I purchased 2 tires a few months back and purchased 2 others prior to this. I told them that one of the tires would need replaced if it got punctured again and was told they could put a roadside on it even though it was purchased the previous year. When I went to redeem the warranty soon after I was declined because they said the tire has uneven wear. The tire was the sane condition it was in when I purchased the warranty and they said nothing about the wear then! The only difference is the plug isnt holding. I contacted the companys customer service after being refused repair at the store and was told I would hear back from them but I never did heard back from them.Business Response

So after coming into the store for a free tire patch I sat outside the bay as I watched 3 people try to get my lugnuts off for ************************************* place as they tried with 3 different impact guns. I then brought the issue up to the manager and he argued with me over the phone telling me I was wrong although I have proof from *** all service history that the wheels had never been taken off before since the car was built this is a brand new car with 10k miles. I had to come out of my pocket for $1800 for the wheel hub bearing assembly to be replaced thanks to a free tire patch. This was the most disrespectful experience by the manage *** telling me I was wrong although a certified *** master technician told me the issue was by them not knowing what they were doing. After how unprofessional it was for *** to argue with a customer over the phone and all that exc. their mistake led to me not having a car for 3 days and to come out of my own pocketBusiness Response

I visited the ******** location to get a balance and rotation done. The driver side chasis under carriage area was damaged by the carefree location. The paint is damaged from the car being raised. My tires have uneven wear due to not being properly rotated.Business Response

Lately, Ive gone to two different discount tires and it seems that they have implemented this scare tactic sales approach of their tires.When you say I dont need to hear it, they argue with you to try and tell you the info. Twice now Ive caught that what they laser measure tread depth is off by more then 1/32 even averaged across 3 locations across the face of the tires. Its one thing to provide information its another to use it as a scare tactic.Business Response

Discount Tire at address *******************************************************************, just took advantage of my mom for no reason they replaced all of the lug nuts on her vehicle. They just wanted to take advantage of a poor 80 year old woman that doesn't know anything about cars and barely speaks English. Went in to install 4 new tires. The lifts that were used crushed part of my exhaust system. The exhaust was visible if you look under the vehicle but appears no one checked. The specific lift that was used pushed up on and crushed the exhaust also lifting it hire than it should be. Causes issue when the car goes in reverse.Business Response

I have not been contacted by anybody from Arizona which is apparently where I should be receiving a call from. Instead I was set up with a claim with Fleet Response which has an F by the BBB and a horrendous company with multiple of complaints an issues. I want full compensation for the damages to my vehicle without going through a company that fails to access the phone and reach out to others. This seems like a deflecting tactic.Business Response

Assistant manager accepted fault during in person visit and Store Manager apologized for the damages. Was told that they dont consider themselves liable even though they told me in person they assumed responsibility as well as over the phone. Luckily I have audio of this encounter. They used a 3rd party company and I last received contact 4 days ago. It was not a phone call but an email from someone who has not picked up my calls and does not reply to emails. They are not in a hurry while my car is damage.Business Response

went into business for a tire and an oil change, nothing was wrong with my car before bringing it there. after 2 hours they say the car was done. we paid and left . within 30 minutes the car starts smoking and ac starts blowing warm. we call the business they said to bring it back they will fix it. we brought the car back and they refused to do anything about the problem they created. the manager on duty and employees were so extremely rude and made threats saying if i wasn't old they would slap me.. police were called and advised me to follow a report with the bbb. i have case number where the police came out.Business Response

On May 22, 2024, I took my 2014 *** 328i wagon to the Discount Tire store located at *************************************** *******, FL *****, to purchase and install a new set of tires. During inspection after installation was done, I noticed that all 4 wheels (rims) have been damaged during tire installation. There are dents, scratches, deep scuffs on the finish on all wheels which were not in that condition before installation of tires. I pointed it out to an employee named ********. He inspected the wheels and agreed that they were damaged. He took pictures of each wheel and assured me that Discount Tire will replace all 4 wheels (rims), with the same factory style wheels that are on the car. I asked for that statement to be in writing, but he assured me that they would order new wheels for my car and according to him would take a few weeks to get. Today, May 23, 2204, I called the store and spoke with the store manager ***** to follow up on the incident. ***** is now telling me that they getting in contact with a third party vendor Wheelnetics, LLC, to repaint my damaged wheels. This is not what I agreed to, I am expecting Discount Tires to replace all 4 wheels of my car as stated the day of the incident.Business Response

On April 12, 2023 we purchased ****** Evolution M/T LT ********* tires for our 2012 **** Expedition from Discount tire on ******** in *******, we also were encouraged to purchase the certificates - we did. *** total was $1,668.53. Roughly May 19th, 2024 we noticed one tire is severely worn, almost all of the tread gone. I made an appt and visited the discount tire on carefree highway today, may 22nd. After inspection, I was told all four tires need replacement - the one immediately and the other three within 6k miles. *** tech felt extremely bad for my situation as I have had these tires for 19k miles and 13 months. He offered a $30/tire discount on a smaller tread tire with longer warranty (60k). He also offered to replace the one bad tire immediately - suggesting I get the new recommended tire and to drive with the one new different size tire until I replaced the other three. $1,668.53 for 13 months and 19k miles is ludicrous - especially when the tires were recommend by the tech in April of 2023.Business Response
