1 star2 months ago, I brought my *** in for rotation. I hand washed my *** the next morning and noticed the left front tire was missing one lug nut. I brought the car in first thing the next morning and they told me to go buy one and they would reimburse me once I brought the paperwork in. Yes, they let me drive off with one lug nut missing. My Suburban rims have been all beat up by Discount Tire.. both of collectable pristine collectable Lancias have rim damage also. I guess I can just go spend the $3K+ and buy new rims for all four cars. The Lancia rims will be next to impossible to find in the *** sadly. 4 days ago, I brought my 2018 **** Abarth in with a slow leak. The sales person looked at the tire in question and made a claim that my car has an alignment problem. I was now forced into buying a new tire. I requested to keep the tire for inspection. When I picked the car up my "new tire" was still covered with something I assume was on it to protect it while in transit / storage. The old tire was placed in my back seat. They broke my back shelf placing the tire in from the rear hatch. The new shelf is cost is $100. I removed the tire and looked at it. I made the sales person (I think he goes by JP) come out and look at it. It took him 30 seconds to agree it was a failed tire. He then adjusted the paper work and cost to reflect a tire replacement. I drove off and my TPS info showed the new tire at 24 pounds and the other 3 were 28, 31 and 44. I turned around and had them fill the tires to the 40 pounds per spec. When I got home, I hand washed the tire and noticed the rim being scraped badly (once again Discount Tire has destroyed another rim on one of my cars) I am sad writing this review but people need to know the World-famous Discount Tire has turned into a hack business for nice quality cars. I am sure the failed tire scam happens all the time as most people will not review the old tire and they will never say a word about it. ************* sadReview fromMike R

******** LIED to me today THREE times about the **** for my 2017 ****** ***. Before even taking a close look at my *** tires, he told me I would HAVE to get all four **** (tire pressure sensors) changed at once (strike 1 - swing & a miss). After quoting me $268 for the four new ****, I said I would talk to my wife. He tried again by offering all four sensors for only $200, which I also declined (foul ball). After a separate vehicle service was performed, the mechanic (a different guy) told me only one **** sensor was bad, and quoted me $68 to replace just that one. When I went to the salesman to pay for the $68 repair, he said the reason I would need all four replaced was that they did not have any 315 Mhz **** sensors, only 435, and that nobody made 315s anymore for my vehicle (big chop for strike 2 - just look on Amazon). And if I had a mix of 433 and 315 Mhz sensors, they would cancel each other out, thus causing the tire light to falsely come on (swing for the fences, strike 3). I insisted anyway and got just the one new sensor installed. I said to Mr. ******** that it wasnt a safety issue and IF my tire light came on falsely at a later date, THEN would I consider replacing the 3 older sensors. After the one broken sensor got replaced, I asked the honest mechanic about the 315 vs 433 Mhz issue. He said that would not be a problem. I also texted a relative who is a master mechanic, and he confirmed that the supposed 315 vs. 433 issue was NONSENSE.Discount Tire

Placed and paid online order for tires and installation on 4/14. Tires delayed in shipping. Installed at **** ******, ** location on 5/2.My card was billed twice for $450.27. One cleared 5/3, the other is pending, but the funds have been taken from my account, leaving me with an overdrawn account. Now I'm totally broke, and no one from DT will assist - telling me that it should/maybe/or will possibly resolve itself in 7 - 10 days. They have insisted that it's my problem, or my banks problem. My bank has assured me that it's a merchant problem.I went back to the store this morning - no help. They had me call 877 cust service. Again, no help - told me to contact my bank. **** told me it's merchant problem. Called DT 800 number - again, no help. Posted on their ******** page - no response. Contacted .com through live chat- again, no help. DT has literally done NOTHING to fix this issue.I'm a long time customer, but unless something significant occurs immediately, and they fix this 100%, I will never do business with them again.Discount Tire

Horrible customer service! The wait time to see about a slow leak on my newly purchased tires is 2 hours. This is my second day trying to get in there and still the wait is horrible. The parking is really bad I got there right at 8:00 when they opened and the wait would have still been 2 hours. They need to hire additional help if it takes that long to check for a slow leak.Discount Tire

Dusciubt ************ is Great but they convince you you'll save money by signing up for their ****************** that offers 6 months $0 Financing. Minimum payment of $39 month. Well I paid $200 month and when I just got my final bill ********* has tacked on $100 they claim are Late Fees. That's Bullshit! My purchase was made on November 20th and I was told no payment was due in December. So since I paid $200 every month I should not owe any fees. So WHY is this 0% Financing for 6 months charging Late Fees? I feel like I've just been SCAMMED! And when i called them about this exorbitant charge they claim I paid every month late. I will NOT be made a fool and will not stand quietly by while your NOT SO FREE Financing can ***** a Senior Citizen out of $100!Discount Tire

The *********** is not consistent with documenting payments. I purchased a set of tires from Discount Tires and charged them to my credit card. I submitted two payments by money order and neither was posted to my account leaving my account in payment due status. This caused me to have to make double payments. It has been a hassle trying to correct this concern.Discount Tire

Do NOT BUY WHEELS FROM THIS COMPANY! They sell complete pieces of crap! I originally purchased all new Yokohama tires and BKGLMS LIQ HAWK wheels on 2/22/2024. As I was headed to work this morning, I heard a bang and then all the air went out my front passenger side tire. There was no pothole or anything in the road, this was completely random! I had my vehicle towed to the discount tire I purchased from. They remove the tire and saw the tire itself was fine and the wheel is what bent pretty badly. He told me my warranty does not cover a replacement and I would have to purchase a new wheel. This is unacceptable, because I didnt hit anything not even a pothole! This is a complete manufacturer issue! I shouldnt have to pay for the c*** yall sell!Discount Tire

I left another review on yelp but thought what would it hurt to leave more than one. So long story short, I called and scheduled an appointment. Then when I arrived, they proceeded to tell me that I didnt have an appointment. I pulled out my phone and showed them where I had in fact called, but the manager of this store(******************************************************************************************) is an absolute idiot. Im so glad I dont live here and have to deal with these people for tires!! Anyhow thats about it. This particular store SUCKS!! Dont go there!!!!Discount Tire
