      This business is heavily automated and even with false advertising of vehicle specs compared to actual VIN specs, they will not refund your money after purchase. Please beware that you may receive a different vehicle than you ordered.

      Bough a car on a Friday it was in the shop running hot the next day on Saturday, its been 2 weeks and i still and unable to drive the car. Now i am waiting on sliver rock (the company Carvana recommends) to pay there portion so i can pay mine to get my car back. out another $1000 and the car has not been driven 30 miles by me. Horrible birthday gift. An completely said that you spend that much money for a car with issues right off.

      This is the second and last time I purchase a car from Carvana. The first time being 4 years ago and most recently in February and just like everything else changes with time they did too, they ****. Upon arrival of the vehicle it got damaged in transportation and I was assured that it would be taken care of. The delivery driver even took photos and submitted a claim along with myself. And after being strung along for months and Carvana not submitting the proper paperwork, they denied the claim. Carvana didnt even have the decency to call me, I was contacted through text messages tell me they were not gonna fix it. Needless to say Im stuck in a new loan with a car that has a busted front finder that I have to fix on my own and pay for it as if nothing is wrong with it. To anyone looking to buy a car from Carvana do yourself a favor and log out of their website they are crooks.

      Car was delivered with rusted out brake rotors. We had it inspected before driving 10 miles and the warranty refused to cover any element of the brakes because the car still stopped despite shaking violently when the brakes were applied.I would have returned the car under the 7 day money back guarantee but ********** delayed refusing the claim until the 7 days had passed. I suspect a corrupt agreement between SilverRock ad Carvana. Two companies that appear to have no integrity. Stay away do not deal with either.

      After being pre approved this company took 3600 for downpayment and 290 for shipping . After providing proof of employment the stated to me that they cant verify. They cancelled the order days before taking the money out of my account. After taking the money they state they cant cancel the payment payment and I will have to wait 10 to 15 business days to receive my refund after the payment has been completed. The website does not disclose non of this on the website before purchasing otherwise I would have never completed the sale. I also paid for the insurance with root and carvana took their time giving me a letter to get backdated refund from the insurance company. This company should definitely be looked into.

      Wish I could give less than 1 star. Finalized a purchased with over ***** dollars down and was told because my drivers license would expire less than 30 days after purchase I would need to renew it before we could pick up the vehicle. I went and renewed it at a Michigan secretary of state self service kiosk and they said they could not accept it because it was a "temporary" customer service said they can "hold" the purchase for 48 hours until I can get my physical ID. It's going to take 3-4 weeks to receive...I can understand needing to have insurance for ***** days after purchase but what does it matter if my license is valid? Incredibly stupid policy. I am still waiting for my down payment to be returned they said it could take up to 15 business days!!! I will definitely not be using Carvana in the future!!

      @Carvana customer service sucks! Offered me a price for my car -valid for 7 days. Tried to move forward with trading it in the next day and they reduced the value by $800! For absolutely no reason (no details changed)! Customer service refuses to even try to help. Horrible scam!

      The customer service is non-existent. If this is what the sales process is like, I can only imagine what the post-sales experience is like. I had privacy questions considering some of the non-relevant questions being asked of me, the "customer service" *** simply sent a link and closed the chat. This was for a CASH transaction. I'll take my business elsewhere.

      kept delaying the delivery happened 2 times already and never said why.
