Live Nation "$25" concert tickets. Most of if not all of the concerts listed were not selling $25 tickets. The one that I found gave numerous error messages canceling my order. This is not just me. It's millions of people getting scammed by this fraud. I would love to get a class action lawsuit going against these long time criminals!

Literally anytime they have a deal or you go to buy tickets there is always a problem. Another year, another "here's a deal" and another web site goes down. Then when you acutally get tickets in your box they you kicked out for being a "bot"

I was on a waitlist for tickets to a festival and had an unexpected financial crisis happen with my small business, and emailed them to tell them to take me off the waitlist and that I no longer wanted the tickets. Instead of canceling that and passing them onto the next person they told me there was nothing they could do and charged my card $1,000. I wasnt able to pay rent that month and have been behind on bills ever since this happened. This was disgusting customer service and I will never be using Frontgate or anything Ticketmaster owns. I was not able to sell the tickets for even close to what I paid and with having to ship them to another state I lost even more money. I cannot believe that there was nothing they could do, to me its as simple as passing the tickets onto the next person on the wait list. Id advise you to buy from the box office directly if possible. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I want to address a concerning issue regarding my tickets for the Born and Raised music festival in *****, **. For the past three years, I've consistently purchased tickets with the same seat allocation. I even put down a deposit for my fourth year, ensuring I'd retain those same seats. However, it seems my tickets were sold to someone else, despite having a special code for those specific seats. This has led to two seat changes, both to inferior locations.I urgently need this situation rectified. It's extremely frustrating to be told that the issue can't be corrected. Frankly, I'm outraged by this situation, and if it isn't resolved promptly, I'll have no choice but to seek legal counsel. Please reach out to me as soon as possible to discuss how we can resolve this matter. Thank you, *******************

Only care about money. 3+ hour long merch lines, making you miss tons of bands. Vip is way too overpriced for you getting nothing in return but a slightly closer spot. The amount of VIP tickets they sold is ridiculous, you cant even tell your in a VIP section there are so many people crushing you. There were bathroom lines at every single bathroom including the "special vip bathrooms" they were supposed to have. If it hasnt shown how poor these people are at doing their jobs, lets not forget theyre responsible for astroworld, where 10 people were crushed to death. Sure you can say it was because of the crowds, but there should not have been that many tickets sold to the point where people are getting crushed to death, seriously i have no idea how this company is in business, their only job is event planning. Theyve shown they cant do that time and time again. We need to stop funding greedy scumbags that run s*** like this, because they really have 0 care for the peoples experience, and it shows

Zero refunds or exchanges and absolutely ZERO customer service as soon as they have your money. They take a Waitlist for Day 1 of a two day event BUT will not exchange to the 2nd day. **************** intentionally talks in circles until you go away. Avoid doing business at all costs. Based on the amount of reviews on this website- I am not alone. AVOID.

Do better! Live Nation still allows the immediate resale of tickets to events. I sat in the que, waiting to get tickets and by the time my turn was up, the only tickets remaining were resale. And there were so many!!! That should not be allowed. It's the definition of fraud. Live Nation should be reporting every person who immediately resells tickets to the *** and they should be taxed on their profit. Or not allow it at all. Ticketmaster is doing it!

I purchased tickets on 3/22/24 for Country Calling Festival I got online as soon as they went on sale and I had a purchase code so my tickets were supposed to be $199 each, we purchased 2 tickets. Once the sale was done *********** were upped to $239 each, I tried to contact them and they said no refunds and would not assist any further. I wasn't asking for a refund just the refund for the difference as I was over charged! This company is such a scam and I will be sure to complain to whomever will listen!! The website has numerous problems that morning and their website overcharged me and I should be refunded the difference.

My 2 friends and I were trying to buy tickets to the June 15th, **** "70's" music show yesterday. I first had to "agree" to the terms from "all-in-pricing" but they did not give us ANY information about that. It was just supposed to click the "agree" prompt with no way of knowing what I was agreeing to. My friends and I then clicked on it and we still went on a wild goose chase it seemed. I then tried to use the chat feature on the website but they wanted to charge me a dollar to chat about the issue. What has happened to business's nowaday? I am so disappointed that my friends and I cannot go see a music concert because of this underhanded way we have to buy tickets through this company.
