Purchased 3 day event tickets for country jam in ******** and one day was canceled. We received an email on June 26th stating a refund would be issued in 30 days. Front gate tickets emailed and said funds would be returned to us on July 26th. As of today they will not respond to emails and when I call they say they don't know when I'll receive a refund and it's out of their control and to wait 5 business days for a response. I've been waiting for a month as it is and now they don't know if they are going to actually refund me. Poor business. My refund is close to 500 dollars.

I received an email on 7/15/24 stating the wait was over for Skybox VIP tickets. I opened the email. I did not see anything stating I was receiving tickets nor was I provided information on how to accept or decline the tickets. I opened that link multiple times to see if there was one. I assumed I would receive an email with instruction s on how to accept or decline them. On 7/16/24 the funds were removed from my account.I contacted ********************** Gate Tickets on 7/17/24 to dispute the charge and request a refund. I was told by Front Gate that they do not issue refunds ad that I needed to contact Louder Than Life. I contacted Louder than life via email on 07/17/2024. The replied to me on 07/18/24 at 1046 am stating that there were no refunds being issued and that I could sell my ticket using Lyte our official fan to fan exchange platform I went to Lyte and my ticket was not there to try and sell. When I reached out to Louder than Life asking were my ticket was, I was told sorry, we dont have anything to do with Lyte you need to contact them. They also stated that I was sent an email with instructions on what to do with the ticket and I never received that email. I believe this is fraudulent activity and that this company is just trying to s**** people into spending an exuberant amount of money. I am attending this festival with three other people. Why would I want only one VIP skybox ticket??

My sister and I went to the **** Concert on June 28th, 2024.We paid for VIP tickets to see 6LACK and prior to concert never received email information on when that would occur. Upon arriving we were directed several times around the building based on our ticket and no one ever mentioned about a meet and greet and the one staff member said it wasnt on her itinerary. So we figured it was at the end after asking several staff members we finally found on that said it was at the beginning. They barely apologized at the *************** in ********, ********, and said I guess you could fill out a complaint card. Ticketmaster and Live nation refuse to give a refund, partial refund or even the merchandise we paid for. *** lost confidence in concert venues as the refuse to do anything about the situation.

Purchased VIP Hootie tickets in November 2023 for $1200. In May, I wanted to upgrade my VIP package and I was instructed that they could not refund or exchange anything until I purchased the higher VIP package .I was unable to do it through the website because they apparently considered my activity to be a bot. Contacting customer service, they instructed me that suspension should lift within an hour or so. I tried from two other devices throughout the night, and was still suspended. I was able to create a different email address and purchase the higher VIP package. When I contacted customer service again, they told me they could not refund my money because a different email was used. Same name, same card information, same billing address, same phone number, just different email address. I feel like I was totally baited into purchasing another set of tickets, and they have no intention of doing what they can about my first set. This suspension is a widespread issue, so Im sure that the company is familiar with it. I feel they knew that I was not going to be able to purchase a new package under my current email address, so they shouldve tried to make the changes on their end. The new VIP package was $2400. To say that Im a little disappointed and upset, is an understatement. Do better, Live Nation.

Horrible and unorganized company. I spent over 2000. on VIP tickets and Rv spots for the Rock the Country concert in *************. The Wrist band arrived by mail with no instructions to the ** stay and they never gave me the additional parking permit that was promised in the original ticket promotion and on the emailed purchase confirmation. I called in and the lady said I just have to show a wristband....after arguing with her for awhile telling her that didn't make sense I finally convinced her by saying I have 8 Rv wristbands....does that mean I can have 8 people parking instead of the 1 additional that was described. .......anyways, she finally said that it will be in will call at the box office upon arrival......This makes no sense.....How will I be able to get it to the other driver that will be driving up separately? 1)hope the parking pass will be in will call 2)walk a mile in the parking lot line trying to find **** down my additional driver 3)have my driver waiting and holding up traffic to get in while I'm in a 3 hour box office line. This is dangerous and unexceptable... I must have the parking pass mailed to me....there is plenty of time!

$25 concert tickets is a scam. I was so excited about a once in a lifetime opportunity to take my daughter to see Blink-182. I called live nation to figure out what was going on and the woman made absolutely no sense and told me it was sold out. I don't even think she looked as I was observing the seats while she was stating the show was sold out.

***** insurance is apparently a scam and a waste of your money because if you have a emergency and can't attend the event they will not refund any of your money.

Also, every purse had to be a certain size - People were screaming at the top of their lungs. It put a bad taste in a lot of people's mouth.

If 0 stars was an option that is what I would choose. The $25 concert week promotion was a joke, filled with false advertising. They promoted concerts that were not part of the promotion and most shows that were part of concert week never had $25 tickets to begin with. Not to mention that for some reason, all of the standard ticket prices have skyrocketed since the start of the promotion just 1 day ago. Live Nation basically just pulled off one of the greatest scams of all time.
