      I wish I would have read the reviews ahead of time. The same as everybody else they gave one star but wanted to give less, I knew the end of my subscription was coming so I called the month ahead of time to tell them to take my credit card off their list they said it would happen but never did. One month later when I came to renew they hit my credit card and the fraud activation was activated on it and we had to freeze my credit card. So that man I had to wait another 2 to 3 weeks for my new credit card still haven't got it yet these guys are nothing but a pain it's hard to cancel when you want to cancel you got to go through it lot of red tape and make sure you get a confirmation number but I do not recommend this outfit run away!

      I chose to have alerts sent if $500 or more is withdrawn from my accounts. I took $1000 out on Sept 16 and Lifelock alerted me yesterday on Oct 5. Alerts take days and even weeks to arrive. This is not the only time this has happened. For the cost of the service and all the hype about what they supposedly do, it's obvious this service lacks in performing. Then when I called them I spoke to a person who I could barely understand. I'm sick and tired of businesses still using Covid as an excuse for inferior customer service and poor communication. This is an expensive service and should be more competent. I will not renew.************

      A scam. I went through the Norton Life Lock website and paid for the Ultimate protection. However, I never received access to any of the services and when I called instead of asking for a transaction number or something to identify my identity, they went straight to asking for super personal identification numbers. Furthermore, I tried and could not locate the same phone number twice, each one I called I received the same automated voice and the same call center representatives who could not do anything about my issue besides try to get my full card number, and ssn. Extremely disappointed! I would not recommend it to anyone.

      This business is Super Slow giving you a refund when you cancel their service. Requested a refund August 31, 2022 was told **** days. Waited no refund. Called back Sept 9, 2022 no refundtold to wait **** more daysguess what. No Refund Called back again Sept 26, 2022.. was told they had issues a manual refund (a check). Was told the check would take SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS to get from AZ to ** (***). Really???They had no problem taking the $ out of my checking account in minutes however giving it back with take 2 to 3 MONTHS. Totally ridiculous. By the way you earn nothing on this money while you wait. Its October 5, 2022 Guess what you guessed it. NO REFUND YET!!!

      Should be a zero rating. By far the worst customer service and they make it nearly impossible to successfully cancel the service. Will never use them again and will never recommend them??

      When I bought this I did not know it was an automatic renewal. So when it expired they took money out of my account with out my permission. So I cancelled my bank card and got a new one. Now again they are taking money out of my account with the old bank card. I finally got answers how to cancel my subscription. They are a rip off and try to tell people they are protecting your info while they rip you off. I think it is the worst protection ever.

      Norton before LifeLock had great customer service. Now, just getting hold of a live agent to talk or chat with is so difficult, if not impossible. They charged my card over 30 days before the renewal date. It took me over 1.5 hours to get someone live. Finally, one of my Googles to find a phone number worked. After I explained to the Agent that I needed to cancel and get a refund because I could not afford it, he kept trying to sell me again at a discount which I still could not afford. I had to interrupt him and repeat my demand for cancellation and refund several times while he kept throwing other products and benefits at me. It was so frustrating and hard controlling my anger due to his negligence and avoiding my requests.Finally, after he said it was done, I refused to hang up the phone before receiving an email confirming cancellation and refund. After receiving the email, I realized the refund is $45.54 less than what was charged. He said it did not include some tax and fees but the total of $476.28 will be the refunded amount.My credit card has been refunded the amount still short $45.54 of total. I tried contacting them again but after trying and trying the same phone number again, I just cannot talk or chat with anyone and been in a wicked endless loop.I will never do business with Norton again!

      I THINK THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD. I SIMPLY CALLED THIS 10/1/2022. TO ASK ABOUT INSTALLING ON MY ADDITIONAL WIN11 COMPUTER. i FORGOT MY CODE. THE **** ASKED ME FOR MY EMAIL. I LET HIM IN WITHOUT QUESTION. WHICH IS SOMETHING I NEVER DO. AS HE WAS SEEMING NAVIGATING I SIMPLY MENTIONED ' CAN WE EXPEDITE THIS AS I DON'T USUALLY LET EVERYONE IN MY EMAIL' . i SAID IT JOKINGLY, AS TO INDICATE I TRUSTED HIM..HE SAID "WELL YOU CAN FIGURE IT OUT ALL BY YOURSELF" AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE.. MIND YOU, I STILL HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEHAVIOR...

      Canceled on line. Got billed for another year in the mail. Called LifeLock. They said I only canceled the renewal. Told them I am canceling. Got billed anyway. Now it is in dispute with my credit card company. I had my credit card company send me a new card with a new number so LifeLock doesn't steal more money. What a SCAM.

      I have tried to cancel my account NortonlifeLock several times. I was told on September 18 , 2022 that my account was cancelled. On September 29th 2022 my account was charged $19.99. I called again and was told the account was not cancelled and could not be cancelled unless called ***** I'm no longer an *** member. The charge on my CC shows the payment being made to Lifelock. I'm requesting my account be cancelled and my CC credited back
