      I believe I was sold defective tires. Two of tires are considered worn in less than 50k miles. *** ******* location refused to rotate the tires on August 28, 2023 because they said my front tires were worn down. I purchased four MICHELIN PREMIER LTX 235 /65 R18 106V SL BSW TM Item #***** tires from that location on April 26, 2022. I would like to request my tires be examined for defective manufacturing. Also, what does my tire warranty cover because these tires never reached 60k? Also they coded my August. 28, 2023 as missed appt, but it was not. I came to the appt and they refused to rotate my tires.

      Took my truck in for rotation, balance, and new lugnuts. I also had the **** system checked. I knew I had one bad sensor. The tech told me I had two that needed to be replaced so I went ahead and replaced them. After doing this he came to me and said he forgot to check the spare and it was bad so the system wouldn't work unless I paid an additional $200. I was nice but ******. I wouldn't have had the other two replaced had he done his job correctly. I grew up driving cars without ****. I wasted $140 because of this.

      In late June, I took my freshly purchased Saturn Relay 3 AWD with very 66k miles to the Discount Tire in ************. I had a bent rim on the rear drivers side, and had purchased a replacement rim for them to install with the existing tire. The technician used a floor **** to **** the vehicle up on a point that is not for ****ing up the vehicle. This caused the joints at the **** to crush, and push the body work on the side to cave in. I let the shop know as soon as I saw them causing the damage, and their manager said they would forward the claim to their insurance company. The sliding door on this side of the vehicle is no longer useable, and there is other damage. Ultimately it caused over ***** dollars in damage, as parts are no longer available, and a donor vehicle would have to be purchased, and the parts salvaged from it. This creates double the work for the body shop, hence the large estimate. I realize it is impractical to repair a my vehicle for over double what I paid for the vehicle. However, their insurance carrier is only willing to pay for less than 1/2 the value that I just paid for the van 1 week prior. I have provided their insurance carrier proof that they are low-balling me, as I found the exact vehicle, year, paint, AWD, and options, with over double the miles. Their response is they only pay for fair market dealers black book pricing. I am not a dealer, as I am a retail customer, and I need to be made right on this. They didnt care. I tried reaching out to the store, to which they responded they cant do anything as its thru the insurance carrier. Having 4 kids, I need both sliding doors to work, or be able to obtain a new van that everything does work on.

      On june 30th, 2022 I purchased 3 tires from Discount Tire in ************* and they installed 3 significantly cheaper models. Today, August 23,2023 I went to the Discount Tire on ************* to replace a damaged tire. At first they wouldn't acknowledge they sold me the defective tire until Inproducted an invoice. They still disputed it because the model numbers didn't match. Eventually the manager acknowledged they sold me the tires and replaced the one damaged tire, but we discovered that the 2 other critically worn tires were fraudulent.The cheap tires wore out in under 20k miles but convoy wont honor the warranty on the tires. We called ************* and they wont honor it either.Discount tire has committed fraud and refuses to replace the tires.

      This is not for the specific location chosen but the companies website. Price is altered or changed when purchasing items. My experience was purchasing 2 tires and then later another 2. But with the pricing going up after the fact. When using a different device pricing goes back to original pricing. Seems like the website tracks cookies to price ***** items after going back to purchase.

      I brought a tire in for repair and they were so busy so I had to leave my truck there for a couple of hours. they called me about 3 hours later it was 45 min after they closed and said that they cant reapair it thinking they put the tire back in my truck they told me to come pick it up so I picked it up and went to get a second oppion and the tire was not in the back of my truck just my rim. I called and asked where is my tire i was told by discount employee that they had no clue so my only option was to buy a new tire i was pretty upset but I had no other oprion so i bought a new tire and had to wait a day for them to order it they never called me to let me know that they got the tire I had to call them so I ****** my truck in to get the new tire on again they said it will be a couple of hours and they called my wife after they closed and said it was done and we had 15 min to pick it up they did they told my wife that it was ready she got down the road and we had warning light on for the tire that they fixed was low at 37 should have be 65 and another tire was at 52 lbs. so I had to go back and have them correct the air presaurs all and all I had to go 5 times to get this done I personal think they were so bussy that they didnt even try and fix the tire they didt take the time to finish the job I tried to call and talk with the manager a couple of times and left message for him to call me back and he never did I think they have so much bussy they dont care who they cheat and force people to buy a new tire these tires were only 2 month old I just bought them the hole was in the center of the tread

      On Aug 15, 2023, I scheduled an appointment on Discount Tire website, to have my front passenger tire replaced with Certificates for "REFUND, REPLACEMENT" because of exposed wires on the inner side of the tread. Once at the store parking lot and after examination of the tire by Discount Tire staff, he (name not given) concludes that both tires seem to have the same wear, indicative of alignment issues. Since the wear seems to be a result of mechanical issues, Discount Tire will not honor the Certificate for Refund or Replacement. He offered to get the manager but was insistent that Discount Tire would not honor the Certificate. I was forced to drive away with two tires on the verge of failure. End of appointment. On Aug 17, ****************************************** hears my story and offers me to come back into the store to have the tires in question replaced and that it was his intent "to make everything better." The intent of a CERTIFICATE FOR REFUND, REPLACEMENT is to have that tire replaced; That is why I purchased the certificate, for a REPLACEMENT. Discount Tire does not like giving out FREE tires with that ******** Certificate for Refund, Replacement. There has been no resolution in this matter. I am requesting a refund of the 2 certificates for the 2 tires Discount Tire would not replace along with other ******** charges like ******************* OF TIRE MAINTENANCE for the same 2 tires. I am a ** Army Veteran who drove HUNDREDS OF MILES in **** - when we had tire issues, that s*** was fixed. Now FIX THIS.

      I went into this discount tire location on July 26, 2023. I normally only go to the grapevine location but visited this place and got great service a few months ago so I thought Id give it another try. My experience started off ok. I was losing air in a few of my tires and wanted them to check for me. Before they started the work, I told ****** (the gentlemen I was dealing with from the minute I walked in the door) to show me whats wrong with the tires before doing any repairs and he agreed. He comes out before the time and tells me that one of my tires has a nail that is too close to the sidewall and he cant repair it. I asked him to check the other 3 tires like we originally agreed on which ended. another employee brings my car out to me and says they found 2 nails in the other tire that are right next to each other so they cant patch those either. I asked if he left the nails in and he said they pulled one out and left the other. during that time Im wondering why ****** didnt show me those nails and tire before bringing my car out like we originally agreed and like he did with the first tire. I proceed to go back inside and see what looks like a manager. I asked ****** if he was a manager and he responded with yes. I talked to him about my agreement with ****** that he honored only with one tire. ****** started getting loud, defensive and making condescending remarks all while ignoring the issue Im presenting to him. He kept denying that a nail was pulled out of my tire even though the tech said it was. He also kept mentioning how the work was free and would you like me to refund your invoice? even though he knows there was nothing to refund. and when I asked him to double check if the nail was really pulled out before driving off with a hole in my tire he said I will check it but Im going make you wait At the end of all of this, he refused service and told me to have a nice day and to get out of his store

      We just took my husband's truck in and needed 4 new tires on his brand new 2022 Ram **** Limited. They damaged ALL 4 RIMS with their machine and when we brought it to their attention, they told us "don't worry, we will make it right". We send them an invoice for the cost of the new rims, (the factory ones that just came on it new- $5100) only to find out, they want to offer us $150 for the damages THEY DID! WE ARE LIVID and will most definitely be contacted a lawyer and anyone else we need to in order to fix our $80,000 truck! We had always used them before and never had any issues, but after this, it is a total "smack in the face" and definitely they have zero respect or appreciation for loyal customers. I guess we will be finding a new tire place to use for all our vehicles.
