I have been dealing with Carvana for a year now to the date! I am just disgusted with this company. My husband traded in his truck to get another one with Carvana. We were already under contract payoff letter was sent from my bank and then my bank took an automatic payment that I could not stop because no one would answer the phone at my bank. Obviously the payoff amount is now lower than what the contract says. I spoke to my bank and they advise I will receive any overage back via a check. It is November, no reimbursement, I go to my bank thinking maybe they were suppose to send it, nope it is Carvana that should send this money. I call January because at this point is is holiday season, I know nothing will be done. I tell Carvana CS what was going on, a "ticket" will be submitted and someone will get back to me. Month later I call same thing happens. It is March nothing so I call again, now I start keeping detailed notes, same ticket story, nothing happens, I am mad, and I start getting leaders on the phone, and I finally getting some place. Carvana called the bank before the payoff letter expired and received the lower payoff than what was on the contract, and they paid that. After bringing this to their attention I finally was sent a check for $150 less than what it should have been. Now I am fuming, as it is simple math that their treasury department can't figure out. Payoff amount that was on contract - what they paid = refund to me. I call today, and the woman I get tells me they will just send me a $250 check. Well that is all well and good but it doesn't take the taste of a crappy company out of my mouth. They owe me $152.78 already from this $250 check which means you are compensating me less than $100 for my troubles, that does not even come close to covering my time, and aggravation, and the missing interest I could have gotten when this money was put back in my savings account. I will NEVER deal with Carvana again and I URGE everyone to do the same.

Trying to sell 2012 **. Received an offer that I wanted to accept. Provided all documentation requested. Site instructed me to "sit tight" while they reviewed the documents -- it should only take 2 hours. 24 hours later, I still hadn't heard from them. 3 chats and 4 phone calls later, I received an e-mail that they had agreed to purchase my car and asking how I wanted to be paid and to arrange a pick-up. The only option Carvana provided me was to drive the car 106 miles to a site they had chosen. No vehicle pick-up offered and when I asked, I was told that was not an option at this time. That means about 2 hours each way for 2 cars, as someone needed to pick me up. The only conclusion I can reach is that Carvana didn't really want the car, so they slow walked their document review. When I pushed, they approved but made the transfer so difficult that it wasn't worth my while. Carvana may be interested in late model car purchases, but they are misleading if not downright fraudulent dealing with older vehicles. First they say they want it, then they backpedal until they make it so difficult that the seller gives up. Don't do business with this company.

This company in the business of charging fees rather than delivering cars. They are clear upfront that delivery fees are non-refundable. I scheduled a delivery which was days away and was going to cost a delivery fee. There is not a reason all of this wasn't scheduled when I signed the paperwork. After taking time off work and my own appointments, I was told only the morning of the delivery that the car wasn't arriving. They eventually decided it was not deliverable for 3 more days because of their staffing issues which meant I would have to take more time off and cancel more of my own appointments. They also wanted me to resign all the paperwork with a new date. It makes sense from their shady standpoint, charge a shipping fee then delay until the customer cancels. $490 in free money for a car that may or may not have ever left the original location. Tracking is not available until the actual delivery starts. This all just felt like a scam. ******.

Bought a vehicle with carvana under condition there was a few chips and some wear on seats. Under 150 point inspection everything was passed and fixed. Upon receiving car the large touch screen and the dash has water damage making the screens and gauges look awful. They will not do anything about it because they posted a misleading picture on their website hiding the damage on the gauge screen and making the main screen look like a glare. Even though it wasn't under condition or under inspection they won't cover the fix. They mislead you and hide issues that is noticeable in person. Do not purchase a car from this website unless your desperate.

Do not buy from here! Their customer service is less than bad. I purchased a vehicle online and they required a payment for the difference between loan and sale price, no big deal. I asked them to give my banking transfers 24 hrs to settle and they hit my account immediately. I called the next day to ask them to do it again and they refused requiring a wire transfer, again no big deal I initiated it immediately. They received the loan check and confirmation of wire transfer but due to their processing they forced me to reschedule pick up again. The vehicle is 2hrs from my home and due to their processing they forced me to reschedule 3 times pushing me out over 3 weeks. In the mean time my sone, away in college, was left without a vehicle for 3 weeks.

First car I ordered was a ***** xc60- delivery was delayed four times with a huge lack of communication. I would just find out about the delay either the day of or the day before. They finally said they werent able to fix it so I canceled it and ordered an Acura SUV. Was supposed to be delivered this weekend and today; Friday I was told its delayed till next Friday for a diagnostic issue. They also sent me the title for the ***** way before and I never took possession of the car so I had to send that title back. Its not been a good experience.

Absolute atrocity. Terrible communication. Vehicle had damage that was hidden and refused to repair. Missing pieces that were advertised to be a part of the sale. What a joke. Their customer service is worthless and they deny anything you send their way. DO *** BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS *************. Contacting a lawyer already.

Carvana sold me a vehicle that they cleared all of the engine codes on which of course popped right back up after a couple hundred miles and of course the seven day period was over Now. I did have a limited warranty as well as an extended warranty and every shop I bring the car to for repair is refusing to work with silver rock. Theyre going to sell you a lemon dont do it.
