      I have purchased tires from them n had them put on my van and they didn't properly balance the tires I had to go back to get the tires fixed properly and recently I just did a rotation on my tires they were still not properly balanced causing my steering wheel to vibrate on highway speeds very badly been back multiple times about this n they say they fix it I called to complain about it and one of the shift managers hung up on me it will not pick up the phone when I called back so I just spoke to corporate and I'm still having issues with my tires vibrating at highway speeds I've been back seven times already for the same issue that should have to take this long and this many times to understand or something going on cuz I want to have my vehicle inspected for the steering and everything and there's nothing wrong with my steering I have paperwork to prove it even though they gave me some money back it's still not enough I'm wasting my time and my money for gas to keep coming up here for less that should never have to happen

      I have even contacted the corporate HQ and spoke to an individual hoping he could connect me with someone that *** help with my case to no avail. I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Discount Tires; I brought my ******** ML350 Diesel bluetec in for new tires. My ******** ********** stated, 3 of the four hubs had at least one stripped lug bolt. The fourth being the worse had all 5 bolts stripped. but they have also stated because of the previous damage that was done by Discount tires it is going to be a serious problem if the hub is not replaced This is an unacceptable mistake that should not have happened in the first place. I entrusted my vehicle to Discount Tires with the expectation that they would take care of it and carry out their work professionally. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The stripping of the wheel bolts has now led to the entire hub needing replacement, which is both costly and a significant safety concern. I have reached out to Discount Tires, asking them to take responsibility for their faulty work and replace the hub, but they are refusing to do so. As a customer, I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I should not be held responsible for the cost of repairs resulting from their mistakes. If I didnt go into my ******** specialist for a routine oil change and checkup, the wheel could have separated from the hub. To make matters worse, their insurance company denied my claim and only offered a $200 concession fee, which by definition means assent to repayment of a debt on terms more favorable to an individual than the terms of the contract between the individual and a customer. This amount is nowhere near enough to cover the cost of replacing a wheel hub on a luxury vehicle like the ******** ML350. As a paying customer, I deserve better treatment from both Discount Tires and their insurance company.

      They was mounting tires to rims for me and did not pay attention to the center cap of one of the rims and punched a hole through the center of the center cap damaging the center cap. Two wrenches came with center caps they through both wrenches away. All items was brand new. We've been dealing with this issue for a month now!!!

      On April 13th I noticed some indentation on my tires that I have had for only ***** miles since purchasing them at Discount Tire store located at ***************************************************************. I do not over inflate them or under inflate them as I take them on a regular basis to the same discount tire store to get them pressure checked. On April 17th 2023 I spoke with an assistant manager and explained to her that because of a medical condition with *********** I need to travel 700 miles one way **** round trip once a month to ******* Arizona to visit the *********** for treatment and furthermore I do not feel comfortable driving at highway speeds with the defect that these tires have. She explained to me that she could not honor warranty. These tires are dangerous to be driving on and I want the warranty to be honored before I have an accident on the open highway.

      We spent $600 on a new set of tires to be installed. The salesperson wanted us to spend $1000 on additional frills we didn't want. As a result, they broke off a bolt and then asked us to continue paying for repairs. Do not take your car to these s*** bags. I love Discount Tire, just not this location. Avoid them like the plafue. Long story short, tried to sell me stuff that had nothing to do with the repair, and then damaged my car further and said hey go fix this. Do not do business with this location. Spoken from a guy dealing with this business for a long time. Good company. Bad management at this location.

      On 11-14-2020, My family and I were traveling from ***** ***** to ************ **** for a family event. On the way down unfortunately we hit an obstruction in the road and blew our passenger rear tire. The following day I went in to the discount tire in ******** **** to get 4 new tires put on our vehicle. The reason for purchasing all 4 was due to the fact that we could not get the same tires on the front to match the 2 rear tires, but with the front tires having great tread depth still on them we figured we could sell those to make up some of the money. We had never purchased from discount tire before, but I had heard good things so I went ahead and put in an order for 4 new tires. Shortly after I noticed on the receipt it stated that there was a change in the size of specific tires versus what the ** recommended, so I went to talk to the salesman as I requested the exact tire size per ***** specifications. He stated that they did not have those in stock but the ones that he sold us were just a little wider and would work fine and not interfere with the **** light or system. This threw me off a little bit as not once during the transaction was that discussed with me until I caught it after the fact. I proceeded with the purchase and once the vehicle was completed I got the keys and was getting ready to leave and as I was pulling out I figured I would check on the 2 front tires from the change out that I requested be put in the trunk were there. When I opened the trunk I noticed that the tires were not there, so I went inside and informed them and the associate went and got 2 tires and put them in bags and brought them out to my vehicle and put them in the trunk.At the time I did not think to look at the tires and when we got back to ***** area I took them out of the package as I was getting ready to post them for sale and noticed that he had put one of the front tires in a bag and one of the rear tires with the tread depth significantly lower in the other, so I had Mismatched pair of tires.Upon noticing this I contacted the store and spoke with the assistant manager at which point he stated that there is nothing he could do with the one tire but because I technically paid for the disposal of the rear tire I could bring that one to the discount tire closest to me to get disposed of. On the other tire that he kept it had been disposed of, so all he could offer me was $10 for the buyback of the tire. He did state that normally it is $8 but he would be willing to rounded up to $10. I asked him what I was to do with the other tire as I could a got far more then $10 for a set of good tread front tires and he stated that would be something I would have to speak to the discount tire up here about to see if that is something they would be willing to purchase but that would be their call and out of his hands. On the $10 he stated that was going to be an in store credit for future use and outside of that there is nothing else he could do. I was shocked by this as an initially I ********* in a size that I did not request and although they work they were not what I initially intended getting and then the tires that were mine unfortunately the associate first forgot and then grabbed a mismatched pair and now I am stuck with 2 tires of which only one is re sellable and it is far more difficult to sell 1 tire than a pair of tires. I did not feel that the $10 represented the true value nor was the customer service at any level that I would expect for not only a new customer, but any customer.

      On January 28, 2023, I purchased four new tires from Discount Tire, who also installed said tires. Six weeks later, on March 14, 2023, the front driver side tire (rim and all) flew off of my car while I was driving on the freeway. Fortunately, no one was injured, but Discount Tire is claiming that they have no responsibility for the tire that they had installed on my car just six weeks earlier flying off my car. No one else had serviced the tires in the six intervening weeks and I had not done any extreme or off-road driving during that time.The tires and installation was over $1,200 and the repair costs to the vehicle are much higher than that.

      I purchased new tires from discount tire. I had a 11:15 appointment which the technician could find any record of. So around 12:20 they pull my car in and as the technician is removing my tire he breaks the lock s**** Then the come in and tell me that the s**** was in to tight and its on me to fix the mess that they created. Im at a loss my tool to remove my wheel locks is ruined, I cant get the broken s**** out and theyre not offering anything.

      I got my tires changed from America's Tire on Feb 17th 2023. Unfortunately, 3 out of my 4 wheels were damaged. After trying to contact them a few times, I was able to get an insurance claim filed with them. I was told explicitly that the wheels would be replaced with new factory wheels. However, after working with the claims processing entity, I am being told that they will only cover for repair of the wheels, something that was not originally agreed upon. Moreover, the vehicle that was damaged happens to be 1 of 1 specification car, so painting its original factory wheels would cause lead to a diminished value for the vehicle. And it's not possible to match the exact factory specifications when repainting any part of the vehicle. The insurance entity is demanding "someone" to provide this in writing, without any further details. Hence I am approaching you for help to get this resolved in a timely manner.

      I brought my 2017 Kia ******* in to have the passenger side rear tire fixed. When I went to the parking lot to get my car there was a deep scratch in the passenger side rear door that wasn't there when I took it in. I inspect my car every morning. It's in excellent shape. The manager said there is no way they did that and tried to say it was done before I got there. The guy who worked on the car was new so I think he probably told the manager he didn't do it so he wouldn't get fires. The estimate is $933 right below my $1000 deductible so my insurance company can't help me.
