, photos of damage, VINn current mileage, and 4 corners (front Left/right and rear left/right) of the ************* received on 15Oct from ****** *******: Third Party Senior Claim Representative (Direct: ************) *********************. which stated:after reviewing my claim they was not able to attribute my damage as having been caused by Discount tire during your service. The damage does not match up with anything they could have caused. Offered a concession payment of $200.00 as a gesture of customer service. No vehicle walk around done prior to damage and now I am being offered $200 for $1,073 worth of damage. I would like for the company to pay to have repairs done.

      I reject it.  They company stated that the issue has already been investigated in an email that was sent to me and did nothing but offer a $200 computation for $1073 worth of damages. I would like for the company to pay for the damages that they required me to get the estimate for and what they cause to my vehicle.

      I do agree with the business. I would like for the company to correct what happens to my vehicle. Sent estimates to company like requested. Instead, I was offered $200. Estimate was a little over $1000. I will not settle for anything less. Company did do a walk around like they should have or take pictures of my vehicle like they should have before service. If done they would have noticed there were no dents in my vehicle.

      I bought 4 Nitto tires from discount tire in ********** for ****** on 3/12/24. The back passenger tire exploded (delamination) on 9/12/24. Car towed to discount tire to remove exploded tire and to buy a new one. I have approx 10k of damage to my car from the tire. No one was hurt so attorneys wont take my case. ***** has refused to pay for anything.
