      I have had a wonderful experience at Drivetime. *** was awesome at explaining everything our first trip there. When it came time to actually pick up my vehicle their were numerous calls made n ***** was so gracious at answering everything. Have 2 issues with vehicle that hopefully r taken care of next week. I would recommend them to anyone. Keeping my fingers crossed Drivetime!

      A great experience! I spent more time on the test drive than I did actually buying the car. **** was on point. No hard sell. The interest rate is hard to swallow, but not surprising for my credit. Needed a car fast, and got a nice 2016 with less than $400 down and no trade in - I wouldn't find that anywhere else. I drove away happy!

      This has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Before even making the trip, the over the phone conversations were amazing. They made sure I knew all of the details of financing, additional options that were available to me and to make sure there wasn't any hidden charges. I drove over two and a half hours to the **********, ** location, I would drive that distance or more for the service I received. They did a checklist inspection with me on the car prior to purchase. I have never had another used car dealership walk with me outside to check the lights, brakes, signals, etc. I highly recommend DriveTime **********. I spoke with **** first, he was great in getting me started and giving me options to see what would fit my family and my budget perfectly. ****** was a rock star. She answered all of my questions before I arrived, and continued to take care of me all the way thru to me driving my vehicle off of the lot. Once again, I highly recommend them.
