      **** was great. He was honest, which car buyers appreciate. I may not have left with exactly what I originally came in for, but I'm extremely happy with what I got. My SUV is perfect, and I couldn't be happier.

      Well they beat us for the money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. MY *** WAS IN THE **** MORE THAN ON THE **** THEY SOLD ME A LEMON OY FIXED SOME OF IT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK MADE ME THE PAYMENTS REGARDLESS OF THE *** WORKING

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We always appreciate the opportunity to address our customers concerns. We sincerely apologize for any mechanical concerns our customer experienced with their vehicle. We want to assure our customer that all pre-owned vehicles go through an inspection before placing them on our lots. Since we are unable to predict if or when mechanical malfunctions may arise, every vehicle includes a 30-day/1,500-mile Limited Warranty. We also offer an optional *************** Contract as a safety net for our customers. Our Limited Warranty and *************** Contract covers the timing chain if confirmed as failed. In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). We are saddened to hear our customer is dissatisfied with our ********************** and apologize for any inconvenience this caused. If our customer wishes to discuss their concerns further, we encourage them to contact our Customer ******************** at **************.

      Rod from ************ helped me a lot. ******* the assistant manager from ************** was awesome. The car is fantastic it was well taken care of and Im very happy. Plus the general manager from Lafayette rd I almost forgot him. Thanks everyone!!!

      Ur company sold me a suv with a 1000$ timing issue that will most likely not be covered by the very expensive *********** also sold me because it is a Prior maintenance issue for your company bought the car

      I really don't know where to start. My experience at DriveTime was above and beyond wonderful. ***** helped me out TREMENDOUSLY over the phone with finding a car within my needs. When I arrived Dakotah was waiting with the key in hand ready for me to immediately test drive the car ***** and I spoke about. The process was painless and wonderful. Dakotah has immaculate customer service!! The music had me grooving the whole time. ******* made sure I was well informed, well taken care of, and I got what my heart desired. From *****, ESPECIALLY *******, and the young lady that helped with setting up my apps on my phone...I had THE MOST PLEASANT experience anyone could dream of having at a car dealership. I suggest everyone check out DriveTime in Pelham!!! Because no matter your situation, they're going to make sure you leave happy. No judgement on you credit or financial past, just awesome people doing what it takes to make sure customers have an Awesome experience!!!

      Friendly customer service. Efficient and fast with the paperwork and being able to test drive and have different cars to choose from. This was the most simple and stress free process I have been through. Very pleased with the whole process and will highly recommend to others??
