I to have a case # that was was esacalated to level 2, but that requires that support calls you. I have provided 2 working phone numbers that receive calls all the time. However, I have received several emails from support stating they could not reach me when they have called me on these numbers several times in the past when I had a problem. This NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY! We are paying for your support, but then cant get what we pay for and this is unacceptable. I am not the only one who has had this problem. I saw another review on 9/25/24 for the same complaint. I have alway loved Norton and have been with them for many many years and never have I had this problem. I am very dissappointed in them.

Terrible service. I cancelled the service last year and GEN/AVG renewed the service. It took my an hour to request a refund and cancel a subscription that was cancelled last year. The customer service is so poor that they only use a chat bot. Their software application will not allow the persons to cancel on their own so I had to spend 1 hour chatting with some from Chez Republic who tried to keep selling mee on their products. Case ******** I think this is fraud charging accounts without consent. I would rate 0 of 5 stars if possible.

Unacceptable customer service from ******************** following family member's death. Multiple phone calls and emails to arrange cancellation and partial (pro-rated) refund. Have a case number, but no one in customer service seems able or willing to make anything happen. For some reason, a company with emphasis on security and control seems to think that a verbal assurance over the phone is somehow enough "proof" for a customer to say "OK" and hang up. LOL, would be happy to give -1 stars if possible. Have also left 1-star review at *****************************************************************. Not sure if they will publish it!

They have the worst customer service ***resentatives in the world, literally. I have been attempting just to change my service for two hours now, but because Ive been treated rudely, talked to disrespectfully, ***eatedly ignored as every single customer service *** never answered one of my mini questions, they would silence my wine, and come back, laughing, and clearly talking amongst each other about me. And all three hung up on me. I didnt speak to them disrespectfully I never raise my voice. I never cursed at them. The only thing that I said, and only to one of them was that I would like a customer satisfaction survey to which she stated that I would be getting one via email in three days. Their employees were rude, arrogant, condescending, and acted as if they were better than me.If Norton or *** does things the right way, then they will go listen to these calls and they will be appalled. At the way they are paid. Employees are treating their paying customers. I will no longer be a paying customer for ********************** and I would discourage anyone from doing business with them to the highest degree possible.

I am unable to use the password for Norton LifeLock. I have repeatedly tried to find out why. Asked for one-time code repeatly and it isn't accepted. I want to cancel but can't without a password. It is like being on a horrible merry-go-round and unable to get off. I have an automatic renewal and can't cancel that. Feel this is a devious, unscrubulous business. Help!!!

Original subscription for Antivirus was 8/2022. Was discontinued when billed for Lifelock also at $114/ mo. Service was discontinued! Charged yet again for $114 and blocked payment with my credit card up to $214. This year again of course they billed my credit card for $270+. I filed a dispute with the credit card and was found to be valid as we had a subscription. So I called Norton- no account found but no refund could be given because they couldnt verify who I was because they couldnt find my account!!!!!! NEVER even click on a link for NORTON! They are worse than any VIRUS I could have encountered!!! I would give NO STARS if I could

What others said and more. I, too, was charged way in advance for a renewal that I intended to cancel. I randomly ran across the fine print that said, in that situation, if you cancel subscription before renewal, you can request the refund in writing. Scam-like, right? I, too, have also had the experience of customer service **** suddenly ending chat (or hanging up) before problem is solved. In fact, that has happened to me in literally every back and forth Ive ever had to have with them. All of the above got old, so I did cancel my subscription and request my refund. However, though my subscription is now ended, the app is still monitoring my info and all my sensitive info is still live. Back to LifeLock customer service. I started with a chat, and then phone **** and respectively getting the obligatory sudden end-chat and hang-up. I called back, asked for a supervisor, was told 3-4 minutes, and was on hold 2 1/2 hours. I wrote two reviews. So now I called back and am writing this review while on hold. !!? Fun fact, I was on hold for a half-hour just waiting for the front-line *** to pick up. It just hung up on me without anyone ever picking up! Classic.

The cybersecurity firm Norton has been double charging our debit card for a second yearly subscription and charging us a monthly subscription that was canceled 4 years ago. So basically, they are pulling a ************************* scheme on us using conspiracy and credit card fraud. Now, we know we are not the only ones Norton has scammed for financial gain, so we are launching a criminal investigation into Nortons fraudulent behavior and want anyone else to come forward who has been taken advantage of by Norton and join us in a class action lawsuit that will follow the criminal investigation. This will be posted on all social media platforms and the representing law firm will run commercial ads on social media, TV, and radio to warn people about Nortons fraudulent behavior and to let people know there is action being taken so they can join us in the lawsuit.

I upgraded to Norton LifeLock Ultimate Plus about 3 weeks ago and I feel I've been scammed. Not only can't I find my husband on LifeLock and I added him because I purchased the 2 person account but I am not able to add *** accounts and other accounts. I feel as if LifeLock doesn't tell the whole story on TV. They sucker you in and it is then that you find out they don't in any way protect all your information. If you call LifeLock you have to try and understand someone who really doesn't speak good English so I have no idea where my information is and who is in control of it. I think I need to find something better.

Norton Lifelock *********************** sent an email saying I had 24 hours to cancel a 2 year subscription that I never asked for. The man on the phone said he would cancel the charge ($451.36) and he hung up. Now I can't reach them.
