    - I have called and emailed several times and still have had no response from customer service. - On September 28, ***************** ****** 2021 *************** for PC and was upgraded to ********* ******d Professional 2021. See order no. *****. - I am not new to entering Product Activation Keys but the one you supplied me with does not work! - I went to **************************************** and entered the Product Activation Key, the site will take a second and then just remain at that step. It will not proceed to Download apps. - I have asked for a call back and/or email response as well as for a new Product Activation Key that actually works. - Calls never get answered, you are defaulted to a messaging system to describe your issue, give your contact details and wait for a return call - Other than the order confirmation receipt with the Product Activation Key, no response emails from customer support are received.

    Transaction Date: October 11, 2023 $33.05 paid to shopsoftwarekeys.com.I purchased a 12 month personal subscription to ********* 365.I am disputing the company's use of emails/passwords that appear to belong to other people (description of the user, along with phone numbers are in the profile for the provided credentials). Legitimate sellers provide you with a download or key, versus fake email/password combination. The business does not answer their phone and then asks you to leave a message. Order# *****.The company falsely claims they are a BBB Accredited Business, along with being a ********* Gold Partner.

    $109 USD, Nov 28, 2022. I purchase on *********************************** what were described as Apple AirPods (3rd generation) with Lightning Charging Case1$129.99. 6 months after buying them fo rmy daughter as a Christmas gift, one stopped working. I went into the Apple store and they certified in writing that these were not Apple products but fakes. I tried contacting the business via email, phone and on-line chat and received no reply. The business misrepresents the products as actual Apple products and engages in fraud. I have filed a complaint with *********** Attorney General.

    I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 for Windows from Shop Software Keys on 05/08/2023 via their website: www.shopsoftwarekeys.com and was charged $359.99 on my credit card ending in ****. I received confirmation of order Shop Software Keys Order ***** and notification of when I would receive key to download software to my computer. After receiving key, I was UNABLE to download software to my computer using company instructions. I contacted Shop Software Keys (SSK) on 05/09/23 via email at ********************************** notifying them of the problem, further notifying them that my computer does not even recognize the software, it is at this point I requested a refund. I received an email stating they will not provide a refund once product is fulfilled. This product has NOT been fulfilled. I have no product, the software would not download, and was not recognizable. The charge for the product cleared my bank account on 05/10/2023 in the amount of $359.99 and I have no product.

    I purchase Windows in December, returned it with approval in January. I have not received a refund yet. I have had multiple chats stating I would be receiving a refund, hasnt happened.

    Software was purchased from seller on Jan 27 2023. It was explained through email and with invoice with the item received, that it could be returned as long as the software was not activated. Since my computer was beyond repair and would not boot up, the software was never used. I contacted the support center on Feb 4 with some questions with no reply. I then wanted to setup a return since the product was never activated and sent an email to support on setting up a return on Feb 6 with no reply. A follow up email was sent on Feb 7, Feb 9, Feb 10, Feb 13 and Feb 27 with no reply. I called the number on the website and no one answered, I left my information as a voice message and was never contacted back. There is an additional "chat" feature on their website which I also left a brief message with no reply.

    Placed order #***** on 11/28/2022 for three of: Apple - 20W USB-C Power Adapter - White and was charged for them ($44.97) and never received them. Phone was never answered and neither were any of my emails.
