      While Norton offers adequate protection, canceling an account is horrific. I was repeatedly told by agents my deceased husbands account could not be located, despite providing Norton with his name, address, the landline tied to the account and the last 4 numbers of his Social Security number. They insisted on a now-defunct email that was listed as invalid on the online site. I finally am disputing the charge with my credit card company. If that does not work, I will have my attorney contact Nortons legal department. Please be advised canceling an account might prove quite difficult. Keep detailed records of every contact with Norton, all changes you make to an account, and copies of credit card or bank statements regarding payments. You likely will need them to cancel your account. Or for your attorney if you need one.

      Norton, well what can I say, they are quick to hang up on you, they don't quite comprehend English and they are quick to take your money. I canceled my subscription in 2021, only to find out that they renewed the subscription , took money out of my account and had the audacity to ask why I was canceling my subscription. They didn't even notify me ahead of time. They are rude and unprofessional.

      Take long time to get a notification of a new credit card opened, they charged me for the month my account was not active, an denied a refund, then charged me again for the following month, I called the next day and even cancelling the account they were not going to refund the charges, their main object was to convince to stay with their service

      ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT! I have been with LifeLock for approximately 8 years, perhaps longer. They were problem solvers and eager to resolve issues in a timely manner. Then Norton took over LifeLock, thats when things begin to go south. About 4 months ago I added the "Home Title Monitoring" to my existing plan. My account ********** shows "Home Title Monitoring", but no monitoring is taking place as indicated by a message on my **********. I have paid for a service that is not being provided. I have called Norton customer service several times regarding this issue but all I get is the run around and then disconnected. I have asked numerous times to speak with a supervisor, but I am consistently told they are not available or they are very busy. Customer Review Rating is -10. In searching the internet for Norton LifeLock Company Headquarters, the ONLY number listed directs one right back to the Norton Lifelock customer service department, the SAME customer service agents I've been dealing with. BBB lists the company address location as Tempe, AZs., but the phone numbers is directs one right back to Norton LifeLock customer service - its the same agents.

      I like their service but they continue to charge my credit card each year without notifying me of a bill and increase my coverage without my acknowledgement or consent.

      Attempted to charge for something we did not receive or order. When called company to say do not charge the customer service told us that the manager said to kiss his a** Truly believe this is a bogus company.

      CRIMINALS!!! 4 years ago my account was closed unbenounced to me. Norton/Lifelock continued to draw payments from my credit card. How I found this out is, I was looking to change plans. Norton/Lifelock told me that there was NOT an account under my name. My question to them was if I had no account how could you continue to charge my credit card $12.98 a month for the last 4 years. I feel Norton/Lifelock owes me $622.00 for a service I never received. I called the credit card company and they are only able to go back 60 days.

      WORST customer service ever!!! Would not let me talk to a manager or Supervisor. Kept talking as if to beg me not to talk to manager. Insinuated I was to old because every time I went into my account I had to change my password. They couldn't fix it. Was sooo mad with such jerky customer service. I WILL be canceling my account. I will notify my bank to stop this draft also. JUST SO SICK OF THIS TREATMENT!!!

      We auto renewed your plan. I told them I did not want to renew.When ever I call to speak to someone at , they start speaking to me, and I tell them I did not want to renew, they hang up on me. Same thing happens everytime I call.Is this a scam?

      Criminal organization I signed up 2 years ago under the impression that I was getting norton 360 in the purchase however they refuse to keep their end of the agreement they are quick to take my money for 3 years however they will not give me the norton 360 have called about ********************************************************************************************** norton 360 for 3 years at no cost
