I was truly excited to purchase a vehicle from Carvana. The website promised an easy, hassle-free process with a delivery date that aligned perfectly with a long-planned family trip. I paid the $500 delivery fee, quickly submitted all required documents, added insurance to a vehicle I hadnt received, and made plans around the promised delivery date. But that delivery never happened. Despite all preparations on my end, I was informedwithout warningthat the delivery was delayed nearly a full week. I understand that unforeseen issues can happen, but no one made any effort to deliver the vehicle later that same day or offer an alternative. This wasnt just inconvenientit was incredibly disappointing. We had planned to take our new family car on a trip to ********** so my mother could meet her twin grandchildren for the first time. This holiday weekend was the only window we had, and it was taken from us. That visit never happened, and as of now, I still havent received the car.I reached out and even offered to pick the car up myself at the **** location. I asked for a refund or partial credit on the delivery fee since the service I paid for wasnt fulfilled. My concerns were dismissed, and I felt like I was being pushed away instead of supported. Its clear that resolving this situation wasnt a priority.Ive spent money on a vehicle I dont have, insurance for a car I cant drive, and lost a moment my family had been looking forward to for months. I chose Carvana because I believed in their promise of convenience and carebut that trust has been broken. This may be the last time I buy a vehicle through Carvana. I hope theyll reconsider how they handle customers when things go wrong.

This was a bad experience. The red flags were waving before we finalized the purchase but we ignored those and bought it anyway. **************** was so-so in the lead up to delivery. It was delivered with cosmetic issues that weren't disclosed, as well as a leaky water pump. We could smell antifreeze outside the vehicle within 20 minutes of receiving it. A mechanic inspected it and confirmed our suspicions so we sent it back. The return process was actually pretty smooth and we received our refund pretty quickly. That was probably the smoothest part of the whole process. The delivery and pick-up drivers were great and there was at least one, maybe two exceptional customer service ********* did have our trade-in appraised by them, but we were offered $300 for a vehicle we received $1500 for at a dealership. We won't be doing business with them again. If you insist on doing so, scrutinize the Carfax or Autocheck report and have it inspected immediately. Just know the inspection comes on your dime. We also inquired about some things on the Carfax but were told no information was available for that. Going to a dealership was refreshing after this experience.

I bought a 2015 jeep renegade from carvana in September of last year. It only had ****** miles on it. I still owe over ****** on this vehicle and it's broke down sitting in my driveway for the second time. I don't normally leave reviews but I don't want anyone else to be scammed by them. This is affecting my job, my family, and my whole life. I can't even get a car that works because of how much I owe on this. Please don't use them. Save yourself the heartache and headache.

Bait-and-Switch Tactics & Lost Funds – BUYER BEWARE!
This was the most ridiculous and dishonest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Here’s what happened:
      1. Rushed & Unclear Demands
      - I submitted a vehicle order request at
      8:12 AM.
      - By 10:31 AM, I got a voicemail saying I had "tasks" to complete by 2 PM or my order would be canceled and the car released to others.
      - I called before 2 PM to confirm everything—only to later be hit with another unexpected down payment demand. Because the pay off total was off. Which was my fault. But by then I requested to cancel.
      2. False Confirmation & Unauthorized Charge
      - Despite the unresolved "tasks," I was told my order was "complete."
      - $3,390 was taken from my account without clear approval.
      - When I called to cancel, I got a confirmation email/text—but my money was already gone.
      3. No Accountability or Refund
      - Now, Carvana claims they "can’t see" the transaction on their end and say it’ll take days to "maybe" refund me.
      - I’m out $3,390 with no resolution in sight.
This is a SCAM-LIKE PROCESS. They pressure you with deadlines, take your money, then hide behind "system delays." DO NOT TRUST CARVANA. I wish I’d read the horror stories before dealing with this nightmare.
      STAY FAR AWAY.

I purchased a vehicle from Carvana, had my mechanic look it over in the allotted time, paid my $100 diagnostic fee, and was told I had a bent tire rod end on the right. It was mentioned to me that hood and the bumper was replaced, he stated that the Emission sticker and EPA engine sticker was not on the vehicle, which is standard by law. The wheel on the front right tire also had a chunk taken out of it. I was denied my claim

I was in the process of buying a vehicle from carvanna. I provided multiple documents verifying my address, income etc. This whole process was being held up by some quite rude customer service ***** ****** it turns out that they canceled my purchase, two weeks I've been dealing with this garbage. With no help from their foreign customer service ***** I will 100% never buy or attempt to buy a vehicle again from ********. READ THE ***** OF SERVICE!!! it's one sided and they strip you of every right you'd normally have. It's crazy

Carvana not only lied to me about adding my wife to the title if I made a purchase, but they also sent me someone else's signed title, and all their personal information. A huge violation of privacy, and definitely against the law. I have contacted Carvana 4 times about these issues, every time they have disconnected after ***** minutes of not providing explanation or proof.I told Carvana to show me where in their disclosures that they could not add my wife to the title, all 4 people I spoke to took ***** minutes to find an answer, until they disconnected, because there is no such thing. It's their policy apparently to only have one person on the title, even though we traded in my wife's vehicle to purchase a new vehicle. They have refused to comment or rectify this situation, but if something happens to me, Carvana takes the car back, even though my wife traded her car in and is on the loan. It's a predatory lending practice to repo vehicles from spouses who have passed away. If I were to die, they would take the car, even though my wife pays for it. Incredibly deceitful and the lack of accountability is absurd.

Buyer Beware. Not reputable. They say they do a 150 point inspection of all vehicles they buy and sell. They do not! I bought a 2018 Dodge Caravan with only ****** miles on it. Ot appears to be okay. When I opened hood you could see evidence of critters having nested in the engine. Carvana supposedly changed the oil but if they did they would have seen the critter debris and should have cleaned engine. They did not. My mechanic was not able to check for more critter debris until after the 7 dayreturn policy. My mechanic had to take apart the upper and lower intake manifold and clean it as it was filthy with critter nesting debris. The critter had chewed a wiring harness so that had to be replaced. The cabin had to be replaced and cabin air filter compartment cleaned out packed full of debris. The vehicle had obviously sat a long time. Carvana would not reimburse me the $300 I paid my mechanic. I asked for address of their CEO they said there was none. I paid $21,000 for vehicle. They just buy cars and sell them and do not care about the condition.
