They say a replacement tire is free under their warranty, but they're lying. It's bait and switch. Someone should *** this sh!tty company for false advertising and bait and switch. They literally told me it would be free on the phone, then next thing I know, I'm being told it will cost a minimum 60--something dollars but what I really need will cost me between $200-$300. DON'T GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE.Discount Tire

Never have I been somewhere in my life where a company destroys my property. I went in for a new tire on my driver side front wheel and I left with damages to my rim. The store assistant manager tried to insinuate that I was lying by walking around my car to see if the other rims where damaged as if his employees didn't cause the damage. I was baffled on the whole process. The manager advised that I could leave my car there for 2 days while they get the rim replaced. The thought of me living my vehicle had me frightened. He advised that i could take it to get it replaced to a location which is one hour from my home address and i would still have to leave me vehicle overnight. Upon leaving I have been I have applaud with the behavior your store has shown. There was no compassion and I was never even asked about vehicle when asked to leave my car. I made it very clear to the manager that I have a mother who is in the process of completing her cancer treatments and has an appointment every day this week and surgery next week. I am at a complete loss and dissatisfaction when I all I wanted to do is make sure she got to her appointments safely.At this point I have been left with no option but to pursue legal action.Discount Tire

Avoid this company and especially avoid this store: **************************************************************************I replaced my tire in this store before July.4th. After changing the tires, my TPMS error message pop up in the dashboard so I went back to the store to fix it. The shop said they need to drive it to reset the tire pressure.After giving back my car, I find my steering wheel's position weird, the steering wheel feeling is strange and there is a noise when I rotate the steering wheel. I asked the shop and the manager ***** said this is so rare during his 15 years of working. Then we find the broken rim. ***** even took pieces from the rim. It turns out they hit my car during their test drive.In the beginning, their attitude is acceptable, they admit it and said they will do the wheel alignment and change the rim for me. So I left my car there and picked it up the next day.The steering wheel is still not ok and now the manager *** didn't admit it. He was so rude and asked me to go away.Then *****************************(some kind of a VP) got contacted with me said they will help me to make a claim and will take care of it. However, *** and **** never called me back. I took the car to a shop and the fix estimate is around 5k, the hit was so severe so the steering rack is damaged.Then, today the insurance company called me said there is no evidence. Horrible! Avoid them, I took my car in for an oil leak, and they said they fixed it, charged me an expensive bill, and it continued leaking and smoke getting in the car, I took it back (3) times! Each time they said it was fine, that small leaks are normal, or it is not leaking! They were rude by the third time. All the work, stress, and anxiety were very painful to endure. I finally took it to another well recommended mechanic who confirmed they did not do the job they said they did. The reputable mechanic called them and tried very hard to get them to do the job right. I had to pay $170 for that service to get a second opinion, and the I took the car back to them, in fear, and they did the job they originally were supposed to do! Then I took the car back to the reputable mechanic to confirm it. This is what you would have to do to get a service from them! Avoid them! They are awful and charge large amount of money and DO NOT DO THE *** they said they will..AVOID THEM AT ALL COST,,,Discount Tire

Had an appointment at 1pm today. I arrived at 12:50pm got checked in at 1:07pm. ***** stated service for my car should start around 1:50 or sooner. I was ok with that. I planned and hour wait anyway because I know this place always busy an to avoid not being able to get service at all today I made my appointment a day in advance. Anyway 1:50pm comes around but my car still parked where I left it. I notice others maybe 5 walk-in customers service before me. I go to ask *** how much longer for my car to be serviced and he states it should be next or 1 of the next up. 2:30pm nothing. I find ***** that checked be in an ask whats the problem. He go check and starts looking like something aint right. I hear other employees over talking stating keys another 10 mins go by *** comes to tell me my keys are misplaced. I immediately tell him I need them and he ask if I dont wont services. Im like No. 2 hours waiting and services aint even started not only multiple employees saw me waiting and didnt bother to ask was I good been seen update or nothing. I finally got my keys at 2:50pm. This location may have lost a valuable customer and not just at this location this inconvenience experience speaks for all Discount tires businesses. I wished i never started going to them since 2016. No sorry or any apologies could make up for the time Ive wasted at this place today.Discount Tire

I got ripped off back at the end of 2022 and then noticed last night and complained to the manager of the store. He essentially told me, that a warranty for say ****** miles isnt a warranty at all and has no coverage at all and that the certificates they charged for and didnt tell me about are the only real warranty. He told me the ****** miles, etc is just how long the tires should last. Then I asked him to send me receipts from my past since he said I always got certificates and he didnt send me the ones from ********, which makes me believe he was lying about that too. I talked to another manager in a different store and I was right that the warranty wasn't as this guy had described. I was also complaining about how the guy who originally helped me and only mentioned one available type of tire and never told me about the certificates he sold me. I only noticed this cause I saw everything online when I was looking for different tires. At the time the tires seemed way too expensive and now I know why. I way overpaid, and the quality of work was super poor too, as I had to go back to have them put the rim completely on the tire as it looked like it may fall off.Discount Tire

I had a bubble on the side wall tire so I called the shop to notify them because I had purchased a full set with insurance. I was told to bring in the car and they would take care of it. Once I got to the location they checked the tire and ended up telling me they didnt have it in stock and I drove all the way from ******* ** 50+ miles. I asked the employee if it was safe to drive and he assured me it was because I would end driving close to 200 miles on it, and he assured me it was. I got home checked online and it was totally unsafe to drive with the tire like that. I did not even get offered a loaner which I had the insurance for. Had to get a rental because I was not gonna continue to put my families life and everyone elses on the road. After that I call almost a week later and they tell me they have to re order the tire because they dont know what happen but it wasnt ordered. I was able to memorize the tracking number and checked it today Saturday and it had arrived since Friday at 9 am and I received no call so now I gotta pay another ******* dollars because of that also. ****** ** Oracle location. Visited discount tire on Saturday April 29,2023 for my 8am appointment. I didn't leave until almost 10am bc the tech came out and stated he had a hard time trying to remove one of the tires off the rim didn't tell me he cracked it. Then he went on to say drive car for 15 minutes so sensor can catch up the numbers. The front left sensor was not calibrating I drove out of ***** ,** and it still didn't reach the numbers it was 2 -- instead.. I called and spoke to a female which she claimed it may take longer or this or that and Dodge sensors supposed to register within few miles out. So I turned I pulled over to see if tire was flat which it wasn't and noticed the back driver side rim was damaged. To make long story short arrived to ****** Blvd Discount Tire and advised the guy with the boot on his foot he was talking about dented rim I said I never said dented I said it's damaged and showed it to him he gone stupidly say naw we couldn't have done that it has dirt in it. I said duhhh I just drive 30 minutes away almost home and turned around. My car rim was never like that. Call the manager he making excuses and being argumentative. Had me on speaker phone couldn't hear him bc phone was echoing. This is ridiculous. I purchased the same size and brand tires from discount in 2021 and repurchased them from Tire Agent for Discount to put them on and there shouldn't have been a issue of getting them on or off.Discount Tire

During a roadtrip we encountered an issue with one of our front RV tires on our Class A, while in *******, **.We located the nearest Discount Tire (from their site) that can install and service commercial tires - or so we thought, and was able to order six new Michelin Agilis HD Z 245/70 **** tires to be installed. We arrived 05/18/23 at 9:45 am at ************************************************. After inspecting the installation of our two front RV tires, we saw they installed the wrong tires (225/70 ****, not 245/70 ****). After letting the installation tech know the error, we were told, we just grabbed the ones on top, can I see your receipt to see what you paid for?. Once the correct tires were installed and we were told we were good to go. My husband checked the tire pressure and found they were inflated to 84 psi (70% the required psi) when the Michelin inflation pressure requirements are 120 psi. A tire is considered to be flat when operated at less than 80% of the recommended inflation pressure. This is extremely concerning that we were told were good to go, when we absolutely were not. When my husband requested it to be filled to 120 psi he was told, for our employees safety, our machine only inflates to 90 PSI. Well, what about my families safety and everyone elses driving around ** going down the road with under inflated tires? Why would you sell and install tires you cannot properly inflate?!!If my husband had not asked, they would not have told ** they didnt have the right tools to properly do their job. Luckily we travel with a tire inflator so my husband was able to properly fill to 120 psi before leaving.I take serious issue that your staff does not value our safety, our $150,000 vehicle, or our investment in new tires, and was completely fine with having ** pay $4,316.37 for 6 tires, including $210.00 for commercial tire installationwithout properly installing our commercial tires. The level of incompetency and carelessness was impressive.Discount Tire

This company tries to scam you into buying all new tires!I came into the location today to have them check my tires and reset my warning light. During their initial inspection, they found there was a s**** in the tire. Rather then check if they had my size tires in stock, they proceeded to remove the tire and check it. They came back and said that I had a previous patch and the plug had fallen out so I needed a replacement. THEN said that they did not have my size tire in stock and would need to order it, which would take a day or two. I said to just put my old tire back and I'd shop around to get the new tire somewhere else. They told me they could not put it back on because it was 'unsafe". Ummm..okay. They said my only options were to purchase FOUR tires in another size or put on my spare, if I had one. Thankfully, I had a spare and had them put it on so I could leave. They tried to come back to me talking some nonsense about another vendor they could go to and get my tire. I told them I was good and left.Bottomline: if they were legit, they should have checked the tire size BEFORE removing the tire because what if I didn't have a spare nor money to buy 4 new tires??????Discount Tire
