1 starWe had our solar panels installed over a month ago and they havent worked at all due to incorrect wiring on their part. My husband has called and left messages on multiple occasions. Promises to come out and fix their mistake have been repeatedly broken. This company appears to full of empty promises and smoke and mirrors. I will be seeking out the help of a lawyer in the coming days. If they dont want to live up to their sales pitch maybe they will answer to some problems of their own.Review fromTrey G

1 starAvoid at all cost! I got the Solar from Suntria against all reviews hoping I wouldn't have the same problem. Well I did. There has been barely any communication at all between the "project manager" the "assistant" and also the crew that did the install. I have gotten to the point I have to call corporate just to get a call and still haven't got a call back, this had gone on for almost a month no communication and my system is installed and not working and now I'm stuck in a 35 year contract, a bill I have to pay! They did not consult me about the plans for install as they said they would just told me a day they would show up. The system isn't working and it's been a month with no response from anyone!Review fromAndrew F

1 starI have been trying to get support micro inverters for over a year. Suntria has failed to meet their warranty agreement time and time again. Significant technician turn over and poor record management has caused me to have to repeat my issue to a new tech every few months. Several times I have been promised that management would reach out, but no one has ever bothered following up.Review fromMegan H

From the time we signed our contract to install it only took 2 weeks, since our city required no permits! Our electricity bills has been the lowest they've ever been and we couldn't be happier!

Suntria was super helpful with everything in the process even super transparent about showing the bbb lower than theyd like on the stars due to past things and not a lot of reviews. I think theyre a top option for solarSuntria

1 starI have been emailing Suntria for over a month multiple times a week for assistance. I have not received a call or email back regarding my solar panels. I am not receiving the savings that was promised, not even a quarter of the savings. Once my solar panels were installed they ghosted me and will not assist in any manner. Save yourself the hassle and dont be fooled by their salesman. Wish I could give 0 stars.Review fromDawn S
