      My wife had an account with Norton and used my credit card on the account. After she died in March 2021, they billed my card in September 2022. I requested they cancel the account and reimburse me and they stated they required proof of death. I sent a copy of her death certificate, and now they refuse to return my $264.98 claiming the services were rendered. What kind of way is this to treat people?! You rendered services for a woman who was dead for six months?! Absurd abuse of elderly. Shame on you!

      I have been a loyal member for years. I was having trouble getting into one of my accounts I wasn't sure if it was identity theft Freud or something else and called LifeLock for help. Big mistake. I spent hours making calls to them. I continued to reach what seemed like a out of the states call center. I was hung up on , asked to call back twice, had to verify my personal information with a man who was laughing, and was given advise over and over that didn't apply ex I'm worried about a particular account that I received an alert from LifeLock about and not one person would pass me to an agent. They could not see my alert and I was told twice to contact the credit bureaus repeatedly in two conversations even after I informed them I had previously put an alert through LifeLock with the credit bureaus and still repeating the same thing over and over until I give up and call back. Two other men also schoolEd me by repeating my name and saying"you have to handle this yourself" clearly not an American custom. I was also put on hold until the call dropped. And had finally an awful maybe 30min conversation with a woman supervisor who told me the same that I could not speak to an agent because I needed to "handle this myself"my alert was not "what they do "'did I even have this comp listed on my accounts to be monitored"obviously yes,I did receive an alert. It took hrs of dismissive,humiliating calls. I got nowhere frankly their professionalism was so low I was concerned even more about the security of my personal information. It made a bad situation much worse. I do not feel comfortable with this company being my security service. After reading all the issues with refund s here.

      Lost my wallet on the fourth day after opening an account/ I was told that I have to contact the police **** and get a case number, I have to contact the Bank and get a new card. I have to contact the credit card company. I have to do everything!!!!!!! They do nothing. Agents sound like I am talking to someone aged eight, living in *****. Very hard to understand them. Going to put the credit back on the credit card that I lost????? Three days I have been working on trying to get a refund. I believe they deliberately sabotage efforts to cancel accounts and get refunds, through delays, waits, hang **** delays, etc. Seventy-two minutes, five people later they want to put the refund back on the credit card that I paid the account with. The card that was in my wallet, which was stolen...hence new card issued with a new number, so you can not put the refund on the card. BUT they will put a refund check in the mail with a short- 6 to 8 week wait. I should have gone with the IDShield people. Can I give minus stars?

      Money was taken from my account in December for a subscription that doesnt expire until January 13th! I have been calling since Dec 8th The subscription was canceled on Dec 8th. I called again they are now telling me that it wii ***********-8 weeks for me to get my money back!!! I am on a fixed income and do not have money to have it take that long to return. This is the worst business that I have ever dealt with. They think that its ok to continue to say they are sorry!!! Stop being sorry and give me my money back.I have been told that my case has been escalated!! What does that mean? That I an supposed to be ok with another untruth! How many more case # before my money is returned.

      I had contacted Life Lock on 10/5/2022. We had our income tax refund stolen. The told me what information I needed to send them. I uploaded all the forms that pertained to us. I did not hear from them for a month so I contacted them and was told one of the papers I had sent was not readable. I resent the information that was not readable. I did not have any response for another month so I called again. I was told they were still working on it. 1/4/2023 I called again and they needed permission from my husband to speak to me. My husband did give permission for them to speak to me. I explained it has been me calling all along and they never asked for his permission even though it was in his name. I thought I was speaking to the restoration department. He said that I needed to speak to the restoration department. He transferred me to the restoration department. That individual said he needed permission from my husband again.I explained he had already gave permission. He said it did not matter he needed to do so again.By this point my husband was not in the house. He asked me to call back when he was available to give permission. By this point both my husband and I were getting upset. We are paying for a service and in 3 months we have not gotten no where. They had done absolutely nothing.I had to contact them every time. I finally told them to cancel my subscription.

      The beginning of November 2022, I became dissatisfied with my plan and when I called and cancelled my subscription, I requested a refund for the remaining six months but was told I was not eligible for a refund. I said it is not right to pay for something you are not using and was told a supervisor would call me. I was given a case number and have now called three more times in the past two months as I have never received a call back. Most recent call was 1/4 and was told I would get a call back within an hour. That has not happened as of 1/5 AM.

      They took money out of my account and was suppose to give me a refund. They didn't have permission to take money until middle of November 2022, it was took out in October. I have contacted them multiple times, keep telling me I am getting a refund. To this date is has not happened. It was $129.99 that was took out. I need help. Please. I have never gotten any of the return calls I was promised to date either.

      Disappointed with Norton with LifeLock. They do not stand behind their product if someone wants to cancel in (2) days after subscribing. I was told emphatically "NO" to a refund, since I was only trying out the product. Their policy said up to 14 days to ask for a refund - after (2) days, I was told by their dedicated ****** absolutely "NO". I hung up. I will let others know how they treated me. My case number with their business was Case ********. Hope the $10.61 in profit will help them.

      My review is remarkably similar to the number of others in regard to attempting to deal with NortonLifeLock and their subscription-based product requirement construct. In reviewing the plethora of documented complaints and reviews here, consensual validation would strongly seem to suggest that you actively seek an alternative cyber safety partner relationship and simply say "No" to NortonLifeLock. Be guided accordingly!!!

      Installed premium security program and it deleted my files and internet access. They blamed ******* Wireless internet.
