PayPal changed my settings to come out of my Bank account instead of PayPal credit , I was told by Pay Pal to call Norton to have them cancel it to refund my money back and re charge it so it will go to credit . Norton was not able to help me out , even though I said cancel it to refund it then re charge me so it could be fixed . No help , so I was even more frustrated went back to pay pal got more run around and ended up canceling my Norton 360 . I called to confirm and find out how long before a refund is seen . I was told 5 to 7 days , called back past 7 days as there was no refund to pay pal , I was told I did not ask for a refund so no refund was put into motion . I said What! Are you kidding me ! Got disconnected and had to call back . This time no answer could be given to why you can cancel your subscription and have to ask for your money to be refunded. Now I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for my money to be refunded. Major inconvenience major stupidity to have to ask for your money back after canceling! No rush to get me my money refunded even though I said I would have returned back after this all being refunded but now that this game was payed I will not ever return . This is a stupid set up and I had many years with them and they still had no empathy or helpfulness to my problem. It is recorded conversation supposedly so it is all there my frustration and how they poked me acting like if I wanted my money back I should have asked unbelievable they can treat people this way. (Norton 360 does not show up )

ZERO STARS NORTONLIFELOCK LIARS AARP should not endorse a company that takes money from seniors and does not help them. NortonLifeLock sent out emails, in error, stating that customers subscriptions would end in 14 days. After a failed chat session, in which I was given the number to the ** LifeLock customer service team, located in ***** and ***************, I proceeded to request to speak with someone in ***************** or someone who speaks English as their first language since I was unable to understand the people. I was told the number was for a global call center and they cannot transfer the call to *****************. After two hours on the phone, on hold for 45 minutes, disconnected, another call on hold for 12 minutes disconnected, third call a supervisor finally does not disconnect me and informs me the email did come from NortonLifeLock, was not a scam, and was sent in error. To be able to get assistance from the NortonLifeLock customer service team you must verify your credit card details, ie last 4 digits and expiration date. This directly contradicts what NortonLifeLock tells you how to protect your information AND if you voluntarily provide the information and it is a scam, NortonLifeLock will NOT help you.Completely disillusioned. From reading other complaints, this is a common business practice. They get your money and don't provide the service for which you believe you are paying. Not the service I believed I would receive.

I'd give zero stars if I could. It's a total scam. I paid in full for the top tier of service. My debit card and a credit card were compromised and LifeLock didn't catch either. The customer service call center is overseas and they are rude and unprofessional. Canceling my account was a nightmare. One woman even hung up on me because I caught her lying to me and I called her out on it. The automated system sends you to the wrong departments and the calls constantly disconnect. It took 7 calls to cancel. The website is a nightmare too. It doesn't accept the correct user name and password. When I tried to reset them, the site said it was sending an email but it never did. You're information is NOT safe with this company. Avoid LifeLock at all costs.

I got life lock because I had an identity theift problem. Three months in, penfed (a bank). Sent me a debit card. There was nothing from life lock, so I call they didn't even know about it, and would not answer my question. So I cancelled. But they only cancelled me and not my husband, even now we where under subscription. Ask for a refund and they just blew me off. Stop ripping people off, you should be a shame of your self's. I guess it all about the money and not the consumer. So if you have life lock get out as soon as possible. They are protecting your identity.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR LOST INCOME!! I had lifelock membership for 15 years (cancelled now). Don't waste your money!! I have worked full time as a nurse for the past 28 years. I was unemployed for 11 weeks last year due to failing hospital system. Someone had stolen my social security number and because of this I lost $8,000 in income. It has been over a year and still no reimbursement from LIfelock. Don't believe their slogan that they will reimburse you up to 1 million dollars, total false advertising! I have tried on my own to resolve the issue with ** Unemployment to no avail. LIfelock had me sign papers so they could talk on my behalf, but they haven't got issue resolved either. What did they do for my case? Put a fraud alert on my credit reports (which anyone can do on their own). I was also told they don't monitor government websites so if you are victim of identity theft from unemployment compensation, they won't alert you. Isn't this the most fraudulent activity being done during the pandemic??************** ******, **

I would give zero stars if I could. I cancelled my subscription last year. I was just billed again. I called customer service and was given the run around by their out of the country call center. Between my husband and me we spent at least 4 hours trying to resolve the problem. Norton Lifelock is supposed to be protecting me and my financial security; since I signed up they are the only ones who took advantage.P.S. the ** corporate office phone number in *****, ** is no longer in service. ??. Thats concerning

On August 31st, 2022 this business withdrew $135.29 from a debit card that was destroyed in June frommy bankaccount. I was sent an email stating on September 2nd stating the refund had been issued. An agent gave me a case number and said the refund would be in my account in 10 days. After seeing no refund in my account I contacted them again and was given a different case number and was made aware that it would be 48 to ********************************************* my bank account.

Norton Lifelock is the biggest ripoff. After 3 fraudulent card charges (bank notified me, Norton never did) I requested a refund of the renewal fee a week or two after they charged me. After being told they would, 3 months later, I have spent over 100 hours of my life on hold or explaining to Punjabi customer service reps my issue and have still not received any refund (over 300 dollars). I have filed fraudulent charges for my account with my bank, but Norton isn't cooperating with their investigation and the bank says they will issue a refund and deny the charges. Worst experience of my life. God help you if you ever needed them to do what they promised.

I called twice only to be hung up on when I asked questions on specific situations that one would be covered for under their policies. One can read their overview, but I wanted to know more details about their processes and I was hung up on. The representatives just didnt want to rake the time to work with me. I'm so disappointed in this company and will be looking for coverage from another.
