I bought lawn passes in December 2022 and as of April 30, 2023 I have not received my lawn pass. I have emailed numerous times (documented) and repeatedly been informed that the tickets are on the the way. First it was the first of March, then late March or early April, then mid April. It is now almost the beginning of May and I still have not gotten my lawn pass which set me back a pretty decent amount of money. Just because I get a follow up email asking about my experience it doesn't amount to a hill of beans when nothing is done about it. I highly discourage anyone from dealing with Front Gate tickets. Who doesn't give you your product of purchase almost 5 months after being bought. Not in like with this method at all.

Will never be buying tickets again at this venue! I bought VIP tickets the venue, the venue changed and VIP had no section, we had no separate bar as advertised. An extremely poor way to treat treat VIP. A partial refund/not full is an a vary bare minimum expected since the tickets didnt meet the experience I paid for. I will be filing a consumer complaint and a complaint with the ***** Attorney general with customer rights.

Livenation app kicked me out of the smart queue and of course wouldn't let me back in. So frustrating!

I am a lifestyle reporter trying to get press passes to give some Live Nation concerts FREE PRESS and nobody has gotten back to me. This is unprofessional and -- frankly -- stupid on their paet.

We attend the ****************'s Band 3-day concert series annually at ********* over Labor Day Weekend. The cost of a 3-day lawn pass for 1 person is approximately $170 with shipping fees. We have traditionally purchased a 3-day Star Parking pass (upgraded parking) through the *** website for approximately $120. This year, Live Nation had the only access to Star Parking. Their cost for 3 days is an unreasonable $210. More than the cost of the concerts and an increase of over 50%.

I purchased a specific seat in the "Official Platinum" section at the ***************************** concert in ************. When I arrived at my section, the person watching that section asked me to wait for the manager, ********, who then told me that Live Nation oversold tickets for the event. I was moved to a subpar seat all the way in the back where there were obstructive views. It was a terrible experience and ruined the evening. I cannot believe Live Nation is now overselling tickets taking a cue from the airlines. B/c they have terrible customer support, I couldn't even reach out to Live Nation except on Twitter...and of course, silence. This monopoly needs to end.

Went to Live Nation to buy two lawn passes *** PNC in **. Directed me to frontgate from the Live Nation website. Got the ** location which I didn't know existed. Reached out to their essentially non-existent customer service who said they wouldn't do anything for me. To be clear I asked to have them exchanged to **, not looking for a free lunch or buyer's remorse. If that was too difficult then a refund and I would rebuy them. Easy peasy. Well, pretty simple for any halfway honest company anyway. Yes my mistake for wrong location. Doesn't give them the right to keep almost $500 of my money when it is obviously an error and they've been alerted to it and are simply saying no it's ours now. This is why you have such rotten reviews. Maybe if you did the right thing you'd be in a better spot. I'm sure your team doesn't like the 'policy' of not correcting such obvious wrongs. Be better and switch my location for my two 2023 season lawn passes **** went on sale today.

I purchased 2 tickets on Live Nation ,and then could not attend. Live Nation offers to sell your tickets for you if you can not attend the event. The steps laid out for you are simple guidelines. I followed these steps and my tickets were sold the next day. However I did not get my money, because you are required to give a tax ID number, i.e.. Social Security Number. No where in the instructions is this step listed. Live Nation is deceptive. Not only did they leave out important information in regards to receiving payment for sold tickets, but they earned double profits from the resold tickets and me. The resell amount did not exceed ****** which is when you have to file taxes on the amount.

      Hello,
We appreciate the opportunity to address this complaint.
We are sorry to hear you have not been paid.

To ensure compliance with applicable federal and state tax reporting laws, Ticketmaster collects taxpayer information starting with your first completed sale even if that sale does not meet the $600 threshold. If you ultimately do not reach the threshold in a year, you **** not receive a Form 1099-K from Ticketmaster. Reporting requirements may differ in some states.

We do apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, but if there are any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
      Have a wonderful day.

      Thanks,
      Dain

HORRIBLE, STRESSFUL, ABSURD. This has been the most stressful 4 months dealing with this company. I purchased rolling loud Miami tickets during march with the purchase protection (IT IS A SCAM), the festival was July. I am from ********** and was flying out to ***** for this event. During the week of the concert I got Covid-19 which was the worst week of my life. I was so sick i could barely leave my bed. Thankfully I was able to take a in-person covid test for proof. I contact Frontgate for a refund since I have the protection plan and Covid-19 is protected. They say it **** take up to 14 days for a response. 2 weeks later no response so I email them asking for an update. They then respond OVER A MONTH later saying
      "Please provide the following:

      Completed claim form
Completed Physician Statement or lab results for positive COVID test ( home tests **** not be accepted)
Copy of Ticket Order Confirmation showing amount paid for event tickets"
When i received this email, I was so happy I took a in-person covid test and not just the 3 at home test i took. The covid test i took was with a local covid 19 testing shed that gives you your results through SMS test and the link expires after a couple weeks so thankfully I took a screenshot of the positive test and the date. This should not be a rule where they don't accept in-home test. I was so sick I could barely leave my house. At this point I think I am good, all I have to do is give the information they ask for and I **** get a refund, right, WRONG. I give all the information and they respond another 3 weeks later. The response is a 5 page PDF to fill out that i have to mail that is asking for a doctors note and more? There is no way i can get a doctors note because of how sick I was, also who gets doctor notes for covid? (THERE IS MUCH MORE I CAN ADD BUT IM RUNNING OUT OF WORDS). I see Front-gate responding/helping people out which gives me hope of it not being a scam, please help me out.

It sounds like you have been reaching out to Secure Ticket, the third party vendor we utilize for our ticket insurance. As they are a third party company, we cannot advise on their response times or policy. If you have already filed a claim with them, please continue working with Secure Ticket directly for more assistance. You may also like to contact the event directly as they **** occasionally approve exceptions to their terms of sale in the case of extenuating circumstances. We apologize we are not able to assist you further and wish you the best of health.

I purchased the ticket itself from you, you guys can refund me. You guys promote a "Secure ticket" but can't even hold up to what the secure ticket promotes. At this point, after months of trying to get my money back, I am 100% convinced Secure ticket is a scam and you guys are the ones promoting it. Again at this point, the least you can do for me is refund me.

Never in my life have I found a company to be follow such deceptive practices that is intended to defraud, mislead, and steal money from consumers. I purchased two standard admission tickets for Blackpink on 9/14/22 for $325 each. My check out total was $782 and some change. Moments later, I saw on my email confirmation that 1.) My STANDARD SEATS became official platinum (when the setting for official platinum was turned off) and 2.) I was charged $1872 for both tickets. I began reaching out that day to all customer service departments and live chats to remedy this situation. Their only response was there is no refunds allowed by the event holder.

********** from CONSUMER SUPPORT offered me a exchange for the tickets on 09/21/2022 ".....Lastly, in some instances, events on our platform may have tickets that are "market-priced," so ticket and fee prices may adjust over time based on demand. This is similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold and is commonly referred to as "Dynamic Pricing." Unfortunately, there are no refunds issued for changes in price. However, we can follow our normal exchange procedures if you wish to exchange tickets."

but of course, the fraudulent company Ticketmaster is, they did not come through. I **** proceed to file a claim against this deceptive company with the Attorney General.

      Hi,

I am sorry but after reviewing your order we show the price did not change after you agreed to the total of the platinum tickets.

I am sorry those tickets are not refundable.

      Thanks,

This is a complete LIE because when I checked the official platinum prices for the SAME SEATS THEY WERE $445. SO WHY WERE MINE OVER $900 EACH?
