      Do not purchase from Carvana!!! I paid $700 to have a vehicle shipped and when I went to pick it up it had paint overspray, tape marks, and a crooked front end. This vehicle had clearly been wrecked (not disclosed) and someone did a terrible job of trying to cover it up. Luckily I was able to decline the purchase and get my $38,000 check back. They were not going to refund my delivery fee until I argued with them about the damages that were not disclosed. Dealing with customer service was also a nightmare!

      I did not like my experience with Carvana whatsoever. They gave me a car with many issues before i bought the i was told that car had went through a vigorous vehicle check, only time find out on my 7th day i found out my suspension was bad. They're lying about the status of the vehicles. I went to pep boys and pull out a laundry list of problems. struts, breaks, front tires, steering, rotors, and suspension. ******** store **** are so familiar with ******** that its embarrassing. It's only been over a week and they will not fix my shocks and struts but yet i have 100-day warranty. Forget about trying rent out a vehicle you have to come out your pocket for that as well. All i have to say be careful if you're trying to purchase Carvana. They're just honest with their cars. They will lie to your face!

      I been s**** by Carvana and there warranty ,verry disappointed that the are over charge you for a car that supposed to be protected by a warranty!!

      This has literally been the worst experience of my life. I purchased a car and now we are going on the THIRD reschedule for delivery. Meanwhile I am renting a car and taking off work only for them not to show up. I purchased a car through Carvana when the transmission went out in my vehicle. I then rented one for the three days it took for them to deliver it. Well here we are almost 27 days later and still no car. The most recent reason for 5 day delay is because the LOST THE KEYS?!?!?!?!?! They are awful to deal with- no resolution- no compensation. Run, don't walk away from this awful incompetent company.

      I purchased a 2012 ******** srx with very low miles and thought I was picking up a reliable vehicle. It had passed Carvana's 150 point inspection but when I had the car diagnosed, it seems error codes were cleared from it. A month a half later the slip differential went on the car. I was still within my ***** miles and 100 days for the warranty. I opted to have my family mechanic look at the car and he was able to work with silverrock to get the slip replaced but the error light still stayed on. While trying to further diagnose and figure out what was wrong, my mechanic noticed that there was water under the rug on the passenger and driver side which houses electrical modules. After removing the water and letting the modules dry out, the error codes vanished. My mechanic then figured out that water was getting into the vehicle from the sunroof drain ports being damaged. He replaced all of them but there was a module in the back that was submerged in water. After figuring all this out, he contacted silverrock and they determined that they would not cover the drain plugs or the modules as it was after the 100 days warranty. I've been paying for a car and have not driven my car in 3 months on an issue that brought out other issues and now Silverrock will not do anything to cover it. I called Carvana and wanted to return my vehicle, and they said they could only buy the vehicle back and it won't even cover the cost of my loan. So now I'm out of a vehicle and I'm stuck with a 2500 bill that should have been covered under the original warranty and neither silverrock or carvana will do anything to help me. I even used the 7 day return policy to get the car diagnosed but none of the issues I have with the car would have came out until it rained hard. I can't inconscience recommend Carvana to anyone .

      I purchased a vehicle from Carvana and relied on Thier 150 point inspection. My vehicle was not inspected, oil was not changed, rear shocks leaking, no thermostat in cooling system, air conditioner not working, leaking water pump, heater not working, front differential low on gear oil, rear differential low on gear oil, obviously never checked, motor oil filthy. My Jeep came with a winch which was not even connected, driving lights not connected wires hanging, grill lights not connected wires just hanging, all these accessories were never even connected. I called Carvana and its my problem. Dont buy from Carvana!

      I was told I'd have to pay for a new key when the key I received was not the key in the picture. I was missing half of the key. Online chat is not helpful when you have an actual issue. They just blow you off. Saying thats how the car comes. ***** and ******** were not helpful at all. Just call the support line and talk to a real person.

      Company: Carvana Location: **********, ** Complaint Type: Sales / Delivery / Product Misrepresentation I attempted to purchase a vehicle from Carvana scheduled for delivery on June 7, 2025. Before delivery, a representative from the ********** location contacted me to disclose a ticking noise from the engine and signs of water damageneither of which were listed on the vehicle description.I was told the vehicle would be inspected by a mechanic and that I would receive follow-up communication. I never received those promised updates. After days of follow-up, I was informed the vehicle had been "repaired," but no one could tell me what was fixed or provide written confirmation of any mechanics report.When I pressed for basic documentation regarding safety and repairs, I was told no report could be shared with me. Eventually, I was notified the vehicle would not be delivered at all and was issued a ********* submitting this complaint due to Carvanas lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to disclose serious mechanical concerns. As a customer, I should not have had to fight to get basic information about a damaged vehicle I was expected to accept.I am requesting this complaint be logged to reflect my experience and to help prevent similar incidents for future buyers.

      If I could give a zero I would. Imagine being told that your 2015 ***** cant be fixed because they discontinued it. I have an excursion and somehow **** has zero issues fixing it. No one knows what to do with the *****. It doesnt charge. Its just dead. Ive been without my car since February. @carvana is garbage and sold us a lemon with a warranty that doesnt cover c*** And @********** is saying oops, we cant fix it even though WE MADE THE **** CAR. Insane. I cant express how disappointing this is. Carvana doesnt inspect their vehicles because they literally arent helping at all and I had the car for a month before it started having issues.
