1 starThese company sends out people that lie to homeowners to get them to buy their panels. when you try to talk to them, they get rude and put you on hold till you hang up. when you call the sells person, they block you. 5 stars****************************** We visited with ***** in the early summer and were very interested in the information he presented. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and was so professional and pleasant to visit with. We told him we would need to talk about it and made an appt for him to come back the next week.We decided to go ahead and when ***** came the following week we started the process. **** was with us all the way through the entire process, right up to the day the panels were installed in the early fall. The inspectors came right away and we were hooked up and up and running.We would recommend Suntria and ******************* to anybody. By the way, our first power bill was 0.Review fromGuy C M

1 starSuntria is a joke, a bad joke.. The system was all mounted on the 8th of March, 2023, Never saw an other person until the 2nd of June when he did the tiein. They wouldn't send me a real copy of my contract until the 30th of June. I finally received my receipt for total payment on the 1st of July. Which was paid on the 26th of January. It was supposedly on line the 2nd of August. Just found out yesterday the battery system has not been commissioned with the system at all. So the system is not operational. Today I called the insurance company that I have in my contract. They cancelled their insurance contract with Suntria in 2022. So that is worthless.. I do believe that is FRAUD!! On Suntria's part. That so called insurer is called SOLARINSURE..The ************** and especially the *** office had better get their s*** together. The BBB, is not doing their job at all to protect the people from useless companies such as Suntria..Review fromDean J

1 starWe had our system installed mid October, during install one of Our attic vents was damaged. **************** same day. Its been over a month now and still now repair. Now we are being told that we should get it repaired and they would pay for it?? Also now we have a payment due on the solar panels and told something we should Make the payments and they will pay us back, since our system is up and running or even been inspected.Dont think I should have to pay for something that isnt working and for something that was damaged by this company. Communication with them has been terrible. The planning of this all began in July, the major benefit to solar is the tax credits which we probably wont get cause system wont be working by the end of the year. 1 starThis company is a scam. We were told we would no longer have an electricity bill with solar. Contract was done in February and they didnt install until September. The numbers dont work and customer service is horrible. My mother is 100 yrs old on a fixed income. We want these removed! I have reached out to an attorney!Review fromMike K

1 starSuntria is a scam! I was promised that this would cover my electric bill and the only payment would be the loan payment. I was told that they would place enough panels on my house to cover my usage based on my square footage. LIES!! It doesnt even cover half of what I use! They also put holes in my closet from drilling them outside to place the equipment. Brand new house mind you! The Suntria representative has ghosted my wife and I. I have been told by two different companies including my electric company that I was screwed over. I was lied to just for the guy to make a sale. I will be seeking legal action. ****************
