    06/20/2024 I purchased a voice recognition service from this company apnTech for $300. I put in a support ticket for a refund, no answer. I called the support number and they will not redirect your calls you let you speak to someone above the only reason that number exists is to not let you get in contact with anyone. I want my $300 refunded back into my account I dont want to do any business with this scam of a company taking advantage of people anymore who lowers prices for 5 star reviews in their employees. Their reviews on their website are of a dental company!!!

    June 17th the charge was made. We were suppose to have a follow up call to get all going. They sent me an email link to follow up with prior to this phone call meeting. When I started the follow up process I became quite nervous and decided I did not know enough about this company to give them open access to my ****** info. At that point I did some backround checking and found them to be less than desireable.I asked for the return of my money and their repsonce was : " WE have done anything for you yet, so we cant return your money"

    In August 5, 2023, I was contacted by APNTech regarding voice search recognition and signed up to get on board with this new technology to help stand out above my competitors. I paid $323 initially, then on August 9, 2023, paid another $500. For the next two months I paid $199 per month which prompted a call to APNTech requesting to cancel. They talked me into staying with them for $139 per month and when I complained that the service has not generated any business, they said it take up to 6 months for it all to work. Well, I am in this for $2055, and am not recognized on voice search even with the different tag words we set up. I called to cancel again on June 16, 2024, but was told they need to request this through different department and that I would get a call within 72 hours. Really? As a business charging small businesses this kind of money, they should have immediate access to a representative to cancel my subscription. So, I took sometime and reviewed how much I paid them and decided to call back. Apparently, my request has been escalated and now I should be getting a call back in 48 hours rather than 72! This is all so shady to me!I would like a refund from this company or proof to show where my $2055 was applied and how this benefited my business. What was I paying for? I believe this is a scam because I have tested voice search recognition on ***** and **** and never once came up. I was told that my tag words under APNTech, ******* Yelp, etc., needed to be in sync so I made some updates to ****** and Yelp. I still do not come up through voice search recognition. I am afraid I was had. BUYER BEWARE! THIS IS A SCAM!

    This company, APNTech, ************************************ Telephone: ************** Email: *********************** has been constantly and continuously calling me to try to get my business. They claim that my ****** Voice profile will not get any customers. They make it seem like they are a ****** contractor. However there is no such thing as a ****** Voice profile to my knowledge. They are getting my number for my ****** business page and spamming me with phone calls even after I've tried to block them on my phone. Today I finally pushed one to talk to somebody and told them a no in certain terms to take me out their list. I really doubt they will but regardless they need to be rained in for their abusive robocalling telemarketing and spamming business model. They're taking ****** Business profiles and calling those numbers and trying to trick people into buying their product thinking that it will help them get more customers. Maybe it will but when you tell people not to call and they keep calling that is abusive and probably illegal and must be stopped.

    Your business claims they only call people who have fille out a form requesting to be called. I never filled out such a form, so that is a baldfaced lie. The spam call message says something like "Customers are not seeing your ***** Voice Profile." But what you seem to be selling is some vague promise to promote my ****** Business Page, which is NOT the same thing. In fact, there is no ****** Voice Profile. It does not exist. Even if there were such a thing as ****** Voice Profile, it has nothing to do with my ****** Business Profile. I know this to be an indisputable fact, because THAT IS A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER!!! So, I believe this business is a scam and spam, and should be investigated and fined if not shut down.

    Hello, I want to share my experience with this company so that others don't feel like me, I feel ripped off!! frustrated and stupid, don't fall into their trap, they promise and promise and just want your money!!In mid-April/ 2024 I hired this company for possession services on the first page of the internet. Nothing has changed, and I feel like I have been scammed, I called them to complain to them and they only gave excuses, and no money back, deposit of 700 and then without my knowledge 30 May /2024 they withdrew another ***** dollars. Then the staff who attended me used every possible way to convince me. At this point of frustration, I didn't want anything from them! Just cancel a phantom service, so they decided to cancel everything without any kind of Money back.

    I was contacted by a company claiming to be ****** voice search I ended up on the phone with the companys CEO ********************************* and he sold his service based on lies firstly said I am eligible for a discount which was $240 and then told me it was a one time purchase I read the terms of agreement deep after and in it says it is a subscription with monthly payments I have contacted them about a refund but they said it will take 72 hours to start my case which is just saying we are going to make sure we can finalize the purchase and you cant get a refund they guarantee your business on the front page when voice searched or money back and I have signed up and it is a day past the 3 days that I would be added to the page and still havent been added this company has been successful on scamming hard working individuals and lying to them making them think they are going to complete the service until payment is collected then there is no way to get in touch with them

    Several weeks ago I connected with voice search and was connected to APN tech AFTER BEING PITCHED FOR A WONDERFUL SERVICE. i was connected to another person for onboarding into the voice search system. I immediately had issues linking a ****** business page AND Spoke with several people several different times immediately upon recognizing the issues. I received no help on two or three different occasions. I was told to call back in 3 weeks to get a refund. I called back today and was told I could not get a refund. I told APN I no longer wanted to be involved with this system and demanded a refund. I was told that I would not get a refund.     On May 8th I received a telemarketing call. I was convinced I needed a service and gave my credit card number and was charged instantly with out even saying I approve the running of the card. I was transferred to someone who would set up an appointment for the following day. When i got off the phone I realized the company was not reputable with what seems to be fake reviews on the website. I called and canceled with the company and they said I needed to wait to have someone with authority to cancel. Took 1 week for the call. They said I need proof they did not do the work. It's a scam. I had no service provided and paid $473 I'm sick to my stomach over this. That's a lot of money for nothing.

    They called and offered their service "voice search" sounds great I signed up with them via credit card over the phone. Everything seemed ok until I get the email explaining that I would have to give them control of my ****** business account. Meaning it would not be in control of myself,I cannot give someone else control of my intellectual property this is not acceptable to my business. I asked them to cancel the same day a few hours later but they gave me the runaround saying I would have to wait 4 weeks this is not right.

    The business in question sent a form via email and requested that I give them control of my ****** account,upon learning of this I decided to not go through with the sign up process. I asked for a refund the same day they sent the email but they had already charged me and refused to refund or even cancel. Now they are.trying to say sorry for the misunderstanding. But I'm sorry I do not trust them ,they lied to me multiple times telling me they do not have anyone there that can handle the cancellation process. I asked them with in a few hours of this purchase to cancel and they told me it would take four weeks to cancel or get a refund.

    I was able to obtain a refund only from my credit card company. They accepted no responsibility for their deceptive practices. I do not wish to continue the debate with them thank you for your assistance.
