      Workers are the ABSOLUTE worst. Especially the owner of the store. Ive never met someone with more disrespect and he has the biggest ego ever, so unless you want to feel belittled Id stray away from this store.

      We have been given our business to Discount Tire since the 90's with dozens of tire purchases and life time rotation/balances on multiple cars. Service then and into the 2000's was good but something took a turn the past dozen or so years. When brining my cars into for tire rotations or balances (which I've already paid) they always have reasons to not do or telling me to tires need to be replace. The latest experience was at store on *************************************************. 1. New set of tires purchased in September 2018 on a 2007 Camry odometer ~*******. Didn't notice at time of purchase but the invoice mileage conveniently listed as "unknown" but everything else is on the invoice but I knew the mileage because in late 2017 when I purchased a set of tires for my truck, they accidently put the invoice under the Camry folder and mileage at the time was ~******* miles. 2. February 2021 brought car in for 1st rotation and balance odometer ~******* miles (note car has not driven much). 3. September 2023 Odometer only *******. Brought in car for 2nd tire rotation and balance but was told the won't do it because 3 of 4 tires needed to be replaced. Less than 10k miles put on the since tire was purchased.4. They of course offered to replace 3 with warranty credit and the 4th a full cost. 5. They pull up the system and the mileage on my Camry showed ****** miles (110K miles conveniently disappeared)I question why would anyone replace only 3 tires with a fourth used tire? How did only 3 tire needed to be replaced but not the fourth and driven only 10k miles from the time of purchased? Needless to say this was the last time I want to deal with this company. So I will take my elsewhere going forward.

      On 09/11/2023, I went to Discount Tire at *************************************************************. I requested a tire inspection as my 2014 ***** Accord coupe had recently begun to handle differently. I was informed that the front two tires were showing steel on the inside edge where the tread face meets the shoulder of the tire. Further, I was also told that the rear tires were also wearing unevenly in the same place. I concluded that this premature wear was likely due to an alignment problem.On 09/13/2023, I replaced the two tires on the front. The crux of my complaint is that this uneven wear did not happen overnight. I have the tires rotated on a regular basis. More to my point, as the tire wear was on the inside edge of the tire, the technicians performing the most recent tire rotations would have been in an ideal position to identify this premature tire wear and bring it to my attention and this may have enabled me to take swift action and correct the problem to preclude my having to replace the tires this soon. However, not one of the technicians mentioned it, not on my last visit for a tire rotation, nor the visit before that! Discount Tire prides itself on performing exceptional service. They clearly fell short of the **** in this instance.

      Made an appointment to have my tire replaced because it would not take air. So I assumed they checked my tire which took an hour and half for them to tell me my rim is bent. I took my tire to another to a rim shop for a second opinion and they told me my rim was not bent and its the tire itself that needs to be replaced. Now I have to revisit Discount tire because I have a warranty with them. Im highly upset because this issue could have been resolved the first time I came in. And they were going to quote me on a new rim to charge me $270 for it. ******** ** location on ***********.

      Purchased a brand new set of Dunlop Signature II tires from Discount Tire and had them installed. My experience overall was pretty terrible from the start. They first tried to sell me Mojave brand tires which I later googled to find out they are the Discount Tire brand tires. They were 7$ cheaper than the Dunlop Signature II's online but had a much better tire warranty at 60k miles instead of 40k. When I called to order, the person I spoke to on the phone said they were unable to locate the tires on their end and if I see them online, I should just order them there.Tires were put on and everything seemed alright. The vehicle is a 2014 Jeep Patriot with around 65k miles, so it's barely driven since we have another vehicle. On our 2nd trip with the Jeep Patriot 8 days later, about 1.5 miles from the house the rear passenger tire popped. We pulled over and put the spare tire on and found that the side wall of the tire just exploded. No nails or screws or anything in the tire, it simply just exploded.My complaint is due to having to use my certificate and then having to pay for a new certificate for the tire. Why do I have to spend 22$ to have a tire replaced that was clearly a defect or had issues with it, or maybe installed with too much air or something. I understand what the warranty is for, but why am I punished for receiving a tire that was clearly damaged or defect.Very unhappy with the service, the manager ***** was not pleasant to deal with over the phone.This happened at the *********************************************************** location.I am not interested in a refund or anything like that. I am done with this, I just wanted to write this complaint in hopes that maybe you would take a look at situations like this and make it right for the customer. After the way my wife and I were treated, we will no longer return to this location.

      I interacted with a gentleman named ********* at Discount Tires, located at ************************************************************. I brought in an unmounted tire and the wheel I wanted it mounted on. I was quoted $21.00 (which was $6.00 higher than the place I bought the wheel from) I tried to get a reduction in price telling ********* I didn't need the tire balanced because it was to be used as a spare only. ********* would not reduce the price and said it would be $21.00 . I agreed to $21.00 and tried to pay him, he refused payment telling me I would pay after the job was done. When I returned two hours later to pick up my tire and wheel ********* told me it would be $45.00. I told ********* that IS NOT the price he quoted me, that in fact NOBODY charged $45.00 to mount a passenger vehicle tire. I told ********* to "un-mount" the tire after he insisted on the $45. At this point ********* said he would charge me the $21.00, and acted like he was doing me a big favor. Needless to say I will not be back to Discount tire, I have never experienced this type of attempted rip-off at a major tire change before

      I just had my vehicle serviced for full set of new tires last week at ***********, ** location. I was confused why my vehicle was riding so rough especially since I just had a brand new set of tires put on. Then I discovered they actually did not fully secure my darn tires to my vehicle. And now I am completely baffled how they thought it was perfectly okay to tell me my vehicle was ready for pick up with 5 of my lug nuts missing on my vehicle tires. There are supposed to be 5 lug nuts on each tire to secure them to the vehicle. Each tire was not secured, and is missing 1 lug nut on each and my front driver side missing 2 lug nuts; they had the nerve to put a plain nut s**** (so only 3 lug nuts, 1 plain nut).They claim they specialize in tires and yet could not do something so elementary as to secure my tires to my vehicle. If you took it off my vehicle you were to put it back. God forbid something happens and my rim bends and tire comes off simply because they did not properly secure my tires to my vehicle. How do you enter a place you spent over 1k for a simple tire replacement, I had all 20 lug nuts on my vehicle before it was dropped off only for it to be returned missing 5 lug nuts. There is a reason a manufacture put 5 lug nuts to secure the tires to the vehicle and I am amazed they can intentionally do this to my vehicle because they just put a plain nut on one; so either you lost my lug nuts or simply did not care. Then turned around and really thought it was perfectly okay because it means after the half*** job was done, a supervisor looked over this "finished job" and they still decided it contact me to pick up my vehicle & that it was just fine to have me ride off their lot with unsecured tires to my vehicle. So unprofessional and lack of care. They did not value me as a customer and definitely did not value my life. I will never go back to Discount Tires because clearly they do not mind putting customer's lives in danger.

      this is for the ************* ***** location, they do not honor appointment times. They put you in line after you get there dispite your appointmtne time or schedule of daily events... and then when i complained to ***, the assistant store manager, about the fact that i have to get a refund because i cannot wait for my appointment to start any longer i got called unreasonable....it was 40 minute after my appointment time, the text message i got from discount tire said that my appointment would not start until 1 hour after my actual appointment time... so i don't see how i am being unreasonable for not wanting to conform to their "not really an appointment" scheduling i will n9ot go back to this company for any reason because they do not value a person's time when an appointment is made, and they blame you for not wanting to put up with being lied to about when work would start. and they keep my money so that i cannot go get tires at a different retailer.... i never got tires with them, but my money is on hold.

      as of today, this my third bad experience with Discount Tire *******, the second at this particular location. ******* and Catcus Involving the Manager Chase there. Their customer service is very poor and when the manager ***** in involved, he only offers pathetic excuses and no solutions for their mistakes at this site. this site had damaged my vehicle on previous visits, made mistakes by doing repairs on the wrong tires and today, wasting 3 hours of my time even though I had a valid appointment and offering invalid excuses, one of which blamed on "IT" which was not true. I had to leave the site today, and schedule with another provider, even though I have paid thousands of dollars to Discount Tire over the years for their warranties and perceived level of customer service which are currently not warranted now.
