      My daughter bought 4 brand new tires on the internet from a reputable company. Discount Tire in ********** near ************************* did the installation. The same evening after she got off work she went to drive away and didn't get far she had a flat tire. Triple A picked up the car and transported back to Discount Tire. The following morning when she went to find out what happened she was told that the valve cap was lose and air leaked out and that's why the tire ended up damaged. No one would admit to who had done the installation which that wasn't a big deal but they would not refund her the installation fee which if the one tire had been done correct as the other 3 than there world not have been an issue. Stay away from Discount Tire at Mass Drive in Chesterfield.

      One week ago, I requested Discount Tire to replace the All-Season radials on my car with my snow tires. I was told I had to wait for an appointment until they got the tires from storage. Discount Tire has stored my snow tires since May 2023. I paid for them to be stored. Today, I telephoned Discount Tire and the person who answered the telephone told me they do not have my tires yet. He elaborated that they store the tires on-site, but the store ships to another city. He then said to me they should be here by tomorrow or Monday. If they arrive Monday, it is ten days since I requested my snow tires be put on my car. The serviceman then stated if I did not like the situation, I shouldn't store them there. The earliest I could get an appointment to change my tires was 18 days after my initial appointment request. This person is supposed to provide service. Discount Tire should tell someone this information before shipping your tires away for the winter; instead, they store them. The arrogance of his response to my question where are my tires do not store your tires here if you do not like it.. This is not service it is extortion.

      I have been a Discount Tire customer for 10+ years. I travel a lot for work so Im always stopping by at different locations for all my tire needs. At this Discount Tire location there is a service representative named Lalo ************ desk. He told me I needed new tires (with less than 5k on them) I told him I absolutely didnt and he told me he was going to take off my tire and wouldnt put it back on. I told him he couldnt do this and he said then leave. I went outside found someone in the shop and they said no problem, I have no idea who told you that Ill go figure it out. They said my tires didnt need to be replaced at all. So as Im now sitting in the lobby, this same **** is telling other customers the same thing and they are saying their tires are new too. If you come to this location, watch out for Lalo!!

      I had to file a claim with Discount Tire on *********** in *************, ** in September 2023 because they damaged the wheels on my 2023 ***** Silverado. I took my truck in to have the tires checked for good balance. The wheels and tires were put on by the dealership when I bought it earlier that month and it shook the truck at highway speed. The wheels are aftermarket made by 4PLAY wheels. I had not even made the first payment on the truck yet to tell you how new the wheels were. They said they had to rebalance 2 of the tires but checked all 4. It took a few days for me to find the damage when I washed the truck. There were scratches on every wheel and chips in the paint. I was contacted on 10/3/23 by ************** to send in pics and get a quote to fix the damage. I sent that all in on 10/4/23 to include the quote that they can't be repaired due to the way they are painted from the factory they can't be duplicated. I recieved a text on 10/17/23 stating that I needed to send the same information again and I did on 10/17/23. On 10/24/23 I emailed ********************* again to get a status with no response. On 11/22/23 I called ************** to get a status with no results. On 11/22/23 I was asked to send the same info as before. On 12/01/23 I got an email saying that Discount Tire refused to fix the problem they created. I have used this company for years and never had a problem. They have one bad employee that damaged my wheels and now I have to deal with damaged wheels that cost me over $2,000

      Excellent customer service! While passing though *********** on a stop-over for the night, my low tire pressure alarm came on. It appeared to me that there was a nail in my tire. I called Discount Tire in *************, and they did not have any appointments but said if I brought in the vehicle at opening time the next day, they would take a look at it. I did so, and they took it into the garage right away. 30 minutes later, the technician said they did not see anything wrong with the tire, took it off and checked it with soap and water, and then removed the rim and inspected it on the inside, all without finding anything wrong with the tire. They put it back on and said that there was NO CHARGE since they did not find anything needing fixing, despite expending half an hour of labor. The technician was very reassuring, insisting that I would not have any issues with the tire as I completed my 10 hour drive the next day, and he was correct! The tire still is maintaining the same pressure after ***** miles. I was extremely impressed all around with my experience at this location.

      We had to file a claim with Discount Tire after having new tires put on and after a few weeks having one of the tires break all 8 lug nuts in the roter. Dealing with claim specialist ******************* has been a nightmare he will only communicate by email will it answer phone calls and his help has been have your insurance fix all damage we have caused. Our insurance USAA has been wonderful in the fact they wanted to get our vehicle fixed and running as soon as possible. They could not put 1 custom Rim back on so we have 3 black rims with a nice chrome Rim. You would think that since Discount has acres to Rims they would volunteer to replace but NO Jims words purchase a new set and submit a claim. Which in other words you just pay out of pocket we are doing nothing. *** would not pay deductible amount for vehicle kept saying have USAA send subrogration Package which they did and I received and email from ************ g it was denied and I would have to go to USSA to have them pay for anything else. So ridiculous this company definitely does not have any integrity to help customs us with out our business vehicle killed our new construction business. No reimbursement for deductible they have not taken any responsibility and this employee needs to be looked into his latest email Hi USAA paid for your vehicle damages. Thus, you will need to pursue your claim with them. Your welcome to have your USAA claim representative contact me. Thank you,*******************, AIC In other words we will not pay for anything you will have to pay for everything.So hope this could get resolved with a different claims person as this employee has no interest in helping the customers!

      On September 11 I purchased 4 new pressure sensors for my tires in *******, ********. Great experience, 5 stars.2 months later I have a slow leak in my right/rear tire. I was in ************ and stopped to have it repaired. The salesman rubbed his finger on the rim and said, "I can't take this off, this rim won't seal properly. I told him all four tires were removed for new pressure sensors. He then pointed to how worn my rear tires were. I agreed and asked for a price on two new tires. He told me he could only put the exact same tires on the rear as what was on the front. I asked him why and he said, "A different tread pattern can ruin your transfer case in your 4x4. He also said too much difference in tread depth from front to rear can do the same. I spoke with a former Good Year engineer who is currently an engineer with a major auto manufacturer in *********, **. He told me the salesman's claims were provably false. He went on to say if there's a difference in diameter from side-to-side, then over time and can cause a problem for the vehicle. He went on to say there are millions of vehicles with tires more worn front-to-back or back-to-front depending on front or rear wheel drive. If it were truly going to cause damage, then most of those cars would be in the shop. This is simply and upsell technique much like the ridiculous "siping" and "Nitrous" scams.

      My Husband purchased tires from Discount Tires last year. About 2 to 3 weeks ago my tire pressure light came on, so I took my vehicle to the tire place and they put air in my tires. Days later it came back on after going back several times I found out I had a nail in the tire on the side wall. I was told it would be replaced with another tire because the tires I have on there are no longer available and it would be similar, the tire has know similarity. I called customer service to speak to the DM and left my number for contact, instead of calling me they called my Husband's number since that time, I have not been contacted by anyone, I have called several times no calls back. I am riding around with a mixed matched tire on my car....So tacky!!!!! What can I do about this...Oh by the way they want to charge me over $400.00 to replace tires

      Bought 4 new Bridgestone tires from **** in ****, **. Outstanding price, courteous, efficient, great service after the sale, and best of all-I watched them use a torque wrench to fasten the lugs to spec. Great attention to detail. I'll be back.

      This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a tire company. I had a misunderstanding about when my rim would be back in from being repaired by their 3rd party vender but instead of getting a concrete answer, I got hung up on by *********! I immediately called back and spoke to the manager, ******. I was in rage that a customer of many years to this ********************** could be treated as such, so. I had a lot to say about what just happened. I did say a few curse words but not directly at the **************** but he quickly stop me and told me I need to be a gentleman but slow to respond to ********* being unprofessional with hanging up on me, because I asked to speak to a manager. My resolution after speaking to **************** was to pick up my tire, we both had this understanding before hanging up. Now, I get to the store, greet *************** like a gentleman and asked about my tire. **************** acknowledged my request as I told him I would wait outside for my tire and rim. I waited about 10 minutes as I watch ****** pick up a call, as Im waiting for him to get my tire.he knew I was coming and he knew I was there. After waiting a few minutes longer, I got tired of waiting and went in and another gentleman offer to help me get my tire. I found out my tire was still dismantled and not ready for pick up. So I came in acting as a gentleman and still got unprofessionally treated.
