1 starIf I could give a zero I would. Imagine being told that your 2015 ***** cant be fixed because they discontinued it. I have an excursion and somehow **** has zero issues fixing it. No one knows what to do with the *****. It doesnt charge. Its just dead. Ive been without my car since February. @carvana is garbage and sold us a lemon with a warranty that doesnt cover c*** And @********** is saying oops, we cant fix it even though WE MADE THE **** CAR. Insane. I cant express how disappointing this is. Carvana doesnt inspect their vehicles because they literally arent helping at all and I had the car for a month before it started having issues.Review fromRichard H

I purchased a 2018 ********************* Sport SUV 4D from Carvana. A key feature I specifically wanted was Apple CarPlay, which was prominently listed as a feature on the car I selected. To ensure accuracy, I confirmed through research that 2018 Stelvios came standard with Apple CarPlay.I test-drove the car, accepted it, and Carvana took my trade-in. While setting up the car, I attempted to connect my phone to Apple CarPlay, but it would not connect. Assuming the issue was my cable, I purchased a new one, but the problem persisted. Further research revealed ******** manufactured in early 2018 do not have Apple CarPlay, despite Carvana's listing. I also found other customers had filed similar complaints, showing Carvana is aware of this issue but has taken no steps to address it. I contacted Carvana and was offered 2 inadequate options 1. $100 inconvenience fee or 2. exchange for a different car. The exchange option was not viable due to the lack of comparable vehicles and additional costs for shipping or down payments. Furthermore, given Carvanas repeated misrepresentation of features, there was no guarantee a replacement car would include the listed features.I explained that there is a update that can be done at a dealership to enable Apple CarPlay for approximately $600 - Carvana would not entertain as a solution. When I escalated to a supervisor (******), he admitted this is a known issue and called it a "mis-annotation" rather than false advertising. This explanation is unacceptable. Carvana has received prior complaints about falsely advertising Apple CarPlay on early 2018 Stelvios but continues to list this feature inaccurately and refuses to act. The supervisor abruptly ended the conversation when I declined the inadequate options, leaving me with no viable resolution.Carvanas actions amount to false advertising. Apple CarPlay was a key factor in my purchase decision, and I am seeking a resolution that reflects the advertised value of the car.Kathryn K

I have done some additional leg work and discovered that in some cases with 2018 Stelvios, if you ask the chatbot if it comes standard with Apple CarPlay, the chat bot will warn that not all ************************************************************* the case of my car, I specifically asked if it did and the bot confirmed that it is standard feature (I have a screenshot). I also have a screenshot of the chat bot stating that the CarPlay may/may not be standard for a different 2018 Stelvio that was available (this is after my car was purchased). Had the chat bot said that, I would have likely gone a different route.Review fromDestini T

1 starThis was the worst experience yet. We bought a car. Had it one day and had to put it straight in the shop the next day. To find out that the transmission was bad. Get that replaced to drive the car for one day and it starts right back messing up. We had to put it back in the shop again. We had the car a total of two days since we received it in April. They told us to keep calling back to extend our 7 day warranty that they give you to return it to then be told we cant extend it anymore after it was still in the shop. The shop tells us they think its the computer system because now after they fix one thing all the lights on the dash are on. Every time they fix something, something else tears up. We now have 32 days left on our warranty and we told them to just give us a new car and they told us no. We were also told that this car is possibly a flood car and that wasnt on the car fax. We asked for a full refund and they told us our 7 days was up we have to keep getting it fixed and if its still not fixed in the 32 days we will be responsible for the rest of the repairs after that time. They said that they cant do anything for us. I then asked how could they sell us a lemon and not swap it. They basically said that is not their problem. I will NEVER do business with them again and we will probably have to sue.Review fromDe'zhana D

1 starI purchased a 2016 Chevy Trax. ON the morning of delivery I was informed there was a delay and delivery was rescheduled for the next week. Mind you insurance proof is required by a certain date. So insurance began May 22nd which was the deadline or else delivery would be canceled. The car wasn't delivered until 6/2. The interior was gross sticky in the cup holders and crumbs in the glove compartment. My father noticed the rotors looked worn. Now I have to take it to a shop to get looked at and you only have 7 days for returns or exchanges, I called customer service they extended this by two days. I take it to there approved mechanic and I'm told the vehicle needs front and back break pads and calipers plus there's an oil leak and there approved mechanic lied and said they didn't have the photo equipment just to get out of working with Silverock.Review fromTerri M

1 starAfter having 2 positive experiences with them, just bought another. Used Carvana financing again because it was such an easy process previously. Was supposed to have delivery on 5/31 but got a late notification that I missed the deadline. Rescheduled and had delivery on 6/2/25. Received the car & brakes & rotors are no good, has a vibration (which may be the rotors causing) along with a cover on the undercarriage hanging off (just needs a bolt to be replaced), as well as the cosmetic "scratches" being worse and more numerous than portrayed. Thought about going through the repair process but decided to exchange. Went through the exchange process easily but received a call that they couldn't exchange until my other vehicle payment was paid (after paying down payment, had to schedule the next payment for a few days later, total of 9 days so not even technically "delinquent" as they called it). Car finance had no issues after explaining to *********** extended my due date to accommodate based on the issues I explained. I was then told by Carvana after trying to reschedule to give more time for the paperwork to go through that in order receive the exchange I would need to verify income again, which I had already done and been approved for the vehicle I received, I would need to provide 3 years of tax returns and 6 months of bank statements. Not sure why that would be the case since I was "pre-qualified" and already had financing approved for the car I had delivered. The new vehicle I was trying to exchange for was only another $100 per month. Was "approved" for up to $1574 payment so I'm not sure why $650 triggered such an issue. Now stuck with a vehicle that has issues because I had to keep the one I got since they held my exchange hostage and the 7 days are up. Set up an appointment to have warranty work done & was told by the service tech that Silver Rock is a *** and likely won't cover the work. Will do it ourselves to save some $. Never again!!Review fromBrandy R

1 starDo not use this company. We have had issue after issue and they need to be shut down. We traded in a car, and theyve gotten our paperwork/loan wrong over almost 3 months and it still isnt resolved. We purchased a car with 14k down, and the loan didnt state that down payment was there at all even though it came out of our bank acct. We told them this during the 7 day period. Over a month later of calls and calls, that got resolved BUT the trade in payoff on our car is still wrong. They are charging us over ****** for a car that had ***** as a balance and the trade in agreement of ******. So if anything they OWE US MONEY yet are charging us over 4k in negative equity in our loan. Issue is still not resolved.Review fromLe N

1 starThey cancelled my order. When I call, I'm not allowed to talk to anyone as the system recognizes my phone number and gives me an automated message about your order being cancelled since they could verify information but doesn't say what they needed from me. I wasn't even asked to submit additional information via phone or email. I believe they may have some burnt out folks working there that don't want to do their jobs so they just go through the lot of declining others without due process. It's been a very stressful and now disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend Carvana to anyone. They should shut their doors since they don't want business.Review fromMIKE R

1 starThis was the absolute worst experience ever. I went online and found my car I put in all of my information submitted all of my check, stubs, bank statements, and tax returns. I paid the money for my vehicle and I even picked out the day for it to be delivered. I got all the way to the end when they told me thank you for my purchase only for them to turn around and say that they couldnt use my bank statements because they dont use one main financial. Then they turned around and told me it would take up to 15 days for me to get a refund of my money. They never shouldve taken the money to begin with if they knew that they couldnt use my check stubs. I do want to say, though that customer service over the phone was very polite very helpful and very straightforward. I will be getting my money back, but it seems to be an issue that they run into a lot. I feel like this is not very good business letting people pretty much purchase an entire car And then telling them that you cant use their bank statements even though its a literal checking account.
