I received an email from Norton Lifelock Security that i was renewing my systems subscription and I don't have a computer and I did authorize the payment. They asked to to give them access to my work computer and told me to access my bank account with anydesk1234 so like a dummy I did. They said that someone had used my information to authorize a ****** payment on 2/10/23. The first employee I talked to was *************************. Then they put me through to a refund officer named ************************* at xxx-xxx-xxxx I accidently put in ******* for the refund. This ***** told me why I put *******. I said it was an accident. He said if I didnt return the money he was going to get fired. He said for me to stay connected until I went to an apple store and he would give me instructions how to give back them money. I disconected and he called me right away and told me not to disconnect. Which sounded fishy so I disconnected. The ****** and the ******* was gone from my account. I called the xxx-xxx-xxxx number to ask for the business address and he said he couldn't give it me. I told him if he was a legitimate business he shouldn't have a problem giving it me. He hung up on me. I called and he said he was in **********, then *****. today 2/13/23 I was at work and I saw the icon for anydesk pop up and it said I was connected again. I disconnected and deleted the program. they are a scam and trying to get peoples information to do god only knows.

I would give 0 if allowed. I am not sure how Norton Lifelock continues to be a business. I paid Lifelock MUCH for MANY years before dropping it. At some point, exact date not in mind at the moment, i was notified by Lifeloc that my information was found on the Dark Web. When I ask how that happened, they talked around the subject, and said they would monitor the situation. Nothing. They obviously weren't protecting my information. A few years later, my id and credit card was used to ID was used to open accounts. I have had to change credit cards many times, close bank accts, change banks. They did nothing to protect me and collected so much money. I was using Norton for laptop and phone security but they charged a huge renewal fee a month before my service agreement would expire. They made it hard to stop the transaction saying I had agreed to this. I honestly had to memory of agreeing to an automatic billing to my card. I didn't even know they had kept my card number.. About 10onths in I dropped Norton. I was especially motivated to do so when Norton and Lifeloc joined forces. They are both aggressive and exploitative in their business practices. Norton and Lifelock belong together as they are not credible businesses, ripping off the ******** public. And I just saw online that Norton was hacked sometime over the past few months. No personal data security business should be allowed to operate like this. I would join a class action to expose them and I'm not a litigious kind of person. I still am angry about these businesses selling service that they do not deliver on. How can they stay in business!

I HAVE BEEN TELLING LIFELOCK / PAYPAL FOR 5 MONTHS: (1) I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND (2) I DO NOT WANT AN ACCOUNT WITH EITHER OF THEM (3) I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. THEY PAY NO ATTENTON AND CONTINUE TO SEND ME EMAILS . YOU KNOW, LIFELOCK HAS ALWAYS BEEN THIS WAY. THEY CONTINUE CONTACTING YOU AND THEY ATTACH THEMSELVES TO YOU LIKE A DISEASE AND THERE SEEMS TO BE NO DIRECT WAY TO ACTUALLY REACH THEM. I TRIED NOT TO RESPOND TO THEIR EMAILS BECAUSE IT MAY APPEAR THAT I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND BECAUSE THEY WERE OFTEN FROM WHAT SEEMED LIKE AN ILLEGITIMATE ADDRESS:It was usually something like: first-lastname1234 AT gmail.com It seemed never to be from a typical company. Many times the English was incorrect - not sure if that is a different issue?PLEASE CONTACT THEM AND ASK THEM TO STOP BADGERING PEOPLE.Thank you very much for you attention to this ***Annoyed Citizen!!!

After 7 phone calls, 3 disconnections, 3 promises of call backs that never came, I am appalled at LifeLocks customer care. I had identity theft with $10000 withdrawn from my bank that was monitored by LifeLock. I have yet to receive an answer. When I finally got connected to the restoration **** in ****** (the other 6 calls were all outsourced to *****), I was put on hold and they disconnected me once again. I have been a customer for 16 years but will be canceling. The average time for each call was 40 minutes. Disgusted.

There app says that I'm connected to 3 different networks but it won't show what networks. There tec support can't tell me the networks that I'm connected to, so if I've been hacked through someone adding There network to get my info I'm out of luck with this product. What a waste of my money and support I believe is located in maybe *****.

Avast has repeatedly racked up charges on my card, unbeknownst to me, and by the time I figured it out, it was outside of their thirty day refund window. This seems incredibly sleazy and deliberate. Do I have any recourse? Is there a class action lawsuit for fraud?

I have had a subscription with them since 2014. Renewal was always March. Norton bought LifeLock and now they , without any notice in writing or email, take my renewal premium out *********************************************************** and my spouse. I have several letters on file Life Lock sent to me in previous years, to remind me of my renewal date, however, they took it upon themselves, without any prior contact, written or otherwise, to take my money for renewal 35 DAYS EARLY!!!! That's no way to do business and VERY unethical business practice. I called to complain and received a case No. that meant nothing. I called this year before they did it again, and the representative could not tell me that they would take it out on the original date of renewal of the past. THIEVES to take and charge my credit card that much money, which included mine and my husband's protection as well, OVER A MONTH AHEAD OF TIME--35 DAYS! Who gave them the right to do so? UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES that we have never experienced in our entire life!! RD&BS in KY

Lifelock keeps getting disconnected to two of my financial institutions and appears to be for no reason. When I reconnect there is no issue until the next reconnect.this is getting to be very annoying!! Not sure it is worth what they charge to have this aggravation.
