      I just bought an Outlander on Friday. The salesmen were great at selling the car however the car needed a car wash and fuel. On Saturday the scheduled maintenance light came on. There was a recall on last Wednesday that should have been done before I received it. Now I have to make an appointment with ********** to not only do the recall but also scheduled maintenance that I have no idea what that entails. They are in North *** on ************* and will require missing at least a half day at work. More details should have been given before I drove off like where the fuel door release was. I had to get the Owner's manual at the gas station.Going over the little things could and would have meant a lot. Just a few notes at this time.Hopefully the *** I purchased will end up being a great car!****** S

      The persons at the drive time in ********** made my husband and I so comfortable to be there unlike most who make you feel you'll never afford anything. It was truly a great experience and we left with a Jeep that we chose. I even reserved a text from ****** today just to say congratulations, thank you, and if you need anything don't hesitate to let us know. I have recommended this DriveTime to just about everyone I have talked to. Thank you all again!

      ************************* at the Arlington location was awesome. We had a very smooth process. ***** has wonderful customer service skills. Before you knew it, the purchase was done...we signed the papers and gained the keys. He was excellent with helping ** and providing us with information on the vehicles we asked to see.       I unfortunately purchased a car from this company not knowing that it was a lemon car. Having the car less than 24 hours the check engine light came on. I contacted DriveTime and I was advised to call their finance department (run around #1). I called the finance department who then told me to call one of their mechanic vendors to get the car fixed (run around #2). I called and was given a number for a mechanic that not only had my car for over a week but they didn't fix it. Realizing that I was sold a lemon car I reached out to DriveTime to return the car and get my money back. I was advised that there was nothing that they could do because I didn't return the car within 5 days. The lemon car was in the shop!!! (Run around #3) I was advised to call their finance department again and I was told by them that they can't do anything. (run around #4) I would NOT recommend this location to anyone! Plus they force you to leave a positive review! I will be going back to modify my forced review.

We sincerely apologize if our customer experienced a mechanical concern soon after purchase. We understand that repairs are never ideal. Our customers need to keep in mind that all our vehicles are pre-owned and inspected before placing them on our lots. While they go through an inspection, we are unable to predict when future repairs may be needed. For this reason, we provide a Limited Warranty (LW) for mechanical failures within the first 30-days/1,500-miles. We also have an optional *************** Contract (VSC) to assist in most situations thereafter. In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). With that said, we certainly appreciate our customer's feedback and apologize again for any inconvenience this caused.       It was a fun experience. I felt at ease with the whole process. One thing I would suggest is maybe go over the prices and APR and all that before the buyer signs all the other papers.

      I brought the car in April and havent been able to drive it since July and the warranty that Drivetime offer doesn't cover anything concerning major parts for a non functional car. I stuck with paying over $5000 in repairs that was hidden by Drivetime and a bi-weekly car note. This is a true horror story
